Mikuru had blushed deeply at the comment. She managed to bow politely at Rei, however. "Thank you." Her voice sounded stiff, as though she were forcing her words out. She felt a little awkward about dressing in someone else's room, but she supposed it would be better than having to return to her own room in nothing but towels.

"No problem" Rei said. Grabbing her laptop she headed into a livingroom, sitting on the couch she turned on her laptop.

Mikuru dressed quickly and darted into her room to deal with the towels. She wasn't sure what she was supposed to do with dirty laundry. In a big house like this, she wouldn't be surprised if there was some kind of cleaning service, but she hadn't been told of any, and hadn't seen any... She decided it would just be best to pile up her dirty laundry and ask Rei later. Mikuru stripped the blankets and sheets from her bed and shoved them into a corner, followed by her towels. She considered her maid uniform, and threw that into a trash can. Better not to think about it.
Inuyasha had gone outside to think. That was where he thought best, anyway. The ocean scent was odd, and a little unfamiliar to him. He was used to forests, or wide open spaces. The salty smell stung his nose. He stared up at the morning sky, thinking about what he had come across that morning. He was considering telling someone-- namely Rei-- about what he had seen. If it was between Mikuru and some random guy, he would have kept his mouth shut. But Rei was his-- he considered the word-- friend, and if she was in a relationship with Ryou and he was sleeping with someone else... The demon groaned and rubbed his forehead. He didn't like thinking, not like this. He wished there was someone for him to pummel to get his mind off it. But all of the other fighters were currently missing. He might ask Bakura, but the guy only worked with magic. No physical fighting at all.

Rei smiled "Thanks..."

Bakura finished up his desk and flipped through the cards, and he couldn't help but frown. In an actual duel, it would be crap. There was hardly any stragety. He had chosen the cards based solely on their abilities and attack. He had plenty of magic and trap cards he was itching to try out on the others-- he couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he used Change of Heart...
Pocketing the cards, the spirit closed the case of cards, but decided not to return it to Rei. If he wanted to change what cards he had, he didn't want to have to ask her to see the case again. This normally would be the time he would switch places and allow Ryou to control the body... But a quick check told him that his host was still asleep. Yesterday, Bakura had needed to drain Ryou's spiritual energy in order to protect the both of them. The Millennium Ring recovered quickly, and so did he, but the boy wasn't used to having his energy drained away. He was still attempting to regain what he had lost. If he was in control, he would just want to curl up and sleep. Bakura could get so much more done.
The spirit wandered out of Ryou's bedroom and went to a main room, wondering who would be hanging around. He was tempted to egg someone into attacking him, just so he could test out his deck. But he was still weakened, not enough to take someone on. He would have to make due with bickering with the non-fighting mortals. He went into a living room and found Rei with some critter on her lap. "What on earth is that?" He asked, disgust lacing his voice. It looked like something from Anzu's deck.

"It's a shaymin...And apparently it's not safe to use computers eather." Rei said with a sigh "My poor computer...." she said looking at her laptop beside her. The shyamin looked to bakura and shyly nuzzled into rei. Rei sighed agian and looked up to bakura. Im bored.....Wanna duel? No shadows games or anything else..Just a simple, not violent duel...." Rei must be bored if she was willling to duel with bakura.
((Have his say yes! And have rei win! That way bakura can be all mad at her for winning and be like WTF))

Bakura blinked in slight surprise, but otherwise didn't allow it to show. "A duel but no shadow games? Sounds rather dull." He commented dryly, but his eyes already had an interested glint in them. "I suppose. Do you already have a deck?" He pulled out the deck he had just made and frowned at it. Not exactly good for dueling, but it was better than nothing, he supposed.

"Yes I do. Gimmie a second." Picking up the shaymin and her laptop shewalked off to her room. She came back with the shaymin resting on her head an her deck in her hands. "Alright. She said sitting on the couch "you sit over there" she said pointing to the opisite end of the coffee table.

Bakura sat down cross-legged easily, and began to shuffle his deck. "Here. Cut." He offered her his deck and took hers when she had finished shuffling it, and cut hers. "You can go first." When it came to dueling, especially in one without a threatening opponent, and without anything on the line, he was quite... relaxed. Pleasant was just too strong a word to use in Bakura's case.

"Alright then" Rei said and started the duel...
((And since I such at rping duels im going to skip to the very end!))
"And that would hit your lifepoints directly...Which I belive is the end of the duel..." Rei said and glanced over to the paper they had been scribbling on to keep track of lifepoints. "You lost." Rei said.

Bakura sat backwards, a deathly glare set on his face as he examined the playing field. He must have really been out of practice... To be beaten by such an annoying female, and on their first go as well. But, quickly, he soothed his injured pride. She watched his 'show' she would have to know his strageties. He was using a deck he had never intended to duel with. He had gone easy because she was weak, or so he had thought. Slowly the glare and angry look faded from his face. He smirked at her, almost a smile. "So I did." He said in a quiet, strained voice. He was doing his best not to lash out, not to throw a fit over losing. No banishing minds to the Shadow Realm, not over something as trivial as this. His lips were quirked upwards, but his eyes were glowing with suppressed rage.

"I never thought the hours of dueling the computer would ever turn out useful..hmm.." Rei blinked. Before they all came she had used the computer to duel alot. It killed time. When she felt a nudging on her side she looked down to shaymin "yes?" 'im hungery...' it said. "Oh ok then..." Rei said. She gathered up her cards and looked to bakura "you want somthing to eat?" to her this duel was no big deal, just a time killer.

Bakura picked up his graveyard pile and began to flip through the cards. "No." He answered sternly, without thinking. But he had eaten no supper last night, and no breakfast that morning. Other... things... had kept him occupied. Realizing this, he looked up almost curiously. "Well... I suppose the body needs food." He finally said with a sigh. He wasn't used to taking care of the bodily needs. Usually Ryou did everything to keep the body healthy. He gathered his cards up and fished in his pockets before realizing that what he wanted wasn't in there. He stuffed the deck into his back pocket and got to his feet.

"Raw flesh." Bakura answered promptly. He enjoyed steaks, the bloodier the better. But then again... Ryou wouldn't be in control to suffer through indigestion. He would be the one who would eventually have to throw up as the body rejected the uncooked meat. He considered his choice of meals, but shook his head firmly to himself. No. If he was going to have to eat anything, it would be a rare steak, hands down.
