Buriza-do Nadare (Blizzard Avalanche) Soshaku uses his control over ice to create a blizzard. During the blizzard, Soshaku rides a giant avalanche of snow towards the opponent, and it can change, turn and move as if it were a living thing. Aisu Suibou no Jutsu (Ice Collapse Technique) Soshaku uses his manipulation of ice and surround his opponent with Ice. then, like Gaara, he closes his fist and the whole structure Implodes with a Blizzard inside, crushing ad freezing his opponents, except they are free to move aroun din the small dome that cannot be broken except with an extremely powerful move.

de-activte chakara
Allows Hurdy to focus his chakara into a new form, de-activate. This chakara is very rare, and allows Hurdy to make his chakara de-activate anothers. It can be focused just like regular chakara, since it is a form of it. Ex of this are into items, to body parts (not the whole body at once) or circulated into a chakara based attack. ( Rasengan, channel, chakara claws)
How it is used examples.
1.
An enemy fires a water dragon, and hurdy launches a rasengan made of de-activate chakara. The rasengan would hit the dragon, and de-activate the chakara that held it together thus returning it to water.
2.
Some one uses a taijutsu move such as sky bruising leg. Hurdy would focus the de-activate chakara to his hand, and catch the leg, which would now be an ordinary drop kick because the chakara focused to it would be de-activated.
3.
If Hurdy created stuff, such as the kings spear thow( sparta clan jutsu) Where you focus chakara to the spear, when it blows up, the explosion would be a wave of de-activating chakara
Or if Hurdy focused de-activate chakara to a sword, if he slashed at a water dragon, it would turn to water.

Blah, blah blah I'm already planning for our success in the mission so here's one tech. Yay for stealing a movie title/ song for a technique.
Walk the Line-
A unique skill resulting from Akuma's unique condition as a cast off part of another soul. The fact that he failed to come into existence through the conventional means have left him in the strange state of being one of the living and one of the not really all that alive at the same time. Since his creation whenever he sleeps he seems to drift into that Grey area between life and death. This gray dusty plain contains all the lost souls and those souls who still feel tied to the mortal world. This technique could best be described as a time and space jutsu, much like the Yondaime Hokage's Flying Thunder God technique. In that it allows Akuma to enter that thin divisor between the worlds of the living and the dead for short times while still being awake. When Akuma opens a portal and enters it his chakra signature and any other sign of him disappears. Once in the plain in between worlds Akuma is able to open another gateway to a different location be it a few feet from where he started or in a whole other village. The latter example is impossible though, considering the amount of chakra needed to travel a long distance, the longer the distance the more chakra used up. If an opponent were to somehow follow Akuma into the Grey plain he would be trapped for only Akuma has control over the gateways between the worlds. That and the ghosts don't take kindly to the intrusions of the living. Other then the use of portals Akuma has no control over what happen in that shadowy plain.

Hornet's Strike:
Using a pair of wires concealed in the users gauntlets or pouch, the User flicks them out to 10 feet and starts to strike the opponent with regular fist strikes, poking attacks with the wires, or a whip like motion with his strikes, recoiling them and striking out with each attack (like a yo-yo. lasts for 5 posts of strikes). They speed of the wires strike is enough to peirce or equal the strengh the Kaguya clans densest bone and give the illusion of a swarm of angry hornets defending their home.
(i want to get this approved in time for the lock down and the chuunin exams mrgreen )

These are jutsus I have thought up for the Village hidden in Beasts, for season 2. The village seemed deserted so I figured I better beef up the jutsu.
Beast seal-3000
Allows the user to reciev a seal from the elder of the village. The seals are wonderous and powerful.
you get the power of the animal that you recieve the seal for. When you reach the next level, you can either go up to that, as well as revert to a previous form. To advance, you must get one kill while in the lower form, to unlock the next. Ex. if you get a kill in form 1, form 2 is unlocked.
ONLY ONE SEAL PER PERSON-NO HANDSEALS WHEN FULLY TRANSFORMED
the Seals:
*Bear
Form 1: at tattoo on you body of the bear, anger surges like a bear would have, resulting in increased strngth, but not much.
Form 2: You get the strength of the bear, minumal transformation, hairier, slightly taller, increased smell.
Form 3: Mid transformation, still fingers and toes, but now they have sharp nails. Have the ears of a bear, as well as fangs. The height of a bear, but still places of skin showing.
Form 4: Full transformation to bear.
*Tiger
Form 1: Tiger tattoo on your body, increased speed.
Form 2: You get wiskers, the hearing and eye sight for a tiger. Also, you are haunced over.
Form 3: You have strips now, muscles bulging, because your body has not yet adjusted to them. Claws and fangs as well as a tail.
Form 4: Full tiger transformation
*Elephant
Form 1: Tattoo of an elephant on your body, great hearing
Form 2: Your size increases a lot, but not near as much as the beast it's self. Also you have tusksthat are 4 feet long, yet slim so they aren't heavy.
Form 3: You are about the size of a elephant, about 2 feet shorter. You have full tusks, a 4 foot snout. Your torso is regular, but waist under is elephant. Big feet and all.
Form 4: Full transformation to elephant.
*Gorrila
Form 1: Tattoo of a gorrila and large arm muscles, rivalling the bear in strength
Form 2: Hairy, but not much. Your arms are also bigger.
Form 3: You have the knuckle walk, very hairy and very powerful.
Form 4: Full transformation to Gorrilla
*Wolf
Form 1: Tattoo of wolf, increased speed
Form 2: Hairy, wolf smell and wolf ears.
Form 3: Wolf snout, claws and teeth. Tail as well, but still walk like a human.
Form 4: Wolf transformation.
* Eagle
Form 1: Eagle tattoo and talons on hands and feet, retractable
Form 2: Decreased size, feathers. Revolveable head.
Form 3: Very small, bird sized. You have wings on you back, but your arms are short, as if disapearing. Tail and exellent sight. Beak as well.
Form 4: Eagle transformation.

Static Blasts-User catches friction in his feet and is able to perform these attacks.This is a taijutsu attack,.
-Lightning Toggle-The user can shoot then blasts out of hands like a Haduken made of pure lightning.
-Lightning Spear-The user picks up enough speed and changes the energy he picked up into a straight pircein Lightning attack that can pirce some of the strongest Metals
-Lightning wave-The user lets all his Lightning Energy out as he send it over the air that will paralyze on contact for a breif moment.

Power from the heavens {Godhand skill}
This technuiqe is only gaven to those that have a deep and wise vast understanding of taijutsu, having the power of unspeakable strength and speed it is the ultimate increase of all attributes making the user almost seem like a god, but yet a having the power of a half god, the user shows this power when a long insignia/symbol starts glowing from the right arm coming out in a burst of constant chakra like the butterfly bombarment effect
((To put in simply words it's like chouji's move but it is a much larger increase in strength and speed, also making my moves more powerfull as well making them cost only half of it's chakra points to do))
~Downside: After it shut's off, my right arm will be in a paralyzing strain for 10 posts~
Power from the underworld {Devilhand}
This power is nothing like the godhand but serves a very important purpose even greater than the godhand's ability. It can stop affects like poison, jyuuken internal effect's and make me immune to genjutsu, this ability makes my left hand glow like the godhand with a reversed insignia/symbol that glows a purpleish chakra aura constantly but does not give me any attribute increases like power or agility, it only helps affect wise
~Downside: after it shuts off, my left arm will be in a paralyzing strain for 10 posts~
Prayer from both worlds {Buddhist Palm}
This technuiqe can only be done with the godhand and devilhand out at the same time, this masterfull S ranked justu is first started when Neoshin combines both hands together in a prayer as his body starts to glow brightly with a ultraviloent light making him into almost what it looks like to be a pure figure of light like a god, then he moves with unseen speed into the air about 50 ft high upsidedown with his hands pointing downward, finally Neo drops to the ground as the pressure of his orrochi power (combustion) and help from the air palm technuiqe, create a megaton of pressure and weight that continues to build up until he gets to the ground making a giant deep crater where the opponent is in the middle of it litertly crushed to death like a pancake

Dying Wish-The user as he is dying gives his soul chakra to another.As the other Soul chakra is increased he has more chakra,Gets faster,Stronger and hisbody can tak way more strain.After the battle is over the other reverts back to normal as the adrenline drops.As the adrenline rises the power of this rises.the user dies after his energy is given
