*for a moment, Ces felt herself unconsiously reaching out to him, wanting to comfort him and tell him that he would always have a piece of her heart, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. Her hand quivered an inch from his shoulder and appauled, she pulled it away, clutching it to her as if it wasn't a part of her. She was strong. Too strong for this. She had to be. You didn't become as old as she was without learning to withstand a little pain. In her heart, she had known that she couldn't love Kage forever - too much seporated their lives. Would forever seporate their lives.*
Kage. We're going to kill them. You and Fenris and I and whomever of my clan can help us. Think of that. Think of them getting what they deserve and don't think about what we have lost. Breathe. Smell life in this forrest. Feel the wind on your face and the soft warmpth of the moonlight. Think of life and help me think of how to destroy them.

He started calming down, trying to think, listening to what she was saying. "They can be beaten, but we would have to get them alone...if we seperate them they aren't as powerful." He closed his eyes breathing heavily, still crying a little bit. He had felt her pull away and it hurt, he knew that he may never feel that way again like he had for her...that's okay, he didn't deserve to... He continued crying, thinking that and staying on the ground.

Kage, this isn't about us. Neither of us deserved this, but it happened anyway. We can't be what we were because we are not who we were. I've learned. I'm adapting. I have to. I'm not just some girl - I'm the leader of a clan of wolves that I love. I love every single one of them. I will not drag them into a battle if this is about you and me. It has to be about good versus evil, and light, in this case, has become evil. I will repay them for this unkindness.
Tell me how we seporate them.

It won't be easy, the old man knows that they are weak alone so he'll stay in the temple. the younger usually jumps he gun but the lady calms him down.

Just make him really mad, some one else needs to distracty her though so she doens't intervene. we may need help on this.

Fenris will have to go after the old man, as he alone can shield his mind from him. I can take eaither the hothead or the woman, which would you prefer?

I have no argument that this would be a good idea, however I am slightly insulted that even in my pain over your loss, you belive me incapable of taking out a single member of your captors. If anyone is going to need help, my friend, it will be your captors.

It's not that I don't want you around. Please, don't go far. I just know that I can protect you if you are close. My ankle is nothing and will be fine by later tomorrow. You need to be more careful now than ever though. They're watching you. They'll try to take you back. They'll hurt Miko or Fenris or myself just to get you.

*changes into her wolf form and cuddles herself against Kage's back for warmpth, more than ready to let sleep overtake her as well. Dreams would haunt her, but Kage's mere presance would help chase the worst of them away.*
