Yep yep. But you have to mark them with the special seal first. You should probably also have your character learn it from the demon somehow as well.

Wait a minute, why's everyone talking about Sora? Why not the other genin?

Although, I might just use Aoi's picture for jounin mainly because all of the other ones on photobucket have long, flowing hair that is very un-ninja like and would be a hazard to Sora when she's moving at high-speeds....

EDIT- Nevermind, I found a good one that can be used for either a girl or a boy 4laugh . Now I just need a sannin picture in case I ever reach that rank....

Yes, all of the pics are probably meant to be boys, especially the first two but Sora is a tomboy so there 3nodding . Besides, it's hard to find a blonde anime girl with short hair and blue eyes gonk . Most of the pics have long, flowing princess-hair that's probably going to trip my character up more than she already does naturally stare .
