Akasha nodded her head again. "Tell me, what else do you notice?" she asked. She'd picked up new changes, subtle changes, but had her daughter.
Her tails flicked, an ear twitched. The cave her children ventured to was far yes, but not far enough she couldnt hear. She trusted Maharet, to an extent. If there were a scream, she would be there in an instant. But for the time being, she turned her attention back to her daughter.

Feeling his father's smile the kit felt at ease. Though now with the strange mist in the distance... what was it? Did it mean anything? Ombra looked at his father, then out towards where the mist could just be seen. Then he repeated the gesture, followed by look that said 'I would like to see' and slight hlick of his tails that could be a wag. Hard to tell. Still the intention was there: wanting to satisfy this oddd feeling og curiousity yet not wanting to worry his parents. Would Ombrascoppio be permitted to go, only having hatched today?

Keira's eyes dashed around and her ears flicked back and forth trying to pick up everything "... there was a rumbly echoy voice from where Made and Corvi went... and there is mist with a funny/familiar ....maybe almost you smell? that Ombra is looking at umm..." she tried to find more but for the moment that was all "I dunno what else ... how do I know when certain things are bad things?"

Akasha nodded her head, and smiled proudly. She knew the mist, knew to whom it belonged, but said nothing neither confirming, nor denying her daughters observation about it. "Yes. Your brother and sister have encountered someone...someone ancient" she said with a small twist of her ear "Some things are innocent. Some are not. You must keep an eye out for subtleties, of the dangerous kind. Just read the people around you. Eyes can seldom lie." She said with a light nod.

Made bowed a bit herself, taking example from Corvi. "You? At how large you are, how could any one even hunt you?"
Maharet raised a brow. It was a good question, both what the large dragon had asked and Made. She couldn't imagine anyone even attempting to hunt this creature. "I'm not sure, but I wouldn't allow you to hurt the little ones. Should it mean sacrifice, it's what would be necessary."

Keira only knew one way of telling if her siblings were safe with out running off to investigate, and that was to observe her mother who seemed quite calm "so they're ok then" keira relaxed

Keman looked toward Akasha, and having seen the smirk, realized that more than likely this other... creature that was observing them, and that Ombra wanted to go meet, was someone she knew personally.
"You can go see this... other kitsu, as long as I am with you." Keman instructed. He was quite aware of the other's dislike toward him but he was protective toward his young, and if the other could not respect that, he could move him and that mist away.

The newborn kit gave his father a look before glancing back into the mist. Would the other come to him if Father came? What was holding this other back? There was so much he did not understand. But even should their mysterious observer remain hidden, there was assuredly something to learn from checking out the area. Lightly shrugging his shoulders Ombrascoppio gave his father a small smile then trotted towards the mist, flicking his tails at Mother and Sister as they talked.
Now. into the mist.

Menkaura took a bemused expression upon his features, and straightened himself out. He came forword a bit, and stretched himself out. The cave ceiling was higher where the trio were. The dragon let out a satisfied roar, it felt good to stretch after so long. With all his kinks removed, he once more turned his golden eyes to his visitors, responding to Maharet first "Foolish. Noble, but foolish. There will be no need of sacrifice tonight. Not from me." he said pulling a long tail around, the one that held the snake. His eyes glanced down at the kits now "With enough preperation, planning, and swords, you can take on anything" his eyes shifted in expression, a sadness played in them. "I did not share their desire to kill, so i took refuge here." He bowed his head lightly.
Corvinus nodded. His previous fear, was gone. Was this creature to kill them, it surely would have done so by now. "The lands are safe now." he said softly "There are still humans, but the only ones left, take care of us, and keep the lands safe from any who wish to harm us." he nodded.
Akasha nodded "They are safe." she simply said. "They were never in danger" she shrugged lightly
Chaos watched the young kit, head towards him. He figured Keman would follow, but it bothered him not. He wanted to see his nephew, not his in-law. He didnt have anything against Keman, just never really cared to get close to him. His sister had many suitors, he stopped trying to get to know all of them.

Akasha's eyes shifted towards the misty woods. Chaos had ventured from his safe-haven, odd, yet, not unlike him. He did have a terrible soft spot for kids. When she was done wondering with her mind, she turned her attention back to Keira "A troubled soul" she said softly, her older brother had many troubles. So much potential, but so, so troubled.

Keira looked back towards the mist, it wasn't the answer she was looking for but she said nothing as long as her siblings were safe she didn't really care at the moment, for her it was more important to learn how to protect her siblings for two reasons, to keep her siblings safe, and to keep her mother off her back "so how do I learn to read people?"

Akasha, honestly wasnt overly concerned with Keira's reasons for humoring her, those were small details that the female gladly overlooked. "by observing them. in a sublte way. If someone see's you staring directly at them, or writing things down they might get suspicious and act differently. The way someone acts when they think no ones paying attention, is generally how they truly are. " She indicated to where Keira's other siblings were "Like your siblings for example. You can tell their personalities quickly. And when you have the base for their personalities, you can tell when their trying to pull an act that doesnt fit in with who they are." She said with a small nod.

"Oh" keira wasn't sure what she thought of this ... if it was for dealing with someone by herself that would be fine but if they were after her siblings it was more likely it would be the first time she met the person and wouldn't know how they would act when they thought no one was looking "What about if you only just met someone who is trying to trick you but you don't know them enough to know that?"

The kit made his way into the mist, sniffing with thoughtful curiosity. It did not seem the unknown kitsu was leaving. Bravely, with the walk of a young prince, Ombrascoppio neared the the other kitsu. Mist... it was a bit difficult to see through. Of course he was still adjusting to all of his senses so it was really very little of a deterrent. Baby eyes flicked to where all his senses told him the one he sought to be then flashed a silent 'who are you?' -suspecting that there was a chance this other could see through the mist. If not... well then Ombra might speak.
