Hearing a voice in her head she could tell it was the demon kid. "Mother?"
She nodded her head. "Oh whoops! You can't see me hah! You may go. But return quickly. We are just getting started."
"Of course. Thank you."
Moments later she appeared by Torikimaru. "Me? Full angel? Are you kidding me!? HAH! I'm not full. I'm half fox demon to yah know. And why the sudden change?"

more tears fell from Torikimaru's face. "It doesn't matter, at least you have a reason to live now, I have nothing, my mother was banished to the dark abyss." he said. "Death was right, if I stepped into holy ground, the gods would just kill me, then they would be doing the world a favor."

Shes probably in heaven. Like I said, the gods live in haven not heaven. But don't listen to Death. He tries to get to us all. Now I really must be going, if i wish to defeat him then i need to continue my training. As you can see, i cant see. Its a training method." Koori sighed.

"No, farewell for good." said Torikimaru. He packed up all of his things and went to the window. "I'm out of here." he said. He opened the window and jumped out and his wings burst from his back and he began to fly away.

Torikimaru landed in the forest where destroyed so many trees. "Why am I here." he said. "Someone tell me...Why am I here, I am not human nor demon, so what do I have to live for."

Koori retruned quickly.
"I have taught you all you can learn from me. You must practice at school. Now I shall take you to Hermes for your next training session."
"Wait... Isn't he the messenger??"
"Exactly. He will be teaching you flying and agility. Being that he is our messenger he has learned to get to and fro very fast. Pay close attention and watch his movements."
"Uhm... how can I do that with this thing over my eyes? It kinda canceles out the watching part..."
She heard her sigh. Then she pulled it off. "As long as you get someone from the council or close to it to take this off you, your fine. Now he shall come to pick you up momentarily."

[tehe, sorry i had to get off like that last night, my brother was kicking me off...]
After death's apostale left, Roxas was still standing there, amazed at her luck. What did he mean anyways by "Death has a backup plan?" we had a deal, only half of my soul, and when i really do die then i still get to roam the earth, but as his servant... grr... Roxas continued walking around the school. "okay Niki, i am mad. Wheres the closest puching bag?"
Niki stared at Roxas. I haven't seen her this mad since... since that incident. I wonder what happend between Death and her before, she's never mentioned it to me...
Niki and Roxas kept walking, looking for the combat room.

Arien patted Devin on the back. "You know, for a little guy, you really can move." Devin got to his feet and wiped the sweat off his brow. "Tell me, when do we get to do finish my training." Aries smiled. He walked over to another room and got a set of weights and attached them to Devin's feet. "Once you can move normally in these weights, you will have the agility to fight me."
