Michelle looked up from his wound. "Really. Well thanks for finally telling me. A little earlier would have been nice, but hey, you can't dwell on the past." Michelle sighed. "I don't know what I can do for your parents, but you are in safe hands here. My parents will understand. But you gotta get these guys outta here! Abide to my parent's rules is all I ask. And hey're so cool, you don't even have a curfew. But whatever they say, yu do. Then you can stay here long as you need." Michelle took a deep breath, and a rare look of sympathy and understanding emerged. "Things will work out, I promise. And I NEVER back down on a promise. Alright?"

Michelle sighed. "Great. Now I have to go and face my father." Michelle looked to Julie. "Jules, can you rub some of that alcohol on this wound and call it good? I don't want this guy to get an infection. And Zach, stay!" Michelle motioned with her finger as if adressing a dog. "I'll get you out of this. Count on me." Michelle looked over at Jacob. "I'll be right back. You can come with if you want." Michelle never mentioned her father was a police officer. He was also aiming to be the chief one day. But sure enough, there he was. The first thing he did was come to Michelle and wrap her in a hug. "D-Dad. Im fine dad, you're choking me."

Jacob stood aside as police flooded the living room. Michelle's dad included. they asked questions of every one and made sure they were all okay.

Michelle was talking to her dad about the whole situation, and soon after she finished. Michelle looked over to Zack, and gave him a thumbs up. She walked over to Jacob. "So, are you okay?"

"i'm fine," he said, "just a small scratch." he showed her where the bullet had just grazed across his leg, almost missing completely. it really was just a scratch.

Michelle sighed. "Good. I'm glad you're okay. Last thing I can afford is two hospital trips in more ways than one." She shook her head. "I hate seeing people get hurt."

"Michelle looked over to Zach and sighed. "Don't worry Zach, al I said was you were in a pickle and I offered to help you out. And that you needed a place to stay for a while. He thinks the gang here was here because of a drug dealing misunderstanding. They went to the wrong house, happens all the time."

Michelle gave a light chuckle. "Hey, when it comes to Alibis I'm the best." She bragged. "Anyway, we're getting everything figured out. I'll have to apologize to Julie about screwing with our plans to the mall." Michelle sighed.

Julie kept her head down as she rubbed some of the rubbing alchohol on Zach's wound like Michelle said, bandaging it once she was done. She stood up and went over next to Taiba, away from both guys. She watched the police check around the house and the yard, keeping out of their way.

Alex walked into the house after the police, just to check if everyone inside it was alright. They seemed to be alright, except for Zach's arm. His own injuries weren't so bad.
