Erron awoke from a dreamless sleep, he stretched into a sitting position and looked to the window as the first rays of sunlight peaked over the battalion walls, he quickly washed and shaved using the complementary razor and bowl of warm water carefully trying not to open up a vein all the while, he headed down to the bar and quickly ordered a bowl of stew and six heavy loaves of bread and an equal amount of dried sausage and cheese to sustain the party for a few nights. He ate and waited for the rest of the party to wake and ready themselves, the shield for Tjaden and a map of the outlying regions laying on the table in front of him, they had to choose a destination before they left town after all.

Tjaden had awoken and completed his morning rituals. Coming down the stairs, he spotted Erron. After ordering some porridge and a drink, he sat down at the table. "Morning," He nodded to the map, "I had not thought of where we would go. I was so intent on simply leaving this place, it slipped my mind. Where did you have in mind?"

((Few things 1: No further fights in Haven, so Brurag's out of luck there. 2: Need to be out of Haven ASAP.))
As Erron and Tjaden sat at the table, the map lay out before them. Only a handful of options were available within 2 days' reach, so their decisions would remain within those few.
#1: Return to Tradewind 36 hours (No new quests) #2: Strange Shrine 24 hours. An unusual shrine in the hills between Tradewind and The Frostridge Mountains that hold the dwarven city of Deepanvil. #3: Ruins of Beardmark 18 hours. The remains of a former dwarven outpost that once served as a defensive bulwark against the undead hordes of Plagues past.

Kal noticed the Orc was lusting for blood. He quickly ran to be in front of him. "Brurag, the quicker we exit this town, the quicker you get your enemies. So, let's go back to the inn, shall we? We can gather the group together and then leave hastily," he offered, trying to get the Orc to not kill more people. They didn't need him in another cage with a replica crowd. It was hard enough the first time. The second time wouldn't be any easier. "On the way back, I'd like to stop by a mage's shop. Our own mage has been using the same piece of wood since I got here. I'd like to surprise her," he stated with a slight bit of joy. Tjaden was wearing off on him slightly. He was actually doing something for someone else's benefit.

Erron ran his finger along three possible locations before surmising
"I heard from the emissaries which accompanied Ronus to the town they had seen a strange shrine along the way from Deepanvil, the city from which they had come, but didn't have time to investigate it so we could go see for ourselves, that's about a day worth of travel... closer by is an outpost...Beardmark?" Erron had not noticed the township on any maps that had been in Haven before, perhaps the map he was perusing was older than it seemed "And of course we could just go back to Tradewind, a day and a half, but I do not think there is much for us to do there other than sit and watch time pass us by."
He settled back and looked upon the map of the peninsula a moment before light flitted across the gleaming metal of the shield which they had retrieved from the Archmage's collection. "I ought to mention that shield is for you, I hope it suits you well."

Selce was quite happy when she finished studying her spellbook. She quickly gathered her things organizing and putting them into pockets of her robes. She went down and found a serving maid. After showing her want for what ever they had in the kitchen that was edible she quietly asked after some spiced wine. Selce scanned the patrons of the Inn before setting her sights on Erron and Tjaden. She nearly skipped over to them and sat down. "Morning." Noting the map she looked over the area near by Haven. "Where's our next destination?" She asked.

"Erron suggested a 'strange' shrine he would like to check out. Its proximity to Deepanvil means we can speak more to the Dwarves about their battle with the elves. If the two are related, we need to know as much as possible. We could also spread the word of our suspicions. If it gains popularity, we may even curb some of the violence. I hesitate only because we have Elves in our company, which may cause the same problems we have here." Tjaden said. "It was described as strange, so its right up our alley."

He shrugged his shoulders. He didn't want to start an argument with his own team so he simply sighed, nodding as he turned to follow the one he had learned was called Kal. He didn't really care much for having to work to pleasantly surprise another party member, but he didn't know her very well other than that her point of view somewhat annoyed him. Although having stronger allies was always a positive.
He secured his axe in the sling on his back, ready to follow Kal wherever in the town he went.

Grumbling sligtly to herself about the foolishness of sleeping in such an uncomfertable and overly soft contraption as a bed the remaining elf in the group went about her morning stretches to ward off the cramps she was getting from spending two nights in a row away from her beloved forest.
After this and washing herself Laren made her way downstairs and joined her newfound companions just intime to hear Tajden mention Deepanvil and his comment about "elves in our company". While this did not spark any reaction from her emotionally the elf did sit down at the table and say, "Speaking of which, where is our druid? We have not seen him sense our arrival to this city and I am starting to worry."

It was then that a familiar voice answered Laren's inquisition.
"I had been wondering about young Prometheus as well, dear Laren."
The ranger turned quickly to regard the voice, revealing the merchant extraordinaire, Phineas Fairhand with his ever-present smile, though it belied a concerned tone in his voice.
"The last the guardsmen had seen of him, they stated that he had been wandering down into an alleyway and simply disappeared. What's worse is that they had discovered bloodstains in that alley but with they led away in no direction at all, the strangest thing. I do hope the young druid is alright. But, this is not why I have returned to you so early in the morn. I wished to speak with the two of you." the elven merchant waved his hand towards Laren and Tjaden, "I know you have been asked to leave due to concern of the ruling council here. I came to bid you farewell because my business here is not yet adjourned and to assure you that someday, should our paths cross again, I greatly look forward to it. You are no longer in my employ. You will find your own ways to live as it should be."
He finished his speech with a low bow, and an elven hand gesture that meant: Live Well.

Kal made his way to the nearest Staff shop and entered, seeming out of place among the humans and elves that had learned the Arcane Arts. He made his way to the front desk. "I need some advice. Got a friend in the spellcasting department. What are some of the best staffs and wands you offer?" he asked, knowing very little, but enough to get him by. He hoped the group would have a plan of where they were going when he returned to the inn with Brurag, whom he noticed didn't mind the idea of peace for now in the village.

"I am sure we shall meet again, good sir. And I thank you for that information." Tjaden made sure to direct the next comment to everyone. "I had hoped that our nature-loving friend had skipped town before us, unable to handle the city life. However, with this new information, I think we have to consider the possibility that he has fallen afoul of some enemy. I doubt that he succumbed to some petty thief and in light of the mysterious circumstances indicated by the blood stains, which we must assume is his, I think it is safe to assume....we are being targeted...." Selce frowned. "It seems another that began this journey in a certain dungeon won't be coming with us, that necromancer is after those with 'unique' blood." She tried to joke despite her concern for Prometheus. 'He's fine he could handle himself quite well.' She tried to convince herself. Her hands gripped the table tightly. She looked at Erron and nodded. "Just you and me left from there." She said quietly almost to herself. Her eye's turned to Phineas. "It was nice traveling with you Mister Fairhand. May your ventures fare well and you even better." She told him politely.

((I am unfamiliar, but.... Who says I have to buy it? Haha, can the trickster be conjured twice if he was released the first time, instead of being destroyed?))
Kal smiled at the owner. "May I see the Quarterstaff?" he asked. He had two plans of stealing it. One involved his new move, one his new item. One of two ways, he would get it. They were being kicked out of town anyway, might as well give a good reason to it. He figured the less the mage knew about this incident, the better.
