Well if the thing was like that all my seki-reigan attacks be unstoppable cause of my stats technically
but so many people have hit me, landed attacks, hurt me, etc. yet I was tied with the fastest person in the guild
that system is just trying to impose it's way into it as well from what I seen it's mostly with sharigan or what not
it should be burn for all I care >.> hahahaha
