Raven followed his lead. She rarely had the chance to indulge in wine. "So what brings you here?" she said watching over the rim of her glass.

"I have family here. ive been following my brothers and sister sand all their children for a few generations... they know im around. ive madea fair share of money through their assets. enough to indulge in the finer things in life." He swished the wine in the glass.
"BUt to be quiet honest, i have nowhere better to be. eternity stretches before those with eh blood of the vampire in their veins... and we just ride along wiht ehcurrent until a hunter finds us and gets a lucky shot, or we fall in love and are betrayed or something like that." HE siad, shrugging. "I met a lycan tonight in the park who was pregnant and looking for her mate... im sure he was dead. there was so much blood in the park the past week its barely worth it to venture into central park anymore for the damn smell."

Raven leaned back in her chair. "I know what you mean. For the longest time I felt pitty for vampires, perhaps it was why I've been helping so many. You escape time only to be forever imprisoned in it." She said before laughing "Oh here I go being so depressing. It's a bad habit of mine." She took another sip "So my spanish friend, why is a charming man like you wandering around with out a lady friend?"

"Did not i say?" He continued. "I am afraid i am not a trustying enough individual to seek female companionship beyond close friends." He finished his glass and set it down, crossing his legs and sitting back.
"Besides... its hard to carry on the good work that way." He finished cryptically.

Raven drained the reast of her glass before leening forward in her seat "Untrusting huh? Must be an age thing" she smirked at this friendly jab "because even if it turns out to be foolish I think I trust you." Raven shrugged "Spainaird are a noble and galant type. They have honor."

"Why just last week, i met a pair just as ancient..." HE paused on the word and cocked his head, smiling and looking back at raven.
"AS myself... but i do not wish to be grouped with that bunch. scheming cowards if you ask me... id rather be around those newbloods like you, who still have wonder in their eyes and hearts." HE smiled and set down the bottle after only filling his glass halfway.

Raven laughed "Well wonder aside we're not nearly as charming." absently rubbing her neck "Also we tend to have a problem with keeping our teeth to ourselfs..." playing with her empty glass she stopped for a moment to surve the room be fore looking at her older friend "You sound as though you meet us often. Judging from this crowd i'm guesing not here"

"think about this." HE siad, carefully looking around before scooting on the couch he sat upon to get closer to raven. he leaned towards her and whispered.
"Vampires are mortal enemies of hunters, and Lycans... hunters hate both of teh creatures of the night, and lycans hate us and hunters... but, now take this with pinch of slat, raven... within all these groups, there is also another way of grouping our interests other then hate...." He smiled and pointed up to the sky with his right hand still holding the wineglass, his eyes followign shortly after.
"I am a godfearing vampire and a devout christian despite the fact i keep hearing he has forsaken me... i wish to group humans, lycan and vampire in that manner. a group of men and women in service to the light, ready to destroy the wicked and corrupt in ALL races."

"not every body would like a bunch of do-gooders ateaming up on them.... i do plan on eradicating the other half of society." He said grimly "Some people do not deserve to live on gods green earth....yes it is radical, yes it is crazy... but these extreme dayscall for action, and genocide against the wicked is better then genocide against those who woudl be able to pick up the pieces afterwards." HE set down the wineglasss and ran his fingers through his hair.
