Rotting Gnarl Digital Malevolence Rotting Gnarl Digital Malevolence Gravechylde Digital Malevolence How can you not like Jazz!? gonk Most Metal is based on a Jazz structure! Structure =/= Sound I know. emo But Jazz > Metal. So that means Jazzy Metal = win. 3nodding Shhh! You can't let them hear this heresy! Thats ok. because the real truth is Industrial > Jazz > Metal Is metal your fricken least favorite genre?!?!? gonk No R&B is. This is a rough guess for me, or at least at the moment. Noise/Industrial > IDM > Jazz > Metal > Rap > Power Violence > Bluegrass > Punk > Reggae > Ska > Rock > Folk > Opera > Blues > Country> Pop > R&B. Thats with leaving some out, and adding others into each other.

Usually they do, doesn't make a difference.

While I can appreciate IDM and industrial being high up on that list, I'm baffled by the placement of jazz and especially bluegrass. Must be a musician thing.
