I wish I could lock procrastination in a closet until the end of NaNoWriMo.

BAM! It does but NaNoWriMo no longer exists and natural disasters happen everywhere because of the sudden time shift and everybody dies.
I wish I didn't have finals.

Your teachers, in spite of a frenzy of cheating, have decided to cancel finals and give everyone a failing grade. Good luck trying to pass!
Edits: My wish? I just want to get over this block. My story is so boring. I need for something exciting to happen.

Granted!
But not just something. No, something better: EVERYTHING happens all at once!
But, that means your novel is over before it's really had chance to begin.
And it's so short it can't really be classed as a novel.
Oh, and did I mention: It makes no sense and is beyond even the best editing skills?

Granted! You can fly, but only until you get a mile high in the air. Then you mysteriously lose your ability and plummet back to earth with a bone-liquifying splat.
I wish...(weird, there's nothing I want either).
I wish I had that awesome Cheshire Cat bedspread I was too cheap to spend money on.

You get your bedspread! But one night there's a blizzard in the middle of a thirty-year solar eclipse. You house is locked in ice and covered from all sides in hundreds of feet of snow. Your heater is broken, and your oven was stolen. Anything that transmits heat is useless. The only thing keeping you warm and alive is your bedspread.
...But then it disappears with a smile when you needed it the most.
I wish that I had the most beautiful and kind-hearted pony in all the land!
