Daeron chuckled. "Come play?" he repeated in amusement. "I suppose it depends on what you want to play ... though I do have to do some planning, at least for the afternoon."
They were interrupted by the arrival of Mikhail, who called a cheerful "Good morning!" to the both of them before sitting down to his breakfast.

"Just for a few days," Lore assured her.
It wasn't that hard to see the worried look upon her face. He bent down to usher for Skye to come closer. Lore had to wonder though what these two would do.

"I don't know... I would play tag, but the last time I did Celebor cracked his head," Lin waved at Mikhail happily.

"Good morning," Daeron called to his uncle, then turned back to Lin.
"Tag?" he questioned. "I'm afraid I've never heard of it ... how do you play?"

Serenity nodded at Lore, trying to look braver than she felt. "But Aunt Luthien's going to take care of us, right?" she asked in a hopeful tone. She liked her aunt, she didn't feel uncomfortable around her at all anymore."Yes she is," Elnara smiled. "And I'm sure you'll have so much fun you won't even miss us." She knelt and cupped Serenity's chin in her hand. "You know I'm counting on you to take care of your siblings, right?" she murmured softly. Serenity nodded, and her eyes lit up excitedly. "I can take good care of everybody!" she assured Elnara.Skye hugged Lore around the legs, then smiled brightly up at him. "Papa be careful when you go byebye!" she told him. "Not get trouble, right? Like Mama tell Skye when Skye go Second World!"

Lore chuckled as he bent down to place a hand on Skye's head, "I promise to be careful when I go," he replied to her with as much seriousness as he could muster.
His hands travelled to her wings and stroked them even though he knew she was probably too big for him to be doing that like when she was a little Second.
"And you be good too?"

"Well..." Lin began, "First someone is It.. to be It means you have to run after other people and tag them, by touching them or tapping their shoulder. If the person who is It touches another person then that person is It and they have to go find someone to tag to not become It anymore."
She didn't know that Daeron never heard of it Tag, she thought it was a good game... when people didn't get hurt.

Skye's eyes watched Lore's lips closely, and she nodded at his question and replied, as seriously as he had replied to her, "Skye be very good. No trouble for Skye."
She spread her wings slightly, smiling warmly at Lore's touch. It was like being groomed, and it was one of her favourite feelings. Elnara hugged Serenity again, then leaned over to Skye and pecked her on the forehead. "You two be good, and we'll see you in a few days, all right?" she said brightly. Serenity nodded. "Be safe!" she smiled, and, letting go of Elnara she moved to Lore for a hug.

"I see," Daeron nodded thoughtfully; then he laughed. "But I'm afraid I would have a bit of an advantage over you ... being so much taller, I would be so much quicker, and I would tag you before ever you could get away from me again."

"Well I'm use to people being taller than me."
Lin didn't care it was fun, after all Celebor was taller than her when she tried with him. She grinned, because she liked a challenge like that.
"A lot of people are, though there are a few small people like me, but we're all little."

Lore kneeled down a bit so he could hug Serenity, his eyes sparkled seeing the both of them like this. Especially since it looked like Skye had not out grown her love of being stroked that way.
"We'll be back, and then you both can tell us what you've been up to."

Serenity's eyes lit up and she squeezed Lore tightly. "Okay!" she agreed cheerfully. "And then you have to tell us everything you did, too!"Skye turned from Lore and got a hug from Elnara, dropping her pillow to the floor. Elnara hugged her back, then straightened again. "Your aunt will be up here shortly to come and get you, all right?" she smiled down at her daughters. "Or if you want you can go down to the Dining Hall and wait for her there, that's fine, too. Daeron's there." Serenity glanced at Skye, then looked back at Elnara. "We'll wait here," she decided for the both of them. "We have to get dressed still anyways."

Daeron chuckled a bit at Lin and ruffled her hair affectionately. "Well, we can play later then," he grinned at her, "but for now I promised Nara-thel that I would wait here for all of my cousins until my Mother comes down for breakfast, all right?"
After all, it wasn't like he was on a schedule, he could play with Lin after his mother came down.

Lin giggled, her Mommy would do that sometimes, ruffle people's hair. Though she never seen anyone try to do that to her Daddy.
"Okay! Maybe they would want to play," Lin grinned, "I play with Idhril a lot too..."

Though he was sure that the two girls and the rest of the children would have some more interesting stories.
