I slowly parked my new 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid in one of the parking lots in front of the house. 'I've been gone for quite some time without telling anyone where I've been. I wonder if any of them are mad at me...' I dig inside the pockets of my hoodie and took out my new Song Ericsson cell. Going through my contact list of three new numbers and numbers of what I remember of my friends. I quickly type out a quick text and forwarded to everybody on the list but the new three numbers. I turn the engine off and snuggle against the eco friendly chair and napped. Inside the text I had forwarded had this message:
Hiya! Hope you're not mad. I have some things to tell everyone, and of course you don't have to listen. I'm in the parking lot outside. Well, I'm more like sleeping in the hybrid than outside. But oh wells.

P.S. Yes, this is my new cell and yes, I'm sleeping in my own car. All will be explained when you guys finish beating me up into a bloody pulp o3o... Chao!

Ana was in sort of a trance as she sat on the couch. Nothing was going into her head. And nothing was coming out. All she saw was black. All she felt was sorrow. She saw nothing but darkness. But then a hug pulled her out and she jumped a little, only to find it was Mason. Lightly hugging her she hid everything so well as she smiled. "I missed you too. Hows the head?" She smiled some. Then she kissed Mason's cheek. "I have to go grab my bags." She sharade was failing fast as she walked upstairs and grabbed her bags. She sat on the bed after she shut the door and grabbed one of the pictures of her and John at prom and just stared at it. She couldn't figure out why there were tear drops on the picture frame. But then she realized she was crying. Putting the picture down, so that she couldn't see his face, she laid face down in the bed. Her tears soaked the pillow instantly. Her whole body was shaking as she rubbed her belly. "I'll never leave you babies... I promise... Mommy's always going to be here... I promise..." She said softly to her tummy.

Though a smile tugged at her lips at Derrik's words, her gaze stayed upon Annora. A vibration in Colleen's pocket tore her concerned gaze away from the fleeing Annora. Quickly retrieving the old cell phone, she read the text message. Unknowingly, a relieved sigh escaped her. Good to see she's back. Even if I'm not sure how to help Annora with whatever is bothering her, maybe Lila will help her. Heaven knows I have no idea how to console a woman. Not taking any notice to her slip of referring to women as something entirely different from herself, she spun on her heel in a very military-esque manner and exited toward the parking lot. Immediately upon seeing the Ford in the parking lot, a grin crept upon Colleen's lips. She moved to stand in front of the driver's side door and tapped on the window.

A light tapping noise bangs against the window and the first thing my mind could register was... "No, no more food I say!" I twist myself into an uncomfortable pose and the next thing I knew, a drumming sound of a honk snaps me from my nap. I look up to notice that I had twisted into a position where my elbow had hit the honker. "Opsie me." I yawn slight and looks towards the right where the tapping noise was still coming from. 'If it's a bird, I'm having chicken tonight.' As my eyes register what or who it was still tapping, I slowly dose off from my sleeping spell. "Oh my gosh!" As my hand reaches for the handle of the car and pushes my way out, I mentally slap myself to stop and started to finally wake up. I crawl towards the other seat on all fours and got out of the car and ran towards Colonel. Stopping just inches from colliding with her. "I'm a guess you got my text?" A little grin escaped from my mouth and I couldn't help it. I was quiet happy that the one who responded was her.

Colleen watched Lila's actions in un-hidden amusement, still tapping on the window. When she exited the vehicle and came over to her, a playful grin played on Colleen's lips. "No, I just guessed you'd be here." Amused sarcasm practically dripped from her tone. Giving a hearty chuckle, she held her arms out in such a manner that it was obvious that she was asking for a hug. "What, I don't get a hug from the friend that I've missed so?" The same playful grin was still sperad across her lips.

Mason watched as Annora went upstairs, and was uncertain of what to do, sitting silently still on the couch. She sat and contemplated for a minute, and notice in the corner of her eye that Colleen was marching out the door, and this is when she realized there was a timid beeping noise going off about every 10 seconds, and she pulled it out and read a message from Lila. She squinted upon reading the name, and tilted a corner of her mouth upward. Though she was unsure of Lila's whereabouts during this long absence, there wasn't any doubt she missed her friend. She jumped up and grabbed the door just before it shut behind Colleen and hung back about ten feet from them, waving as Lil got out of the truck.

Derrik frowned as Annora went up the stairs, but was distracted by his cell phone ringing. He retrieves it from his pocket and flips it open. Then his eyebrows rise toward his hairline. "Lili? I haven't bloody well seen her for days... Nathan, did you want to go see what this is about, or...?" Derrik almost had to laugh at himself and how often he slipped right into boyfriend mode. He could have just gone our to the parking lot, but instead he had asked Nathan.

Nathan was slowly eating his food. For some reason, he was moving much slower than he usually did. Good thing I'm not driving, he thought to himself. He looked up to Derrik. "Go see who, babe?" As if on que, Nathan's phone vibrated in his poket. Nathan pulled it out flipped open the screen. "One new message from: Lilly-Pad." His phone called out to him as if it had a mind of it's own. Nathan read the message and smiled. "Lila? Where the hell has she been? No matter." Nathan closed his phone and placed it back into it's little habitat inside of Nathan's tight, right poket. "No, Love, I don't. But, you can if you want." Nathan began eating again. "I don't want to leave my sister. I want to always know where she is at all times, so she doesn't do anything in fear and loss. You can go see if you want, though." Nahtan walked into the living room and hugged Derrik tightly and kissed him tenderly. "I would never leave you like that, Derrik. I love you too much." He kissed him again and went back to his breakfast.

Derrik was a little startled by Nathan's reassurance. Was he really that obviously bothered about it? Could Nathan see his worry and fear? That seemed horribly unfair to do to Nathan, but what could he really do about it? This was the very reason he'd avoided relationships; to have a breakup happen between Annora and John, who he surely thought of all of them had the best chances of staying together, had once again shaken his faith in love. Derrik rose from his chair and started toward the door, then changed direction and came to Nathan instead. He leaned over Nathan and wrapped his arms around his shoulders, holding on a bit tightly. Derrik kissed Nathan's neck and his shoulder. "I love you. I trust you." It was difficult for him, extremely difficult, but he needed to trust Nathan or he would go insane. How could anyone love without trust? "You'll just have to be patient with me. I'm... never mind. I will be right back. I want to make sure Lili's alright. The way things have been going have made me paranoid. More so than usual." He kisses the top of Nathan's head then makes his way to the parking lot to find Li and the others.

Shocked errupted inside Nathan, but did not leave his body, as Derrik finally confessed his love to Nathan. When he left, Nathan silently cried to himself. But, he did not shed tears of sorrow or sadness. No, he shed tears of joy. Tears of happiness, of love, of excitement. He was loved. He was trusted. Nathan couldn't ask for anything more. That was what he need after all these years. It was odd to him, though. That after being in his position from his last relationship, that he was the one that felt like he needed to be trusted, instead of trusting. Nathan didn't understand. He was very trusting of Derrik.
Nathan wipped his tears and finished his breakfast. After he placed his dishes in the sink, he ran to his sister's room to escort her to Derrik's car. He opened the door and saw her laying on her bed. Nathan quietly walked to his sister's side. He helped her to her feet, hugged her, and kissed her forehead. "Come on. We're gonna load the car and get going soon. Do you want breakfast? You have an hour to eat if your hungry. If not, I'll wrap it up for you for later." Nathan grabbed her bags and walked out of the room, his sister following behind him.

I jumped into my dear friends arms as she made her little comment. Mason than came out and my mind did happy flips on the inside. "It's good to see you guys again. I miss you all so much. How's everything so far?" I said as I leaned on mason while tippy toeing a bit to reach her.
((Uber short, I know. Having difficulties getting on the computer. When older sister who's in college go against little squirt trying to go on to rp... Equals epic battle and for most times. Failure for the little sister... Cough, cough, me... )))

Annora heard things going on down stairs but she didn't pay much attention to it. She did however pay attention to the door opening and someone coming in. she saw Nathan as she was pulled to her feet. She just shook her head. "No... Not hungry... But can I get a pear..." She said softly, asking as if she would be in trouble for asking for something so small. She laid her hands underneath her belly as she followed Nathan. Walking into the kitchen she grabbed a ripe pear and nibbled on it a bit. "Nathan... I don't want to see anyone... Except you and Derrik..." She said again softly. "I don't want the others to know..."

"Of course, Annie. You can eat whatever you want. Besides, your the older sibling." Nathan chuckled as the walked down the stairs. Annora went to the kitchen and got a pear as Nathan began bringing down Annora's bags and setting them down next to his and Derrik's. Annora came back. Her request didn't shock Nathan, he knew how it felt to be in shock such as this. "Of course, Annie. If anyone ask, I'll tell them that you had bad morning sickness and that you just need to rest for a bit. Okay?" Nathan caressed his sister's cheek and gave her a loving, simpathetic smile. The smile it's self was weak, and his eyes drooped slightly. He dropped his hand and grabbed Annora's bags. "Let's go to the car. You can sit in it while we pack, alright?" Nathan left the house with her bags and headed to the car. He threw the bags into the trunk. There was room for both of the boy's bags. Nathan smiled and began toward the door, but stopped and wrapped his arms around Derrik's waist. He rested his head on his shoulder and whispered into his ear. "Don't tell anyone about Annora, okay? She doesn't want them to know yet. If anyone asks what's wrong, tell them she had a bad case of morning sickness. If they ask anything about John, just say I don't know, but try to keep that question away from Annora? Alright?" Without waiting for a response he kissed Derrik's neck and squeezed his abdomen for a second and left for the other bags. As he grabbed the two bags, he looked back to Annora. "Okay, sister. It's time to leave. And don't worry, Derrik won't tell a soul." Began toward the door, his sister behind him. "Infact, he's going to try and divert all attention from you as well as any questions. Alright? And, tomorrow, I think we need to talk about it. Just you and me. We need to get situated. Let's go." Nathan left the house, his sister strolling behind him and packed the last two bags in the trunk. "Okay, guys. We are set to go! Lets say our good-byes and hit the road!" Nathan began hugging all his friends that would not be accompaning Derrik, Annora, and himself on this little adventure.

"Time to get on the road." Derrik said to the others, then just opened his arms with a small smile for all the world as if he expected the others to come and hug him. It was almost true, anyway. Li and Mason usually would bowl him over with hugs, so he was quite the spoiled little China man. The Colonel was a man with breasts; he would offer her a manly handshake. After he got his mandatory girl hugs. It was almost a shame he wasn't straight seeing as how he was apparently very huggable. Part of him was a little glad they were out of time. He'd wanted to hear Lili's news, but playing keep the secret with something as important, in his mind, as Annora and John's breakup did not really seem like a good thing. Good or not, he would have followed Annora's wishes but now he did not have to. "We'll have to catch up another time, Li."
