Master Nemesis Oi, Desi. I have a question for you, being the optometrist-or-whatever-in-training. I've noticed this past week that that I've been seeing faint double images. The effect persists unless I squint a little, or tilt my head forward a bit so I'm looking "up" at something. It seems to have come out of nowhere, and I was wondering if it's something to be worried about, and if I should go check with an eye doctor about glasses or something. How long has it been going on? I mean, it could be something simple that could be solved by checking your glasses/contacts, but...yeah, if it's been going on for awhile I'd schedule an appointment. EDIT: *Mocks Rage.*

I don't wear glasses or contacts. Never needed them before. And I started noticing it a little over a week ago, just before my Spring Break began. Before that, my vision was perfectly fine.

It affects my vision both near and far, but it seems to stand out more with distant objects.

Hm.
If it's been going on for more than 3-4 days, I'd say schedule an appointment. It's probably nothing serious, but I'm only 25% doctor at this point.
So...yeah. Call their office, if the doctor thinks it sounds serious they'll probably have you come in right away.
