Well, be careful, after all, curiosity killed the cat. Anyways, yeah, I wish I met more of Envy-Taichou. I literally just talked to her for about 5 posts. And nope, I'm not applying till I get my Shikai; but I've been here for about 3 months? I guess so...

I am trying to get shikai too. I have been here a long time now, but my captain said to wait more, so I shall. I am a seated member, but no shikai, just a martial art style.

Lord Sadon Tez ... forget the tea dude. Whats going on with the Shikai training? I'm past my 3 month mark dude. Genji-San is teaching me new kidou's and I'm turning to you for the Shikai training because your my VC. I guess I could go to Bull-Sama with this but, I want to follow the chain-of-command and that makes you the #1 dude to turn to first! xd Don't ya just love all the headaches of being the head cheese already! LOL xd Just thought you ought to know. Firstly, it's only two months... I think. Secondly, I joined here in either June or July, and I attained Shikai in February. Even after all that time, I never asked for training at all, I was given the chance to do Shikai training. I'm not one to just GIVE someone Shikai training purely because they ask for it. I know there is no harm in asking, but if you're throwing all this stuff about your RPC's skills at me then it's clear that you haven't the complete understanding of what really matters. I see attaining Shikai and Bankai as more of a skill you learn as testement to those key elements, rather than them being a RPC-related skill. As it stands, I am still not 100% sure if I should grant you it yet, so regarding your Shikai training, I'll bear it in mind...
