Pausing for a momment she then picked back up what she had in her hand and walked over to Vlad. "Now dring this." Marie hands him a cup. "It may smell but I promise it wont taste that bad."

Vlad drinks it, "Marie I'm sorry for doubting you when you first got here." His face scrunches a little, "What is this?"

Smiling she said, "All is forgotten, don't worry about it. Oh and it's to help safely get the energy out of your own, to separate them. It will help with the pain too. Now I need to rub this ointment on the point where the energy entered your body. So um, please take off your shirt." feeling somewhat uncomfortable asking him to do that she tried not to blush.

Marie blushes and said, "So have I." She smiles a bit. Covering his wound with the ointment.

Vlad feels it working, he feels even sleepier as the energy leaves him.

Seeing his face calm down and his eyes seeming to get a bit heavier Marie said, "Here drink some more, It'll help you to create more of your own energy." She hands him the drink and stops giving the ointment until he is done drinking. Watching his chest's burn marks and damaged skin heal as quickly impressed her, thinking to herself, "I knew he was stronger."

Vlad drinks it. he looks into Maries eye's as he own get too heavy, he whispers as he sets one of his hands on hers, "Thanks." as he falls asleep again.

A bit shocked at his actions but Marie smiles and says, "You're welcome, I'd do this anytime for you." Marie brushes a few hairs back from his face and feels his fever comming down. She smiled and finished applying the ointment. Marie grabbed the blanket and covered him. Whispering to herself, "Sleep well my love."

Several hours later Vlad groans and rubs his eyes as he begins waking up.

Still at his bedside Marie looks over to Vlad. "How are you feeling? Did yofu sleep well?" Marie asked with one hand on his face brushing away the stray hairs and the other just resting in her lap.

Vlad looks up at Marie, "Yeah, actually I did." He looks at Marie still tending to him, "Boy, I didn't realize you could be so maternal. But I do need to get dressed, so you'll need to excuse me for a few minutes."

Blushing from Vlad's words Marie walked outsie his door. Marie walks over to the window in the hall and looks at the setting sun thinking, "I wonder if theylre comming back tonight?" Marie stares and worries.

((wouldn't about early afternoon be closer. The sun was rising when we got to the castle, unless Vlad slept the whole day)).
Vlad gets dressed and comes out, "I hope I didn't keep you too long."

Turning around to see Vlad Marie anwsered, "No you didn't. How are you feeling? Better I hope." Marie smiled.
