Me getting into the lotus position...
[THERE WAS A PICTURE HERE] Is that a baby freeze while getting into lotus? No right? :0 Same here, I'm a bgirl in training. x33 Lol THE PICTURES:   and my not so good invert: 
Yeah, at least you're getting there, I can't stick my a** out like necessary most of the time., even though it's realy hard trying to do a lotus invert/banana press.

Eh, I got into lotus knowing how flexible I am. A lot of people down here can't do it for some reason!
Well I've been practicing airchairs randomly, like when i'm watching TV, i practicing getting that sweet spot. Found it later. xD
I can't really agree to using my lotus invert anymore since I, like said, can't stick out my a**. D;
WHOOOO! heart heart heart Possibly. <33 I'm flexible too; there's a lot of kids in Hawaii who can pull off a Lotus. I never got around to a airchair, I want to learn though. whee Try against a wall, it bumps your a** up. Lawls. biggrin DD Mkay, let's go to the bahamas. whee

Just randomly practice them like I did, they worked out quite well... But you'll have to work out your other arm too since my right arm got a bit bigger than the left so it took a while to even out. xp
I usually practice on a gymnastics mat and get off from a headstand. Never got to doing them on walls recently.

Lol, the more I practice, the more I think I'm into Power or Circus because of my flexibility, I love practicing my lotus, I'm working on doing it both ways. I'm not good at footwork at the most, but that's my weakness, so I will myself to work on it. My uptops and uprocks are insanely basic and so is my toprock. I never work on mats, I used to, but it posed the same way as leaning against the wall, so when I do practice my invert and it becomes a derranged quicksilver hollowback, I land on my a**. D: YARH! <33 x] hahaha` we can go on an insane honeymoon quest around the world.
