CHarges aka Tattoo Charges are basically the "chakra pool" for your tattoo jutsus.
Tattoo jutsus use NO CHAKRA at all!
Instead each jutsu is given a charge amount telling you how many charges you need in order to use it.
example:
Ur a academy student and you get 10 charges from ur tattoos on ur arms.
you use a academy tattoo jutsu that costs 1 charge so now u have 9 charges.
Tattoo Jutsus:
Rules for Tattoo Jutsus:
1. Tattoo Jutsus dose count as part of the jutsu count (But only 1 per post unless your a speed or combo ninja)
2. Tattoo Jutsus don't use Chakra cost but is based on how many tattoos are on you at the time. Example: Tattoo Clone uses 1 tattoo. (amount of tattoo will be listed next to name of jutsu)
3. Once all the Tattoo charges are used, they are replenished the same way Chakra is... by like sleeping or eating.
4. After a Tattoo jutsu is finished the tattoo appears back on the user.

Tosatsu charges onto the scene and smacks Orchid with a large pheasant! The pheasant gets upset and flies off however, proving that birds are not very reliable as weapons. Thus, he pulls out a rubber chicken instead.

But yeah, I was looking at your clan the other day and considered it just for the weapon releasing tattoos. Those are pretty cool. The telepathy one is good too.
