lark hissed the roar had hurt her ears. she raised her blade and swong at the demon with all her strength.

the daemon laughs with mockery as it slam its fist down to the ground causing a rumbling impact making both lark and dycepius beguine to fall over.

lark fell to the ground spiting curses. the air around her wavered and she gave off a shock wave of energy. it hit the demon with full forse

the daemon shrugs off the energy force thrown at him, as it grabs hold of lark, scolding her with his hot rocky hand, he beguine to squeeze the life out of her.

Dycepius regained his balance and made a jump to the daemon, and sliced at the wrist of the daemon.

the pyro daemon roars in anger dropping lark from the pain in his wrist and turns to face dycepius.

Dycepius put his sheathe into his jacket and brought out a handgun in it's stead. He then began firing repeatedly at the daemon's face, aiming at the eyes.

lark regained conchesness and jumped to her feet. her side hurt badly, but that no longer mattered. she ran at the demonn again and stabed it as hard as she could.

the daemon charges towards dycepius, lashing its talons towards him, ignoring lark and kicking her out of the way.

Dycepius gave up on shooting and tried his best to dodge and block what he could. "DAMMIT!" He yelled as he nearly had his arm chopped off. "Leweyenus, do something!" He yelled out.

the fiery daemon roared again with fury and beguines to charge back at lark in an furious assault. while leweyenus could do nothing to help as his hands were already full, he was fighting another daemon...cypher, "i dont know how you got out of that damed void cypher, even you have the book! you cant open it without the key! and you thought that a copy will get you in!" leweyenus shouts at cypher, while cypher roars with laughter, "ha your an fool leweyenus, the key shall soon be mine, you cant protect her!"
as both their blades clash at one another, the one armed cypher was beginning to match leweyenus's sword play.

Dycepius saw and heard the conflict between Leweyenus and Cypher, before turning his attention back to the daemon. He ran after it and jumped up to try and pierce it's heart from it's back.
