I could go into some long explanation of how I found out and communism and why I joined it, but I feel that why I am a communist and how I came about communism isn't as important as the fact that I AM a communist. I'm just one of THOSE guys.

I have interest for international affairs. I speak 2 different langauges, and want to bring non-english speaking people, To this guild, to make it more vast.
I have many ideas for this guild, and hope to one day be a member of the Comitee.

I'm not that familiar with Communism quite yet,but I do know the basic ideologies of it. And I have to say I find Communism to be a much better system than Capitalism.
I'm glad this guild is here and that I was accepted as a member. The more I learn about Communism,the more I grow to like it,and the more I grow to despise Capitalism.

Type of Communist: Council Communist
I know there is a need for the dictatorship of the proletariat. However, this must take the form of a dictatorship of the entire CLASS, not a party or vanguard. I oppose parties and vanguards and believe power should be directly into the hands of the workers. The only hierarchy I support is that of the workers over the capitalists. Socialism must be a system of direct democracy, workers councils, and freedom for the proletariat. The only armed forces I support is that of the armed people, no cops or military. I also feel that the revolution is not complete until we are living in a communist society. That basically sums up my beliefs. I draw a lot from marxist and anarchist theory.

I've had very mixed political views recently. I've been reading the Communist Manifesto recently and have been reading about National Socialism. I really like the theory and ideals of Communism. I am somewhat skeptical of Communism working. Right now I do not trust that all people would be fair and equal. At the moment I'm probably more Socialist because right now I think there'd need to be a strong government making sure people were being fair. I am very optimistic about Communisms future though. Through research I have realized that there has not been a "true" Communism, so I actually really like the ideals about it. I am hoping that through this guild I will become more enlightened about Communism and the ideals that fall under it.

Um well, I don't know much to say, I got into communism through a history project I was doing on Mao Tsetung...I wouldn't call myeslf a full blown communist though. I do however agree with some of the ideals upheld by the communist party.

I got hooked on communism when I first started reading about it, and now I'm very interested in it. In my eyes, capitalism is wrong because in it, the rich just get richer, and the poor just get poorer. I hope I can become a knowledgeable member of this guild--I definitely need to learn more. ^^;

After taking world history last year, Marxism grew more and more appealing to me. After looking into it, I agreed with a lot of the ideals and dubbed myself a Marxist. I get a lot of crap for it, because I live in a town that loves democracy like no other, and if you don't like democracy, you must be e-e-e-evil. Pish-posh.
Anyway, I may be young, but I'm very into politics, and I know a lot about them. I find them interesting, which I also get a lot of crap for. Oi.
Currently, I'm in German III and plan to take two more years of the language before studying it in college.
Gosh, what else is there to say?
