Kwubara watched as Tier left. He wasn't going to follow and he was hoping Tier wouldn't hold back. The distractions that were happening would give him more time to rest and be ready. The events of tonight would wear out the others and make his work easier. After a few minutes he headed into the dojo. There wasn't much he could do to help, and with that he headed off to bed. They could be mad at him all they want.

Lina calmly strolled over and put her hand against the prison she had created. She stopped constricting on the beast, instead choosing to let the barrier weaken whenever the creature pushed against it. It would initially seem as if she was letting up, but in truth when the creature's paws would get through a layer a strong shock would go into the offending limb. She formed another layer, outside this shock field, now that she had physical contact, just to make sure that the beast wouldn't be encouraged by this seeming weakness.

As Tobu got a shock, he became enraged, constantly penetrating the first shield, and tackeling the second.
He powerfully pushed off the ground, and rammed at the outer forcefield with his shoulders.
He became to get smoking, and if the barrier wouldn't stop the odors, people would smell burned hair.
With every shock he got, he got even angrier.
The body of Ookamimaru, still hanging into the air, spasmed every time Tobu got a shock.

She sighed and gave up on her attempts to shock him, seeing the pointless attempt to disable the beast in that method. She re-focused her energy into turning the barrier into something more solid. She constricted it more towards his form to reduce the momentum the beast could use against her trap.
She glanced at Iri, then at Ookamimaru the message in her eyes was simple, she might be able to to keep this up for some time, but she needed some kind of solution that would help Iri's student.
She didn't think she needed to mention just how each attempt might make things worse.

Iri doesn't respond at first. She knows exactly what Lina's thinking.
"Any way we can communicate with that thing? In any other situation, I'd say the time for talking has already past. But now that we've proved he can't win, we might be able to get him to behave. That's not going to happen this way, though. And killing him is obviously not an option."

Iri quirks a brow. What would she do with that? With a mental shrug, Iri thinks of the items secretly hovering around her. A spool of chain appears in front of her. It's a rope chain, of about the same thickness that one would use for a necklace. Instead of gold or silver, though, it's made of titanium. Iri has rarely used it. In fact, she hasn't used it since coming to the Academy. But in an aerial fight, she can attach it to her smaller weapons, like her tessen or her kunai. Then she wraps part of the chain around her wrists. Using the chain, she can throw the weapons without worrying about retrieval, and swing them to keep distance between herself and an attacker. The main reason she doesn't use it now, is because it would put her at a huge disadvantage with a Rai user, and so she doesn't want to form a habit of using that strategy.
The spool of chain floats over to Lina, hanging in the air in front of her chest.
"Go for it. And don't worry about damaging it."

The cave was starting to shutter violently. Small pieces of rock were falling from the ceiling and the front of the cave started to fall apart; blocking the exit. Large cracks in the ceiling were forming right above the group.
A little more.. will do it.
The cave's slow destruction wasn't meant to crush anyone. If anything that was the last thing Bao wanted. His intention was different.
Boulders started to fall from the ceiling as the domino effect made its way from the front of the cave towards the end.
They'll protect themselves, I would hope.
Bao was standing outside of the cave with his palms against the rock that had fallen. Chakra was brimming from under his palms.

There was an ominous, unseen presence that could just barely be felt behind Bao. Iruel was sending information, so it's energy signature rose just a teensy bit.

Lina growled after grabbing the chain. noticing the cave-in.
She started running towards the exit, pulling the barrier sphere.
"Someone else is here, and they don't want us to take this thing"

As Lina started to move the sphere, Tobu slammed his claws into the ground to stay put.
He put all his weight in going the opposite direction.
Let's see what happens...

She pushed the sphere under his feet then growled loudly. She had ballooned her shape-shift technique to it's maximum to produce the mostly accurate dragon form. This time she heaved hard as her form shifted from her slim build to accommodate the additional mass of what she was carrying.
Her dragon form had an absurd strength advantage, but this form could be stronger if she constantly burned through her ki to shapeshift enough, and being a clone helped relieve the stress of keeping the technique up.
"Now everyone's gonna think I'm weird" she muttered, looking at herself and lifting the sphere with a strong heave till it was above her head. Glancing at Jin had been, hoping he couldn't see her after what Iri had done with him.

(( I guess you didn't catch what she did to Jin. She forced him into his air form, and condensed him kind of like an air bomb or an air spy. He's floating somewhere near her, like one of her items. ))
Iri draws Ookamimaru down to her, touches his head, and does the same thing to him that she did to Jin. She knows he's gone through the process before, so she figures it won't hurt him. Energy floods the boy, and a second after touching him, he's suddenly a floating ball of air. Someone adept in Kaze could fight the state, but Ookamimaru doesn't know enough about the element to stop her. Jin's been fighting it the whole time, but Iri has better control than her student, so it's been futile. She new he passed out from chakra exhaustion when his air ball went still.
The Fury quirks a brow at Lina's method of moving Tobu. She doesn't think it's weird.
"Holy s**t, Lina! Friggin' awesome!"
Then she narrows her eyes as her one spy remaining outside begins to send information. Bao it out there. The scent is familiar. His hands against the blocked exit. Peculiar waves indicate chakra use. That's useful information, but she's missing one detail. Where'd Reeve go? She had noticed him arrive on the scene.
Iri mentally relays the information to Lina, then runs ahead of her. "I got this!"
As for the boulders and rocks coming down from the cave's ceiling, Iri's got that, too. A steady, powerful gust has begun to circulate through the cave. It originates at Iri, goes up to the ceiling, travels deeper into the cave, intercepting boulders and knocking them aside as it does so, and circulates back down the floor and back to Iri. It would remind one of a belt sander.

She had a bit of a smile at Iri's compliment. It dissipated as her mind focused back on the matter at hand. Replaced by her usual neutral expression.
She started moving ahead towards the exit at a cautious pace as Iri kept the rocks off her head. She would let Iri handle whatever came up ahead of them. After all the sudden change in body structure wouldn't instantly compensate for all the muscle memory adjustments needed, and all the Rai energy she was managing to replenish was going straight out towards keeping the beast caged so she wouldn't be much help in a fight till she had a chance to chain the beast up.

Bao pointed up at the full moon while removing his hands from the fallen entrance. He didn't turn around to look who it was.
"This will be fun to watch..!"
He whispered to the thing that was behind him. Eventually the cave's falling rocks would stop and the dust and debris would clear.
The cave's ceiling was now gone and the full moon was above the group. What was to come next, was Bao's intention for destroying the cave's ceiling.
