Because it's not from the UGMF. It's from a different guild. Get your facts straight before you start harrassing members on their signatures. The Excelsior International Company is an offshoot of the UGMF, so the signatures are similar.

Its for Crew only. If you're a Crew member and you had five stars you automatically get six stars, so you can't be questioned.

And technically Alex, the rank of Six Star general DOES exist. It was posthumously given to George Washington by Congress some time after WW2, because of the belief that Washington should be the highest ranking commander in US History.
