Sometimes you need to step back..... Vanessa dodged the stall, with a quick burst of energy. Perhaps the training Ronyo had put them through since he had taken over as captain really was making a difference. It was definately different then the previous captain had handled it, even if the blond only spent one year under her. Eyes darting around for any sign of aid, the Slytherin pulled her broom into a climb, it wasn't as high as the rest she had done just a bit higher then regular level. Once she straightended out the girl continued to speed up towards the goals.

Sometimes you need to step back..... Another dodged steal attempt. Perhaps the seekers weren't the only two in a dance, just as many steals attempts and dodges on both sides riddled these two chasers. It made the game more entertaining. Vanessa wouldn't have it any other way for the game against gryffindor, if they weren't bringing their bests then the team cladded in green and silver would just drag it out of them. But, unfortunately, it seemed neither of their teams were bringing their best, only one chaser on each team was even attempting to steal or score. And only the slytherin keeper and beaters seemed to be at least trying. it was kind of disappointing on every other level of the game but her own and the seekers really

Sometimes you need to step back..... This time to dodge, Vanessa returned to the normal level of play for chasers. She was close to the scoring zone so there was no better time. She smiled a bit. If the keeper missed her next toss it would just be insane, she didn't even really use any fancy dodging this time around.

Sometimes you need to step back..... A simple swap of hands was the dodge for this steal attempt. It didn't remain like that for long though. Since shortly after Vanessa was in the scoring zone. She returned the quaffle to her dominate hand then proceeded to line up the shot once she was happy she threw it in.

  Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game They were ahead but that did not many anything with both Sam and Belle up in the sky fighting for the snitch. With such a big game on the line things had to be changed slightly and that meant doing things not considered normal by your opponents. Ronyo moved himself to get a better view of the surroundings and see his team as the moved about and got into positions. A plan formed quickly in the boy's mind and he moved to put it into action. "Dominic move with Vanessa and stay on the chasers she goes after!" With luck the combination of Vanessa and Dominic trying to give the chasers a tough time would make it slower going for the Gryffindors. That meant to keep the pressure even greater Ronyo would need to try and break the strong link in the lion's chain. With a quick duck and dive Ronyo moved towards and then under a bludger and performed a quick somersault to gain momentum and power when he collided his bat with the orb. The bludger shot out and streaked in towards Sam hopefully being the one round object that would be looking for him, turning the hunting seeker into the hunted. Life: 1, 2, 3

She knew that if Raiden didn't catch it, Slytherin would be ahead for the first time this game. Remy adjusted her goggles, which luckily had the same prescription lenses as her specs. Remy watched Ronyo, knowing the sheer power of his hits. She didn't know how well she could handle another hit. She gasped hugely as it went flying at Sam, though luckily, it missed. Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game A small grin appeared on Ronyo's face as he watched the eyes of Sam appear annoyed at his shot, and then those of Remy who seemed to be doing her best to contemplate a plan of her own. He was breaking down their emotional barriers and bringing more basic feelings to the front. Without perfect hand-eye coordination Sam would have trouble spotting and catching the small golden orb, and Remy would have difficulty carrying, dodging, and throwing the quaffle. Now Ronyo had to step things up and keep up the pressure the best he could. A quick smack of another bludger and the orb went airborne and Ronyo went after it. Much like his first shot towards the Gryffindor seeker but this time Ronyo did not climb straight up, but at a steady pace with the cannonball. Soon enough he was higher than the main group and could see Sam moving in and out of the clouds looking for the snitch. Now was when Ronyo would break from the normal and bring the next part of his game plan to action. With a quick smack once again the bludger was sent off racing for Sam, and without waiting to see the result Ronyo was already moving to intercept the bludger no matter the outcome to keep it in play so high in the sky. Life: 1, 2, 3

She had to do something.... but what?! An idea came, but Sam wouldn't approve. Not after he'd told her over and over to be nice. She just had to protect him! He was the real player of the game, she was more or less a pawn. There to entertain while Sam did the real work. "You're just aiming at him 'cause you couldn't hit me if you tried, Yo-Yo!" she shouted, hoping to draw Ronyo's furious attacks toward her, and away from Sam.
