Catori rested her head against Oliver's back, enjoying the few moments that she had being this close to him. Aiden walked along in the back to make sure no creature of any sort was following them. He felt releaved when he recognized their surroundings and knew they'd be able to get out soon.

A ways back, two figures stood in the darkness, hidden away by the shadows. One stood taller and brooder than the other. "Mm..it's good we watched over her." The taller figure shifted. "That familiar of yours did most of the watching." A feminine chuckle came from the smaller figure. "True...but we kept the forest creatures at bay. I'm glad her friends came to find her." "Or what? Have us take her home?" The smaller figure shrugged, the small black dragon glidding their way and landing on her right shoulder. "It's not time to show ourselves. And she is safe. That's all that matters." The two figures then turned and disappeared into the forest.

Not wanting to be home when Loki returned, Desiree made her way out into the Underground, her small feet taking her toward the forest. She enjoyed the dark and because it was also her favorite season, she knew the leaves would be many different colors. Small noises here and there didn't bother Desiree. She was used to such things. Leaves crunched under her feet as she walked around to find a place to sit. After a few moments, Desiree came across a large rock under an even larger tree. She sat down and pulled out her flute, starting up a soft yet dark melody.

Desiree continued to play, always getting lost in her music. It almost added a magical touch to the area, calming the animals that were within hearing range, one of the benifits of being a bard. A light breeze blew by, stirring up the leaves and playing with the ribbons in her hair. Desiree wouldn't have know if there was another person around or not.

After finishing her song, Desiree opened her emerald eyes and glanced up to the girl who now stood infront of her. She had almost thought it was Loki who always seemed to be drawn to her music. With a light smile, Desiree stood and bowed to her. "Hello Miss. It's nice to see another lovely face around here." Eyes sparkling, Desiree also added, "And I must say... I adore your sense of fashion."

Desiree nodded lightly. "Mm, yes. I'm the official bard of my friend's kingdom. I have been playing since I was very little." She smiled, holding her flut with both hands infront of her. "It's a pleasure to meet you Miko. My name's Desiree."

Desiree laughted, light and easy. "I'm only entertainment. My two friends are the important ones." Her head tilted at Miko's other questions, her eyes glancing around before she shook her head. "No, I'm all alone except for you...I hope." She figured Loki had found something to entertain himself since he hadn't shown up by now. "Are you alone yourself?"

Desiree tilted her head again. "Ah, no one should ever be alone all the time. If you'd like, I'll be your friend." She smiled, hoping she would agree. She wanted as many new friends as she could find. "My friends are the princesses of the kingdom, half sisters. They are currently living at Trist Manor here in the underground."

Desiree nodded. "Mm, I will be living with them now, yes. There are also ten other residents who live at the manor. I only dislike one of them..." She shook her head, wishing he would just go away. "Really? Oh yay! I have my first new friend!"
