Jamie entered the room just in time to see Jaydn chewing out a very tall aisan man and a smaller man with electric blue hair. Not shockingly, he didn't find any of this out of place. He smiled wordlessly to the other inhabitants of the room, and made his way to the couch where Nori sat. Being as Jamie was rather partial to Nori, he chose to sit near the younger man rather than introducing himself to any newcomers. He didn't do so well with newcomers, and the harshness with which Jaydn had been reacting as he entered, though the choice words were not directed towards him, didn't mark him inclined towards conversation he didn't know was going to be pleasant. So Jamie leaned forward, resting skinny elbows on his knees, and smiled slightly towards Nori. He didn't care that his actions were public, nor did he care what any of the others, or the newcomers, would think of him. Part of the reason he had left his native city, and their underground, was to avoid the constant scrutiny all his actions were under, being their leader. Jamie liked being nobody.

Kyrin felt a soft rush of air, as Levi came past her. A small growl escaped Osiris at her heels as he had been startled by the sudden action. Kyrin calmed him nicely, just in time for Jaydn to erupt at two of his men. Kyrin watched with interest. She looked from Levi to Karma, whom Kyrin hadn’t met yet. She seemed a little taken back when the large man exploded at Levi, and felt slightly confused at his use of his own name when describing himself. She let all of it go, though, as she bent down to calm Osiris again; the large cat was now standing, and seemed rather disturbed by the commotion. The panther had been on edge since Jaydn’s mafia had joined them, and didn’t often come around when there were large group settings, unless he was feeling particularly lonely. Then he would follow Kyrin around the mansion, and stay close by to be pet.
With everyone now in the room, Kyrin turned a calm voice on her cousin, ”Jaydn.” She said, trying to pull his attention away from something that she knew was causing him obvious distress, ”Let’s go now?” Even though her words were formed as a question, she said them with all the insistence of an order. Kyrin had three cars waiting outside for them. She figured that they could take three and then if someone wanted to go home early they could take one back to the mansion, or if they want to stay late, they could take another. It seemed easier to her that way so no one felt rushed. This needs to be a calm setting. She tried to tell herself. She didn’t mean calm like no fun, but simply calm like no fighting between the members of both groups. She hoped that they would all get along. But, knowing that those in her ‘mafia’ weren’t like those in Jaydn’s she figured it may be harder then everyone figured. If Jaydn had managed to drill into the heads of his men that homosexuality was a very bad thing, then Kyrin wasn’t sure if the men would like Jamie, Ian, or Nori. She sighed internally and decided that they could deal with that hurdle when, and if, it happened.
Not waiting for Jaydn to respond, Kyrin took the initiative to leave the room and head for the front door. As Kyrin entered the foyer, she noticed the jacket on the railing and asked a couple of the men that were milling about whose it was. Once they had successfully identified the article of clothing as Draven’s, Kyrin called behind her, as she saw Xavier beginning to make his way to the door as well, ”I’ll take the last car with anyone willing to wait a minute! I have to go extend an invitation to someone.” And with that she quickly made her way up the stairs to Draven’s room. If the two groups were going to have a meeting, Kyrin couldn’t leave Draven out of it. She knocked on his door, ”Draven?” Osiris, who had followed Kyrin up the stairs, had now disappeared down the hall. He had never liked Draven.

Charles watched with mild interest as the other members of the Coyotes interacted with one another. He noticed Jaydn’s unpleasant realization that his youngest brother would be accompanying them to the bar, and then he noticed, though no one could miss it, his boss’ explosion towards Karma and Levi. Charles shook his head at the sight. He believed in being polite when it was possible and the mere thought that Levi was clinging onto Karma because he was ‘easy to mess with’ astounded Charles. With three young children back at home, he hoped to never instill in them the kind of behavior that Levi, and Xavier in any case, exhibited on a near daily basis.
Charles looked at the watch on his hand and noticed that the time had passed and it was finally actually time to leave. He watched the woman in the door way calm her panther. He knew her to be Kyrin, Jaydn’s cousin. Charles had never met Kyrin directly, but he had heard of her and seen her in passing. She had been described as short tempered and childish, but from what Charles had seen of her at this moment, she seemed like neither. Maybe she’s not how they say? Charles thought optimistically. Charles tried always to think the best of people at first, figuring to learn of them himself rather then from what others said about them. He noticed the air of command that Kyrin took when she spoke to Jaydn and then how she left the room without his answer, and was surprised by it. Charles looked over at Jaydn to see what his boss would do. It was in Charles’ nature to abide by the request of a lady, but it was even more so to show respect to his superior first in most every case.

Jaydn narrowed his eyes at his two subordinates, more than just a little afraid that they could possibly be ‘contaminated’ by the disease known as homosexuality. If they are and try anything funny, I’ll quarantine them and let them rot. Be it as it was, Jaydn’s mood was plummeting farther the longer he stayed in the room without alcohol to relax him. Levi’s flippant response and Karma’s lack of almost made Jaydn pull out his gun and plant a few bullets between both of their eyes before Kyrin reminded him of their plans. Considering it, he decided he would talk to the both of them after their trip to the bar. He wasn’t sure what was going through their heads but hell if he was going to let them continue showing him that level of disrespect.
As it was, Jaydn didn’t much appreciate Kyrin’s carefully disguised order. Shooting a glare at his cousin’s retreating form, Jaydn took in a breath in an attempt to calm himself before addressing his men. “Alright. Now that we’re behind schedule we might as well get going.” He then called to Xavier, switching to Japanese to keep his words as private as he could. ”You can come but you’re not drinking. Maddox, you’re watching him.” He gave a look to his other brother that blatantly read ‘Or it’s your head.’ Not wanting to argue with his brothers any longer nor have to deal with anything else that wasn’t liquid that would make him forget what a horrible day he had, Jaydn left the room and took the first car to the bar.

Xavier, who had been in the middle of pretending that his oldest brother wasn’t talking to him, watched his friend bound into the room and throw himself onto Karma. A small laugh escaped the teen’s lips, but at the same time he was mildly disgusted. Xavier didn’t even think the two men to be gay or anything of the sort, not that that kind of thing would matter to him; he simply found Karma odd, and mildly disgusting. The other man always seemed to smell of some sort of anti germ substance, and that in itself was enough to make Xavier leave him alone for the most part, or at least not touch him. If Xavier pulled a prank on Karma it was always one in which Xay didn’t have to have physical contact with him, and since Levi seemed comfortable doing it, Xavier left it to his friend.
When Kyrin made the first move to leave, Xavier was up right after her, not waiting for his brother’s orders. He rounded the door, just in time to hear Kyrin call that she would need another minute. She’s such a weirdo. He thought with a fond smile. After her announcement, Xavier had turned to tell anyone who had perhaps not heard her, but instead he caught Jaydn’s words to him. I can go, but can’t drink? Bah!
Xavier gave Jaydn a patronizing glance as Jaydn walked past him and said, “Yeah. Yeah, whatever you say. No drinking, got it.” His voice didn’t hold sarcasm, but a seemingly genuine respect that he knew would irk his brother more then simple sarcasm ever could. Then, he too gave Maddox a look; his said, ‘I hope you know you’re screwed’.

Browsing his iPhone idly as the group prepared to leave, Miles only slightly had an ear open to the conversation. He wasn't the least bit interested in the small feuds that were happening between the people in the room, and didn't much pay attention to his coworkers unless it concerned his work, even though he'd prefer if they dressed more professional. He heard Kyrin's offer to ride with her, and for a New York second he considered it, before deciding that he should probably stick with Jaydn.
Miles observed Kyrin's crew, and wondered if he should really give a damn about any of them, but since that wasn't the point, he had to decide whether he would remain in businessman mode or pretend to loosen up. Because lord knows, it was probably impossible for him to ever really loosen up. Putting his hands in his pockets to accompany his iPhone, he stood 5 paces behind Jaydn's right shoulder, loyal and ready to follow him to the car.

As conflict was already starting to surface before even leaving the mansion and without the intoxication of drinking, Nori surpressed a sigh. He hoped he wouldn't be caught in between anything that may happen at the bar, but there was no saying what might happen. Some of Jaydn's men were a bit intimidating, and he doubted any of them wanted to bother with an androgonous maid-boy, but perhaps he could demonstrate that he wasn't completely useless somehow. This mafia lifestyle was Nori's life now, so he might as well step up to the plate.
Nori pulled on the back of his shaggy hair absent-mindedly, watching as the company in the room looked ready to leave, and caught Jamie flashing a smile in his direction. He squirmed internally and looked behind him to see if he was looking at someone else. When he saw that he was the one recieving a nice smile, he replied back with his own and gave a bit of a shrug. Kyrin's voice announced that she was staying behind for a minute, so Nori replied with a squeaky "Okay!" to let her know he'd wait for her. Nori didn't know if she heard him, but it didn't matter much. He just wanted to stay a little close to her for now to make sure she was emotionally stable.

Levi waited behind to see who was going where and when. He didn't particularly relish the idea of travelling with Jaydn, he sensed he was in trouble with his boss already. Casting a few looks around the room and running a hand through his electric blue hair, he decided to just follow Xavier. That sounded safe. So he brought himself over to stand beside his closest friend in the group, and looked up at the younger man. "Who's going where?" Levi chanced, innocently.

Karma was secretly relieved the Kyrin had spoken up. Boss was in quite a bad mood and it seemed like everything Karma had done that day had just ticked him off more. Karma sighed. He could feel a lecture or two after the bar. Something he was NOT looking forward to.
Karma quietly shuffled behind the rest of the retreating group. He really wasn't sure who he was going with but he was definitely going to make sure that it was neither Levi nor Xavier. Which left either Charles or Miles or Boss...or one of Kyrin's group..which would be a bit awkward.

The minute that Levi stepped up by his side, Xavier stopped being spiteful to his brother and looked over at his friend. A grin spread his face. He and Levi had gone drinking together before, especially since Levi was now old enough to be drinking in the first place. Xavier knew that the night was going to be fun because he knew that if his brother was the one that suggested the bar, it meant that his day was bad enough to mean that Jaydn was going to get himself drunk. ”Jay went in the first, let’s go into the second.” He said as he motioned after his brother who was already leaving. Miles seemed to be going along with Jaydn, but Xavier expected that from Miles.
Xavier made his way out the big double doors and towards the three waiting cars. They were large black cars, with dark tinted windows. Just like any mafia movie. Xavier thought and he laughed aloud to himself. Xavier turned around, before entering the second car to see Charles following Miles and Jaydn into the first car. Sliding himself into the car in the middle, Xavier felt the warmth of the air brush over his face. He settled himself comfortably, and waited for anyone else who would take the same car as him before they all would leave.

Kyrin had heard Nori’s ‘okay’ from downstairs and a small smile crossed her face, at least she knew that she had someone on her side. Kyrin listened by Draven’s door for a couple minutes before a sigh slipped from her lips. Perhaps I was wrong? Maybe he’s not here. Knocking lightly once more, Kyrin spoke again, ”Draven? If you are there, I just wanted to let you know that we are going to the bar. You can come by if you want.” When Kyrin moved away from Draven’s door, Osiris came back up to Kyrin and she smiled at him. ”Don’t worry Sai, we’re only gonna be gone for a little while.” She wandered down the stairs, with Osiris at her heels, and met with Nori downstairs, ”Ready?”
Kyrin made her way outside and Osiris followed her still. Kyrin didn’t object to the great cat wandering around outside and she knew that he likely hadn’t been out very much lately. ”Be good.” She said to him off handedly as he wove around her legs lovingly and disappeared into the darkness of the night. Kyrin looked to see that she hadn’t waited too long, because the rest of the cars were still around, and let herself into the last one anyway. No one else was in that car, but she knew that Nori would be there soon. Kyrin looked out the window, trying not to think about anything but the night that was ahead.

Jaydn led the way as the car holding Miles, Charles, and himself started its way off. Even on the way to the bar, Jaydn made small talk with his two men, discussing the most recent events of the Coyotes and the progress and plans they were anticipating in the near future concerning their section of the Lower City.
Moments later, everyone was seated around a large table at the usual bar. Jaydn sat himself down, ordering himself a drink, the barman already aware that it would be on the Matsui tab. Sitting back in his chair, he watched the members of the two mafias as they interacted with each other. He was curious how his men would take to Kyrin's play-mafia.
Maddox took the second car, taking to heart his duty to watch over Xavier. Once arriving at the bar, he kept his eye on Xavier, sitting himself a few seats away from Jaydn but close enough to Xavier to attempt to stop him should Xavier try for a drink.

When Xavier had entered the bar, he had promptly sat down in one of the chairs around the large table they had claimed as theirs. His eyes wandered about the large bar, that was really more of a club. A large dance floor was accompanied by moving bodies and almost too loud techno music. Xavier wasn’t even aware that he sway slightly to the beat of the music as he looked around some more. There were quite a few women dressed in revealing clothing, but Xavier wasn’t interested in them. He was more interested in the blatant tactics that some of the men in the bar were trying to use to win the women over. But he was even more interested still in trying to get his brother as drunk as possible as quickly as possible in order to facilitate his own drinking.
It wasn’t that Xavier needed to drink to have fun, it was just that he thought it was amusing to be drunk, and thus wanted to join in with everyone else. Xavier was a ‘fun drunk’ in simple terms, or so he was told, and being fun was close to Xay’s life goal of entertaining himself. Xavier reached over and grabbed one of the glasses of water that was on the table and pulled it towards himself, waiting. Grabbing, also, one of the individually wrapped straws, his eyes became bright. He turned towards where Maddox was, not too far away and ripped a small piece of the paper off one end of the straw.”Maddox!”Once his brother turned his attention towards him. Xavier quickly lifted the straw to his lips and blew into it, sending the remaining paper on it directly at Maddox’s forehead. Xavier smiled broadly at his aim.

Maddox turned when he heard his name and gave a start when a piece of paper surprisingly tapped him on the forehead before floating harmlessly to the floor. Giving his brother a rather exasperated look, Maddox said, while lightly rubbing at his forehead as if it had hurt or that remnants of the straw were now stuck on his forehead, "Hey, knock it off." There wasn't much conviction in his voice, making him sound more tired than angry and seem most likely not to do anything if it happened again.
Delegated to keep chaos to a bare minimum, as was his usual job when the lot of them went on a trip together, Maddox wasn't much for drinking himself. He simply didn't understand why it was so much 'fun' to drink oneself to the point of puking out one's own organs. Sounded rather painful and unpleasant to him. Until the most of the group was intoxicated, Maddox normally found these trips to the bar dull. Glancing over at the other members of the mafias, Maddox gave an internal sigh, wanting one of them to stay sober enough to hold a decent conversation with him.

Upon exiting the car, Miles followed the others to their table. It was loud, dark, and busy, but surprisingly Miles didn't feel out of place. It reminded him of many clubs he would go to when meeting shady bussinessmen for whatever it was they wanted. Busy, crowded places were good for their group, since they wouldn't be noticed.
Miles took this opportunity to lean back in his chair and light a cigarette. Another nasty habit he had, but he didn't have the patience to quit. Besides that, it was an easy way to break the ice if he was sitting with another smoker (which may be crucial in meeting important people). Exhaling smoke, he watched the brothers interact and gave a sweeping glance around the place. He had half a mind to cause trouble, but it'd be best to sit idle for now. Kyrin's group might have some interesting connections or usefulness to the overall Matsui gang.
Miles flipped through the drink menu, wondering what he wanted this time. He didn't drink too often or too much (about one sip for everyone elses' 5 gulps), so he never had to worry much about getting drunk. The last time that happened, he had woken up in an Italian hotel with an unknown woman, a missing laptop, and a headache the size of Rhode Island. Since then, he made it a priority to stay sober at all times possible. Laying the menu flat, he silently watched the others enter the bar from the lit entrance.
