--lonely_arctic_wolf-- ParanoidBlueGirl block-head Kakashi die? Nah, if anything it'll be Sasuke. I mean come on, everything naruto does is for Sasuke. I think the most dramatic thing would be Sasuke doing something and dies to help Naruto. I have no doubt Kakashi would lay down his life to save any of his team mates if it was the only way, but it just doesn't make sense. If they were to kill off a character it has to be one that was very well developed. There's no point in killing off a nobody who 3 people might cry over.
If you remember the episode where Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Haku, Sasuke got hit with those needle things, and he "died", got knocked out, or whatever. Seeing that, Naruto freaked thinking that he had died. That was his motivation to summon some of the Demon fox's chakara to bring down Haku. In the end, Sasuke ended up being okay, just wounded and what-not.
So my assumption, Kakashi will live, Sasuke will die. Sasuke's death will motivate Naruto, and so on and so forth. I agree. For Sasuke to die, there would be a tremedous impact on poor Naruto who, despite, their rivavlry, thinks of Sasuke as one would of a brother. They are close friends and if Sasuke happened to die it may be enough shock to release the full extent of the nine tailed fox's pent up chakara, so much so that Naruto may actually lose control- leading to a major problem. As i stated sometime before, the entire Naruto series seems to de ja vu. If the series plays out like the past, Sasuke, who is a Uchiha, will die; Kakashi, like the fourth hokage, his sensei, will die trying to seal teh nine tail fox; and Sakura, who's medic skills are akin to Rin's, will help out as much as she can, bonding Naruto and Sasuke with her love for the Uchiha. Although, for all this to happen, it may a little odd...so maybe I'm wrong. After all, it's just a guess. I kinda agree with you...

No offense though,but when i was reading chapter 421...I saw him fighting with Pein...I kinda lost hope knowing Kakashi would die like Jiraya-sama...Well yeah..WE all know that Pein IS strong..so..I don't know what to say....but I think Kakashi IS going to die sweatdrop

I don't know. Will Kishimoto-san actually kill off one of his most in-depth characters? eek In fact, Kakashi's practically nearly the only truly deep character. Ouch. >_< If Kakashi dies, the Naruto fanbase dies, too, I hope, until Kishimoto-san brings Kakashi back! evil

Red_Vampire_596 No offense though,but when i was reading chapter 421...I saw him fighting with Pein...I kinda lost hope knowing Kakashi would die like Jiraya-sama...Well yeah..WE all know that Pein IS strong..so..I don't know what to say....but I think Kakashi IS going to die sweatdrop i know but if everyone has faith in naruto to kill pein, and kakashi's still stronger than him in some ways, kakashi might still have a chance... exept for the fact that the rinnegan is screwing his sharingan up... i hope kakashi lives!!!! if he dies, my love for naruto the series will die with him!!!!! crying

Sepik (Speculation, not spoilers.)
I've started watching Shippuden, and over AIM I was talking to a friend of mine while watching it. And happily ranting about how much I love Kakashi.
And then she said "He's going to die, you know."
First I denied it. Said that Naruto would lose a huge chunk of its fanbase, and the creator of it would never do that. And then... when I got to thinking about it... I realized she was right.
Every hero in almost all stories needs some kind of tragedy to set them off on their final path. Archetypes and all that annoying stuff. Naruto, so that he finally gets strong enough, or motivated enough, or something to be able to defeat Akatsuki is going to need someone close to him to die.
Most likely, it will be one of his teachers. Iruka, Jiraiya, or Kakashi. Iruka is too low key in the world of Naruto to probably warrant an assination. Jiraiya... I just don't think so. He's important to Naruto, but not like Kakashi.
So by the end of the series, Kakashi will probably be killed off. I just hope it's, like, the last episode or something. ><;
Thoughts on this theory, anyone? And please, disprove me. I don't WANT to be right on this. hmmm... reading this made me think... you know how in the 4th naruto movie where naruto was "supposed" to die cuz of a vision this girl had? well... i sorta noticed how kakashi was becoming more like naruto and i was thinking he might want to change his fate too.... like he almost dies, but lives somehow...or naruto rescues him... thet'll be awesome yet sad at the same time cuz that just makes kakashi look really weak... crying :XP:

For some reason I just don't see Jaraiya dying... Maybe that's just me, though. idk y, but i think that sasuke is gonna come to konoha to supposedly "kill" everyone but sees that pein already started without him and somehow helps defend against him^_^ and helps naruto... but it's prolly not true cuz sasuke is a complete a*****e crying

I couldn't understand however,whether he is killed by Pein using his force-pushing ability to hurl a nail into his skull, or if it was just from pure exhaustion after he used his Mangynkou to destroy a bullet-thingy that was being shot at Choji (who was running to carry vital info to Naruto while he was fighting Pein...)
So in the end, it was a sacrifice, but for the good of the village. One main theme I've traced is the passing on of the "Will of Fire" and the whole "the next generation renders the previous obsolete" theme.
Oh, and Konohamaru learns Rasengan....

Sasuke is definately going to come save Naruto- either that, or all of the Demon Hosts (Garaa, Kirabi, etc. ) go save him...

Actually, my very mean friend has been giving me advanced spoilers lately scream And Kakashi-kun will______________________________________! Hehehe. I just know that Pein will______________________________, and____________. It's so annoying when he just spills the spoilers to me stressed But, even though, I can't help but listen. sweatdrop I do know that Sasuke and Naruto will fight at some part of the story but I don't know when they are going to turn it into a movie.
