She wasn't sure what they were going to do at that point. "Then... does this mean you have to go?" She couldn't believe what she was saying. If she really wanted to stay, then she wouldn't let him be taken away. "I know of a place at the garden I called you to yesterday where you can hide... And if that doesn't work, then I will fight for you." It might have sounded a bit corny, yet, her stomach ached and she knew if she wanted to better things then she would have to try and get him to forgive her.

"Then so be it. Just.. water hides sent pretty well. Well, the flowers overtake most of the scent, and if you could go back into the water where we left off and swim all the way back upstream to behind the falls, you may have a chance. From there I can try and use my knowledge of the clan layout to get you away until you know what you can do." She smiled at, hair lowing behind her. "I just don't want to see you hurt anymore... the truth."

He was about to make a dive for the area she had shown him, when it occured to him he really had been given no straight answer again. Well- "Can I kiss you?" he asked quickly, looking around for signs of the approaching team.

"Yes. Only if you promise to trust me from here on out." She was also looking around, her stomach still having slight pinches. Ears on heavy alert, her eyes were focused on him and him only, trying to lip read and listen for anything suspicious.

He kissed her swiftly on the lips, smiling. But still paranoid, he raced to hide and kept a lookout from the now significantly limited view the spiot had to offer for him.

"Wait! Your clothes. Do you think it would help if I took them from you and you wore some of mine?" She asked trying to understand this whole scent thing. "I mean, do you think it might throw them off if I carried yours around?"

Mordrid laughed and discreetly tossed her his pants. "Something I used to do in the military, but I held back on suggesting it to you." he replied, then got back into his hiding spot and became quiet.

She had run into her room and came back only a few minutes later with some of her baggy pants, them looking large enough to fit him. She set them on the ledge and started 'talking to herself' persa, "So... should I go somewhere with these?" She asked holding his pair of pants in her arms.

Panting, Wedsday skidded to a halt in front of Rayne, the flames from his arms and legs died down and eventually were extinguished. "Rayne? That ya? Girl, we're looking for Mordrid here. I know you two had a nasty fallout, and the kid needs to go back. We'll engage him to a youkai and hopefully he'll forget all about this mess....why are you holding pants?'

"Yeah... Sure..." She looked to her left, a bit sad. "Wedsay.. Do you not know? He left awhile ago. We said some pretty nasty things to eachother and he ended up running off. He took a pair of my pants and left his." Holding the pair of pants out in front of her, she then looked back up at him, "Who is Ayoukai?"

"Youkai, like the species. Female youkai and male humans can't have children, so it'd be best. Give him to Hikojuya(a goddess of theirs) daughters and all that. "I have to ask ya love, why did he take your pants? That sounds more of like something I would do."

"Damnit, think you could wait for me?" in truth she was worried about where Daoin was. She had passed Aes's house and not felt his ki there. It was dangerous for him to walk around alone. "Ok, so this is Rayne? Where is he?!"
