Alex smiled at Naomi and said "he was only tryin to keep you from burning down my house" he laughed he heard someone coughing and said "lets head inside"

"From Alexi there," She said pointing at the girl as a small blush crept onto Kirra's face and she whispered, "Hurt or insult her and I'll kick your a**, twin or no twin."

Alexa had kept back during this particular confrontation. Apparently she did have some empathy after all - enough, anyway, to keep out when she was clearly extraneous. When Kirra pointed her out, however, she deemed it all right to come forward. With a wicked little half-grin, she nodded to Hyn. "Alexi?" she asked, lifting a brow at Kirra.

Aura blinked down at Artemis when he woke up. "Morning, sunshine," she replied. Dismissing her lightness almost as soon as the words came out of her mouth, she grew a little more serious. "Do you feel better? You gave us sort of a scare." She offered a hesitant smile, unsure of how her words would be taken. The last thing she wanted was to make the boy feel like an invalid.
Engela glanced at Mathias. "Well then, let's give them some space, love," she told him, tilting her head towards the door.

Mathias nodded and took Engela's hand, leaving the room silently before the two teens could even notice.
Artemis nodded. "I feel much better." He sat up, a little quicker than he should have. His head spun and his stomach heaved. Swallowing hard, his head swayed and he started falling over, heading for a face plant on the floor.

Kirra looked at Alexa and said, "What? Something wrong with it? I think that Alexi is cute, and it's better than calling you Alex, or Allie, which I don't think you'd really like."

Sora walked out of the house, jumping up to the rooftop and landing inaudibly on her feet. She sat down, and laid back, gazing into the sky boredly.

Alexa grinned. "Alex is my brother, not me, darling," she replied with a lazy smile. "There's nothing wrong with it. I was just mildly curious."

Aura caught his arm and eased him back down. "He says, right before using his face to fix the floorboards," she muttered. "I'm glad you feel better, but if you're going to faint, just stay down." Looking around, she realized that her entire family had deserted her. "Oh. Hmm."

Artemis listened to Aura and layed back, his head resting on the couch awkwardly since he didn't want to 'intrude' and put his head back in Aura's lap while he was concious. He fidgeted a little bit when he looked around with Aura, seeing they were alone. "Uhh..I..I don't know what you did when I blacked out and was injured, but thank you." Swallowing hard, he looked at her eyes. "I...I owe you my life, but I don't know how I can make it up to you." He said, with absolute sincerety in his voice.

Alex walked in holding Naomi's hand noticed Artemis and Aura he took one look at both their faces let go of Naomi's hand for a second made a heart shape with his hands and said "yea i can see you two together" and he chuckled and said "kiss and get it over with i'm tired of waiting outside"
Leon looked at his wife and said "young love is everywhere...lets hope they don't lose it.." he sighed "Artemis was a close call..."

((OOC: I am 'double posting' cause it was an after-thought)) Einon had finished hunting. He had taken down two mountain lions in the woods. When he was coming back, he saw someone jump onto the roof of the house. He changed course and jumped up to the roof. Walking close enough she'd hear but not to close to preserve personal space as well as make sure he calmed down from hunting, Einon attempted to begin a conversation with this girl. "Good evening, Ms. We weren't introduced before the fight or anything. My name is Einon. Pleased to meet you." He didn't extend his arm, since he never really understood this gesture. But he sat down and waited to see if she felt like talking or not.

Aura smiled a little. "Don't worry," she told Artemis. "I don't know what I did, either. You don't have to make it up to me - it's what I've been trained to do." Both halves of the equation, she thought. Killing and healing.
She looked up at Alex in confusion when he came in. She'd missed approximately half of his comment - unfortunately, it was the pertinent half. "Well, of course you can see us together," she replied tiredly. "We're both on the couch."
Vix smiled sadly at Leon. "But he pulled through. Leon, we're never going to be able to protect them, you know. They're going to grow up fast. Love is just about all that will make it worthwhile." She leaned back slightly. "They need it. They'll make it work somehow."

Artemis smirked. "Knew you'd take the modest approach. But that's okay. Someday I'll find a way to make it up." When Alex made his statement, before he could answer or retort, Aura did. Artemis nodded to himself and shook his head. Deciding to take a gamble on her killing him, he informed her what Alex meant. "He is saying he sees us AS a couple, like him and Naomi. And he told us to kiss and get it over with." Artemis moved away slightly, knowing from just the short amount of time he'd been around, she wasn't going to contain very well.

Lord Karshenak sat upon his throne, bored out of his mind.
Kirra smiled and said, "Hey what if I call you Lexi?" She walked over to Alexa and stood next to her, wrapping an arm around her waist as she rested her chin on Alexa's shoulder.
Arashi had been silent this whole time, standing behind Hyn, and not doing much
