Whoa, the Beast is still around! Not a bad chapter, but it seemed to kinda start slow, and then rush, and then slow back down, but that's about my only complaint. I look forward to more, as usual.

whee very awesome! you definitely hit the nostalgic part in the first bit there. hit it very well. bravo. I love the small touch of mystery at the end too.

How can he chat with them? Is it like DBZ where there are dead, but "still around"?

Awesome. kinda slow right now, but it is just the start. I wonder how they all mailed him from not-livelington, maybe it has something to do with Beast? Anyway, certainly gotten me interested.

Well in Dragonball Z, when someone dies they go to the Sprit World where they get sorted in Heavan or Hell. Some otherworldy beings (such as King Kai) can be somewhat of, "telephones" and commuicate with others.
