Sayuri had her eyes closed, letting the gentle breeze calm her down some more, as if that were possible with how much so she was already. Her tail curled around her body, the grass enough of a soft pillow for her. She ended up drifting off, one ear twitching as a bug flew past. She was completely asleep.

Nolen grinned. Good she was sound asleep. In his mind, all that would be heard was, 'HAHAHA!' as he hurried off to the forest. It was there that he gathered up several lovely flowers. Running back, he checked on the consciousness of the sleeping lemur before he would climb up a tree with flowers clenched between his teeth. And in the branches of the tree would he crouch and wait, tail flicking with anticipation. He almost looked like a hunter waiting on his prey to awaken. Such a devious grin danced along his lips.

Sayuri rolled over in her sleep, completely oblivious to whatever he was doing, her ears twitching again. It took her a short while before the touch of a bug against her ears woke her up, blinking as she sat up, stretching with a yawn. "Nolen?" She murmured, her tail twitching to attention, as she perked up, looking around for her shiny lion friend.

Nolen held back a laugh as he saw she had awoken. Taking in a deep breath, he let out a long, "PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST!" from his position along the trees to make sure she was looking in his direction. Moving on all fours, he charged out and leaped from the trees, flowers between his teeth, right over Sayuri's head. He tucked his body, performing a tuck roll in the air before he flipped down on the ground beside where she laid. Nolen turned around with a gentle stare and he knelt down, offering her flowers of purple and white, freshly picked from the forest. "Morning, Sleepy."

Sayuri blinked as she looked up, her magenta eyes widening ever so slightly, especially when he leaped over her head to land next to her. Blinking as she was slightly stunned, she blushed, smiling in slight embarassment as she took the flowers, holding them carefully. "Morning... Why thank you Nolen, you didn't have to." She murmured, smelling the flowers as her smile became one of content, placing one of the white ones behind her ear. She made sure her purple hair didn't get in the way of it, or knock it out of it's spot either. "How do I look?" She asked jokingly, chuckling.

Nolen poked Sayuri's nose with a wink when she said that he didn't have to. None of that would be listened to; she should know better then that by now. He smiled brightly at her before responding to her question. "Lovely, but that's even without the flower." He stood up and brushed off his pants. "I'm glad you got some rest though." Curious green eyes looked down at her as he offered his hand to her to help her up. "Is there any other things you would like to show me of your home?" His tail was swaying behind him.

Sayuri wiggled her nose with a giggle, she did know better, but she was used to saying that in these kinds of situations that were so unexpected. Blushing again, it was a little more noticeable now against her tan skin, lowering her eyes briefly before her eyes fell on him once more. "Th-thank you." She took his hand and rose up, smiling as she let her hand linger holding his, starting to walk over towards one of the caravans. "So am I. Yes, would you like to meet the head of our caravan?" She asked, tilting her head with a smile.

When she allowed for her hand to linger, he gave it a squeeze and smiled sweetly, before Nolen spun her around as if they were dancing and let her spin away from him with a playful grin. He walked after her. "Oh sure. I didn't realize you had a leader or anything of the sort." He walked beside her almost with a skip like he had a tune in his head. His tail swayed in time with his step.

Sayuri smiled as he squeezed her hand, laughing as he spun her around, twirling as she stopped in a pose, ready to start dancing if she felt like it. "Yeah, well, we sort of do. Lady Naomi takes some people in too, even if they aren't fully gypsy." She murmured, smiling as she knocked on the door. A voice called, "come in!" from within. She walked inside, waving to the woman wearing black with a splash of a red bandana on her head. "Hi Lady Naomi! Um, just wanted you to meet someone. Nolen, this is Lady Naomi, Lady Naomi, this is Nolen." She made the introductions looking over to her leader with a smile.
Lady Naomi looked up and rose from her table, putting down her knitting with a smile, walking over to them. "Ah... A pleasure Nolen. What brings you to our caravan today?" She asked softly, a bell around her neck jingling as her cat ears swiveled forward, tailing swaying slowly.

Nolen was quite surprised by the pose Sayuri struck. That was not what he was expecting! He chuckled and smiled as he walked beside her. "So there is some form of command in a gypsy caravan?" He asked, curiously. However, she had now gone up and knocked on the door. The sound of the voice from inside made his ears fold back and he stopped dead in his tracks right outside the door. Old habits for the city lion died hard as he did not look up at Lady Naomi upon entering, only bowing his head to her in greeting. He only responded when spoken to. "I was traveling and came upon your caravan. I am sorry if I have stepped out of place." It was a rare instant where his conditioning could really be seen.

Sayuri blinked a little, the way he was acting now was so...different. She almost asked what was wrong, but she remained quiet since their leader was speaking.
Lady Naomi blinked a little before chuckling softly, walking over to him, gently placing a hand on his shoulder, looking over to Sayuri. "What did you do to him? Scare him shitless my little lemur? It's quite alright Nolen, everyone's welcome here. You're fine. Relax, no one's going to bite." She smiled warmly to him, looking over to Sayuri as she went over to sit down at the long couch that went around the corner sitting down on it. "Please sit, unless you'd rather go off and have fun. I know I can be dull."

Upon hearing footsteps, he closed his eyes. At the mere touch on the shoulder, he cringed and twitched as if expecting a blow where he had been touched. He seemed very surprised to not have experienced pain, as his eyes opened again. However, he refused to look up. upon being spoken to he spoke very quietly, "Miss Sayuri has been very kind to me, Lady Naomi." He spoke almost as soft as hushed whisper. Upon being told to sit he came to sit across from Naomi but he sat down on the floor, keeping his limbs as close to him as he could, and still refusing to look up or to speak unless spoken to. "Thank you for your kind words and offer, Lady Naomi."

Lady Naomi was still taking in how he was acting, glancing over to Sayuri to see if she knew anything, but upon receiving a shrug, she dropped it. "Well, with a personality like her's, she always is. You can look up to me you know, no one will hurt you here. Otherwise they have to deal with my wrath. "Your welcome Nolen. Now don't sit on the floor, come sit on the couch. if you don't want to sit next to me, you can sit next to Sayuri." She said gently, resting her head on her hand.
Sayuri was already sitting down on the edge of the corner of it, sitting between Lady Naomi and the space where he could sit. She tilted her head with a slight frown. "Nolen...you know, if you're uncomfortable, we can go."

Nolen's ears remained back and he did not say a word. His expression was hard to read as his hair was now hanging in his face. However, under the golden mane was a look of embarrassment that he hid from both women. He came and did as he was told, sitting beside Sayuri however, it was the space between her and Naomi so he was obeying the order. He did not respond to Sayuri's words, only whispering another submissive thanks for 'Lady Naomi's graciousness'.

Lady Naomi just nodded to Sayuri, smiling gently. "You seem really uncomfortable Nolen, so I'm not going to require you to stay here based upon formalities. Go, have fun with Sayuri. Please come visit our caravan again." She said softly, her tail curling around itself as one ear twitched.
Sayuri smiled to Lady Naomi in return, touching Nolen's shoulder softly. "Thank you for your time m'lady." She murmured, waiting by the door for him, tilting her head as she was so very confused by his current behavior. One ear was laid back, the other upright as she ran a hand through her neck fur.
