I'm sorry but We have done nothing to violate the TOS and I have a proposition for you. What if all the people that have similar characters change that, and we change the name of the guild. Then we can let all this go behind us.

I looked at it, but please try to understand that these kind of things can change, we can change the storyline a little and we can continue on in peace, along with changing The character and the name.
