Barth wasn't looking too good either and Calder knew that he'd have to do something fast or risk loosing the sloth demon AGAIN! As it was, Calder would make a poor meat shield, and while Christof didn't look any better, Calder felt better if Chrsitof was around his master to protect him than being the only option. He wasn't about to puff up a ego at this point. He sucked at protecting. He sucked at fighting. He just all around sucked, and while he badly wanted to be of use, he had to admit to his own weaknesses in dire times like these.
When Barth dressed, much to Calder's disappointment, and gave him a rather cold look in the Igor's direction, Calder gave a unsure nod. "Okay. Then, we should go while everything else is distracted." Who knew what would be thrown at them next. While Barth didn't look that well, Calder offered his arm for the demon to hold onto, using the other one to hold up his tail, and made to move to the Igor.
"Christof, what are you doing?"

Jordan accepted the roll of bandages somewhat reluctantly - he'd been pretty much ignoring the low-level buzz of pain, but if he looked bad enough to have Madison worrying over him, he'd better do something about the worst of it, at least. He shrugged off his white coat so that he could wrap something unpleasantly sore on his upper arm; then he paused, shucked the jacket under that, and dropped it unceremoniously on Madison's shoulders when he'd finished with the bandages. "You look like you're cold," he said, and busied himself putting the uniform coat back on before leading the way back to the main Hunter group. HP: 40/40

"Yes. That is Red. Her weapon is gone. Or is. It was a flame thrower. The hunter leader damaged it, badly, Red started slapping the side of it declaring it was all over when she started to freak out. She couldn't drop the weapon it started to disolve her arm into pure FEAR and suck it up." Sammy grew quiet for a moment, "She went as far as to rip her own arm off to try and escape but it still sucked her in. After they the weapon was kicked off the cliff and the dragon thing popped up. We can't just get rid of the weapon.... as it is... Red's dying right now." She turned to face the Dragon again knowing that she had played a small part in it calling an attack on her earlier.
"The voice, her's and the others, both said we should be gone to leave. Her last real order was to go home. Find answers. Escape. Instead we chose to fight and look at us now." She held up her chared bone arms and ragged flesh one, "We've lost our own in this fight, in this chaos. We need to leave while we have a chance, we can hunt the humans another time but we can't if Red kill's all of us in this final insanity of death."

Christof started to take a step towards his friends, breathing easily that he saw them at least upright. The sight of thorns writhing up, bent to his Master's will... a quick glance away, his eyes focused on G... Perfect! Gingerly, he reached up to set Amrita down, signing quickly, "G-good-to-build-cover-wall. Big-strong. Tell-him-to-work-quickly. Will-return..." That signed, he fidgeted for just a moment, before giving her a quiet, nervous hug, just relieved that she was alright... he'd reprimand her for the state of her Parts later. That done, he turned just as the two had made their way over to him. Flushing, he signed hurriedly, 'Trying-to-build-cover. Protection-from..." he hesitated, "Everything-while-we-figure-out-what-to-do." They were ok. Both of them looked ragged, and he knew he was just barely held together by fear and broken seams, but they had to get out of here. There was no... no door, nor portal in sight. If they ran, the humans would follow. Desperation was on his face as he looked pleadingly to Barth.

Draven paused for just a moment-hovering was not his speciality- and nodded at Aksaja. It made perfect sense! Wings were made for such things. "Consider it done!" he called before turning off in another direction. "Gather! Students of Amityville! We need to gather! That way! That way!" he yelled at any student or group of students he could see, trying to indicate the direction of the hunchback's group. He didn't even notice how very crow-like his voice sounded right now. Other things to worry about and all.

"I came in here though a door, I don't see it anymore..." Amrita frowned, unhappy. If Sammy was giving up, why should she even keep fighting? Well, that answer became obvious; it was an answer she has said before, to Shehk. So, slowly, she repeated it to her hero. "But...I'd rather die trying, than let everyone else just die." Sure it was modified, but...it was basically the same as it was before. Remi's attempts made her smile again, wanting so badly to get down and hug him for saying the right thing to her. That was...exactly what she wanted - and needed - to hear. "I'm sure you're right, Remi...thank you." She murmured. As though he understood, Christof moved to set her down, where she did hold on to him for a moment to steady herself. "A-ah, alright...I'll, um, try!" She resolved, surprised by the hug, but returning it readily regardless. A thankful squeeze later (partially because he was okay, and partially because he hadn't killed her yet), she let him go and turned shyly to the task she had been given. "Umm! G! Over here!" She waved her battered arms above her head, partially wondering if the lumbering beast would recognize her - she was, after all, no longer the (literally) rotten little girl that he had practiced in the play with. " E-Everyone else!" She squeaked, shuffling awkwardly to one side to try and pick up a fallen piece of stone. "Umm! Try to build! Quickly, Quickly!" Hugging Remi would have to come later, she supposed. "...! Oh!" Her gaze fell on Johan and Lattice, and then around at the rest of them. "If...if anyone knows FEAR healing or has pumpkin pills, please help the wounded! Jack, even go make bandages!" She gestured to the tattered remains of her ballgown, some of which was clean enough to make bandages from...probably.

Barth's eyes narrowed as Draven swooped overhead. Him, what was he doing here? Was Lilith...? No, probably not. He pushed the irritation down, walking beside Calder with slow, precise steps.
The Hunters were gathering. They were gathering. Trading and mirroring. The barrier might stall them, but being in one group had its...disadvantages. Good against the humans, bad against the thing in the sky was hell-bent on destroying everything and everyone on the field.
"Someone needs to talk to her," he hissed. "Tell her to target the humans only. They're in a clump now. Easssy pickings."
...Personally, he elected Draven.

(( Hi I am now a proxy post for Huni )) Huni Pi Already unnerved by Vieve's presence, Legs and Tess' nerves were frayed enough as it was. Hearing Red and that other-voice talk about saving them should have given the winged ghoul hope that their teacher would pull through. It should have made Tess want to fight back and help the others take down the not-Reapers in their midst. (Legs was already scanning for the jacking b*****d with the chainsaw.)
But then Red's voice faded away. It was only the other-voice talking now, the behemoth taking flight and... Oh no. Oh he didn't. From his maw came Blue Fire.
And it was coming their way. No time to run. No where to hide. Tess was not going to use Lizzy or Amrita as a shield. Not that that would have done her any good either. Heat enveloped her, surging up her exposed entrails and into her body, searing undead flesh and bone, robbing her of her voice even though her mouth was open wide in a scream.
Legs was lifted off the ground from the impact, the fire so strong she was airborne for several moments before collapsing with a heavy thud. Agony, pain, white-hot and blue-tinged, it was everywhere and Tess' wings flapped erraticaly, uselessly, while she crashed beside her lower half.
But... she was still awake. She was still alive or undead in their case. How was that possible?

"I am not saying you have to fight!" She returned sharply, some what taken aback by his fierceness. He was right, at least in knowing that they were too weak to continue for long...but what good were they doing standing in the middle of the field? If nothing else, Natalia was suggesting they move to safety.
His sudden rash of anger instilled guilt within her just as it prompted a surge of indifference. She felt the pride in which he resented still, the need to fight in order to right the wrongs; but she was not ready to fight her friends for the cause. Tears dropped from her lowered gaze at last, no longer able to hold them in, hiding her face with one hand while the other grabbed ahold of her hip. Around them, voices continued to wail. "What do you suggest we do then? Where should we go? I am willing to think this through as best we can, but I refuse to wait and see what happens." She looked out and over to the crowd forming, and narrowed her gaze.
"There is protection in numbers..." Perhaps this they would agree on.

West stopped in the middle of his sentence when he realized that one of the ghouls hadn't made it through the fire. Well, s**t. He shook his head when Holly asked if he had seen Savior, and stood in place for a moment after the ghost ghoul ran off, staring at the spot where he'd last seen Levi. Who was he going to fight with now? Okay, fine. Who was he going to fight with who would give him a decent fight in return? Eventually he turned to look in the direction Holly had gone. The tatzel would be back. Everyone always came back. He nodded once to himself, then jogged off toward the group that had gathered around naked Savior, giving Natalia, Simone and Tybalt a nod. He would have spoken, but he knew his battered voice wouldn't come out as more than a whisper right now. Better to just listen than make the effort to be heard. It seemed a lot of students planned on targeting the guy with the scythe. Well, while they were doing that, he would be free to kick Red's deranged a**. West crossed his arms over his chest, his jaw tense.

Tybalt felt a surge of guilt.
Ahh crap... He made a ghoul cry...
"Natalia, I'm sorry... I didn't mean.." He stopped unsure of how to go about talking now. "I don't know what to do, and I sure as hell don't want to wait around either... All I know---what I'm sure of---is that if we attack them head on, we're going to lose." He sighed, nodding slightly at her last words.
"There is protection in numbers... but it also means one target for them to aim at." He pointed out. "It would be too easy for them to wipe us all out."
This was probably the first time the black dog had ever felt so frustrated and trapped. Their options were so limited. What could they do? What can they do?
He felt like banging his head against a wall...
When West showed up, Tybalt greeted the wrath demon with a nod as the boil made his way over to their own small gathering.
He must be someone belonging to Holly's and Savior's group he noted, since they were dressed similar and they seemed to know each other.

Huni Pi Rallying cries were heeded as were the words of encouragement from his teammates and fellow Hunters. Before half-tugged and half-stumbled while he led his bleary-eyed Bro along. Despite the grim situation and how very, very much he wanted to scream with that high-pitched keen of his, his spirit was buoyed thanks to his teammates.
Betas for Life, or some such. He should be loyal to the group as a whole but in his heart of hearts, the Betas were his favorite. But shhhh don't tell anyone. He mentally chuckled at the indignant hmph from his parnter and assured her she was a Beta because she was his and he was hers. The sentiment mollified the wheel enough.
However, this tiny moment of happiness was not to last. Because the not-Aria b***h was having one of those identity crisis and it seemed like they were going to have to deal with the fall out. Teal eyes narrowed when the mother ******** ******** thing took to the air again and he gave Bix a reassuring squeeze on his arm.
"We'll take it down together! Us Betas, just li-" the rest of his words were cut off when the not-Aria behemoth breathed fire. ******** blue fire. What was. I don't even. He was going to start flailing any minute now, he just knew it. As the flames drew closer, Before was compelled to run and drag Bix and Gale with him. Maybe even shove them both down while he and Vanna tried to use their combined size as a shield. His wheel said he was a Devil Shield, maybe, maybe it could still work?
But he never got the chance to do anything other than let out a startled squeak when the albino tackled him to the ground. Bix was heavier than his lanky frame suggested and he was solid and warm. Too warm.
"B-Bix? B-bro?" Before gasped from underneath the heavy weight... the dead weight, he slowly realized. The world around him seemed to fade away, all the colors leeching from his vision as he carefuly rolled Bix off him. His mind was blank, his mouth was dry, and apart from singed wisps of his brown hair, Before was unharmed after the blue hell-fire.
Because Bix saved him. Debt repaid? What debt? Bix owed him nothing! Confused, maybe in denial, Before began to shake Bix, demanding he "Wake up. Wake. Up. I don't understand. What debt? What? C'mon. WAKE. UP." He didn't want to remember the pendants and the Gym and having to kill fellow Betas and non-Betas just to save his friend. That couldn't be the debt he was talking about. It was just something he would have done for Bix and Boss and Gale and Bee and Thor and... and...
He couldn't think straight, there was a loud pounding in his ears and his hands were trembling. First almost Gale and now Bix? No. No. No No No No No No. He roared into the sky, teal eyes burning from unshed tears.
Silly Before? Vanna quietly piped up in his mind. She cringed from the defeaning silence that greeted her but braved to continue, You are... please be your old self again... Still the oppressive lack of mental reaction. A face hewn from metal chewed on its lip, Do you not have bandages?
...
...
...
Before hastilly dug into his coat for his last roll of bandages. He didn't know if this would work, Bix was so awfully still. But he had to try! "Wake up, Bro. C'mon. Wake uuuuuuup!"

"Fight pointless. Large group bad, die easily. Target in large group, better alone. Common sense." How did Savior know the words 'common sense' should have been the biggest mystery. "Also, said no leaks. Why youse leak. Tiebult right, see it." The whole concept of working with others was not something a soloitary monster was used to, and so Savior made sure to let the group know.
When a new boil arrived Savior turned and looked at him, her head tilted to the side. He looked familiar, but....? No wait, maybe it was....? No, she didn't know. "Whose youse." Her brain couldn't fathom that this person might be West, he didn't smell like her at all nor did he look like West.

[HP: 20] [Status: So Confused]
Chaos seemed to reign, everyone was talking, she heard Aksaja Calling to them, she saw Christof taking charge? She tried to focus, but she couldn't her priority was ensuring Alcie and Julian were safe, on the island she had left her friends to die while she had survived. Sin never wanted to feel the ache of survival guilt again. Still she couldn't just turn her back on the others, so many were her friends as well and she had seen some..vanish...hopefully only dissipated back to a pumpkin patch.
She cringed at Julian's singed wings and moved closer to him. "Julian take your Pill..."
She probably ought to follow her own damn advice, but she was still okay...she could hold out a little longer.
