Her reaction time was but mere seconds slower than everyone else as she hesitated, this being her first time doing anything like this. With her nerves at their limits, her aim was off at first but, just as before, made adjustments to make sure her aim would hit the scorpion. After it shrieked, she stopped - it was clearly a shriek of pain and, despite it being a monsterous thing, she could feel the creatures agonizing pain. Adjusting to block all mental communication, it would likely be too late to make any more of a contribution to defeating this scorpion.

* As the scorpion fell over and exhaled it's last breath, Ali walked over to it and nudged it with his right foot. Dead. As Ali turned around, several gunshots could be heard from the other group and screams over the radio. Then a loud roar that surely didn't sound like that a scorpion would make.* All in favor to find the rest of the squad?

Though her eyes were wide with surprise and concern with the sounds they heard from the other group, she nodded her head. "Indeed, it appears there is more than we expected present." she replied softly, not caring if anyone actually listened to her words, and took a few steps in the direction of the other group.

* Two of the soldier that had been covering the back dashed forward with Ali, the other soldier and Ziven following, as soon as they entered the room hey were in before they split up something caught their attention and sent one of the soldiers flying into the rock wall, leaving the other trapped and with his weapon firing at the thing. Ali moved both his arms out to stop Ziven and the other soldier from moving forward and instead he began to push them watch, watching at the creature grabbed onto the soldier and tore him in two with his large muscular arms.*Sir, What do we do!? The soldiers voice was somewhat panicked as the Creature turned towards them and roared, starting to move towards them afterwards.*Running would be a good idea.

She could not believe what they found. Taking Ali's advice, she started running back toward the direction they came. Both worried and wishing they could get down to what they intended to, no more nasty interruptions.

Hirja, Rhino squad is nearly wiped out by unidentified hostile force, we're pulling out. Ready the rocket launchers.* As soon as Ali had given that order, he nodded at the soldier who grabbed onto Zivens arm as they ran. Ali stopped and spun around, opening fire upon the creature coming after them. He'd catch up after he had slowed it down somewhat.*

Squeaking as one of the soldiers grabbed her arm, she continued running alongside him, not bothering to attempt to protest. She did not want Ali to remain behind, it seemed impossible for him to attempt to take on that creature alone. Still she ran, quietly muttering in the ancient language to wish them good travels going onward.

* Eventually the Soldier managed to locate the exit pulling her along , the sand made it heavier to run as he managed to get them outside. Then Ali came running and walked out quite a distance before he turned and opened fire again upon the creature, smiling as it saw daylight for probably it's first time.* Ziven, Should we kill it or take it back to my castle. Make your choice quickly.

"After trying to kill that creature do you HONESTLY thing it would want to come with you? It may be best to put it out of its misery." she said looking to Ali in utter confusion, frustration and near anger.

You heard the lady!* Viper squad responded just as Ali spoke, launching the rockets from the rocket launchers and sending them past Ali and into direct contact with the creature. Not even that could withstand such firepower. With the creature dead Ali turned around and began to walk up to Ziven and Hirja.* So, I assume that thing has been killing and eating scorpions so there is no need to enter that Pyramid again. We'll quarantine it and investigate later on to find out where it came from and what artifacts there are there, We'll radio for a smaller chopper to pick us up at this location and head home. Ziven you can use magic now to make a shower or something so you can get refreshed as it will take....about ten hours until the chopper is here roughly calculated. Congratulations Ziven, you've managed quite a lot of days without using magic. How does it feel?

There was no way for Ziven to know what "game show host" was, but if she had, she would certainly say that he sounded like one right now. She shook her head a bit, looking to him with utter amazement. "It feels fine? If you and everyone else would like to leave now, I can make a portkey." she said softly. Though she appreciated what he was saying about showering and all, she was able to do so much more than just a shower. Brushing her hands over her clothes, she was entirely clean, head to toe. A moment later, despite the heat, her clothes changed to her typical attire. "We may depart in approximately twenty minutes if you wish, to be returned to a location just outside of your city five to ten minutes after that." she said simply, wondering how he would reply to this all. Though she did not say anything about it, she looked rather distressed, her nerves still calming down from the event as well as simply not being accustomed to going from a completely crazy to completely calm moment like that.

So be it* Ali smirked as he heard the cheer from Viper squad and the remaining Rhino squad soldier, they were eager to get home to their wives and children.*

The reaction from everyone was very surprising to her, blue eyes went wide with surprise as she moved closer to Ali subconsciously. When she realized it was their way of celebrating, she smiled shyly and bobbed her head.
Moving slightly away from the rest of the group, she seated herself on the ground and got to work. First she pulled her walking staff from her bag, the object was much larger than what one would expect to see come from that bag, but it was obvious that there was magic used on the inside to be able to hold things that would not normally fit. She next took her wand from the bag also and began tapping the staff with the wand. An interesting series of taps, a few words muttered and and a bit of humming could be heard over the next twenty minutes, just as she had estimated.
Finally standing, putting her wand away, she walked to the group again, using the staff for walking as if there was nothing different. "The portkey is prepared to depart in ten minutes from this moment. All everyone must do is touch this staff, just a fingertip on its surface will do." she said softly to Ali and the rest present. She did not plan on saying more, unless there happened to be questions. In this moment with nothing to concentrate on, her mind wandered back through the events of the past few days. After all that, now was the moment that it really all hit her, the reality of what they had all just done. She did not like it. Typical for herself, she did not speak of it, internalizing all her concerns so she could continue to think of the others.
After a few minutes, all would gather around the staff, touching it, or be left behind.

----------------------- The black market street showed that crime and violence flourished, severals stands had one man with a greasy smile and five guys watching over him and the merchandise. Prostitutes walked along with various skimpy and revealing clothes, drunks lying in the edges of alleys and small time thieves wandering and waiting for a person to be distracted. Trash, mucky water, gun shells and even pools of dried blood were scattered across the concrete road. On occasion you could see several homeless warming themselves up by the fire in a metal barrel. In the middle of it all, There was Ali and Ziven. Police rarely ventured down into this place, the shopkeepers, pimps and men with influence ruled this place. If you crossed them then you would be dead before you managed to get out.
Ali grabbed onto the wrist of one guy as he felt his filthy hands reach into his pocket for a wallet, twisting it slightly and then simply tossing him aside and into a broken street lamp. This caused the man to bounce back and squirm as it had knocked the air out of him. That would make sure the pick-pocketers kept away for awhile.* Stick close and if anyone does anything to you that you don't approve off then just say my name.

She could hardly contain her excitement. Despite the need to blend in, she smiled brightly, until Ali was .. assaulted or whatever that was. She sobered up very fast, observing all with a more analytical, almost accusatory eye as they moved on. When Ali spoke, she bobbed her head. "As you wish."
