"At least believe me master," Fawkes continued, "if you don't believe me of Victoria... Even I can feel Voldemort's presence in Tom, it's not easy forgetting the magic presence that turned me to ashes one time. Voldemort's after Lisa for reasons beyond my control or knowing... She and Mrs. Weasly were trying to expose the truth behind the lies, that's why I came."

Franki's hand flew to Fred's mouth to shut him up. She placed her ear on the door again, listening to every word that was spoken.
Fred looked surprised at how fast Franki's mood had changed. She had just been shaking, now she was rigid. Fred pulled her hand away from his mouth and listened at the door as well.

"Fawkes," Dumbledore replied looking at Tom with a straight face, "I believe that we all have a little of Voldemort in us, even some of us more then others, like me. Alot of students parents died because of Voldemort, such as Toms. I will not lie. I sense it alot in Tom. But we cannot be certain. As for you two," he said pointing at Molly, and Lisa, you two need to be more concervative. Using spells like that when not needed can get you expelled, and possibly sent to Azkaban if not careful. Don't go by feeling. But confront the person, make them show themselves."
"Indeed, Well said Sir. Well said." Tom said clapping slowly then stopping. "Sir, what shall we tell the others? Though we have not found Fred, nor Franki."
"Fred, Franki, come out of the closet. I may be old, but I know you two are hiding in that area, I watched you two run over there through the window.... No one will be punished until we get back to Hogwarts. Besides, Fred, you are loud. Fawkes i will await you in my Office."

Franki fell out of the closet, Fred falling next to her. "Ugh..." Franki gasped in pain. She looked down at her side, lifting her t-shirt up enough to see a brilliant red gash, oozing thick, red blood.
Fred looked down at the gash. "F-Franki, you ok?" he asked frantically. He helped her to her feet, twitching slightly when she yelled in pain. "Please don't punish her. She wanted help from my mother, and I was so worried about her, I had to follow her," Fred said, making up a lie quick. Though the wound was real, he didn't want Franki getting in more trouble than she normally was.

"Now then, Let us get back to the castle, before ALL of us are in trouble." Dumbledore said. "Oh Molly, here is your wand, and Lisa, yours. Sorry about the hastle and mistakes." He winked, "Madam Pomfrey will get you fixed up Franki." Dumbledore flew off towards the direction of Tom.

After she got her wand, Lisa looked up and tears welled up in her eyes. Harry, she thought, what would you do if you were me?
"That may be true," Faith told Dumbledore, "but if my master is dead by the Killing Curse, forgiveness won't come easy from me... Sometimes, confrontation doesn't work, so you need to do the revealing..."

"And why do I need your help?" Ryn inquired as her quill scratched neatly over the surface of the parchment.
"Well because you're always alone," he answered truthfully, the effects of the potion he'd downed taking effect. "You need to be more open, otherwise you won't get any friends. That's where I come in."
"Terrific," she lied happily, giving him a fake pleased smile.
"Don't lie," George muttered as he watched her. "I'm trying to help you here."
"What if I don't want help?" Ryn asked him lowly. "What if I like not having any friends to complicate my life? What if I like being alone?"
"No one likes to be alone forever," George answered, leaning back into his chair. "Come on, can't you and I be friends?"
"I'll think about it," she lied again, not looking up at him. "It's late," she threw out a few moments later. "You should go get some rest."
"Nah I'm fine. I'm waiting for Fred to show up. I'll just sit here with you until he gets back." He gave her a crooked grin.
"Fine," she sighed, not really in the mood for arguing.

Dumbledore flew fast. Tom was waiting just a little beneath the tree line. Then when Dumbledore flew just past him, a bright light shot up, it was bluish white, and looked like a ball of electricity, and hit his broom. Dumbledore was shocked then he fell into a clearing. He got up and brushed his robes clean. Then slowly he pulled out his wand.
Tom flew overhead and saw Dumbledore. He turned around and flew down.
"Professor! Are you okay?" Tom asked lieing as he landed close to him. "I saw a light then I came to see what happened and I saw you."
"I am fine Tom. Would you mind giving me a hand?" Dumbledore asked.
Tom didn't move from his spot under the shadows.
"Tom? Would you mind helping me?" Dumbledore asked once more.
Moments later, a green light was shot up. A serpent slithering from a skull appeared. Dumbledore looked up at it. He backed away.
"EXPELLIARMUS!" Yelled Tom. Dumbledores wand flew back a few feet from him then Dumbledore slowly backed up.
"Tom we all know who you are. Though you did have us fooled in the beginning." Dumbledore was stalling for time as he slowly crept back towards his wand. "You are indeed, Tom Marvolo Riddle! Also known as Lord Voldemort."
Voldemort began to laugh. "Wow. This is such an inspiring time." He deformed into his original evil snake looking self. "In moments, Albus, death eaters will be here, along with a few Dementors." He smiled. Pointing his wand at Dumbledore he began to mutter words.
Dumbledore turned and bolted for his wand. He ran into the forest and hid behind a tree. Then a beam of blue light came flying out at Voldemort.
Voldemort shot out a green beam. The two spells clashed. A loud bang occurred pushing back both Voldemort and Dumbledore.
A few death eaters appeared and walked towards Voldemort. Then moments later it began to get cold. Dumbledore whistled and Fawkes came in. Fawkes burned a line through the forest so the only way around was to fly. Fawkes flew down to Dumbledore.
Dumbledore whispered Fawkes, go get Lisa, Fred, Franki, and the Ministry. We want the school protected.

Fawkes flew over to Lisa, Franki, and Fred. She perched on Lisa's shoulder and said, "You were right indeed. Voldemort's attacked Dumbledore. He told me to get you three and the Ministry to protect the school."
Lisa gasped in horror, then replied, "We'll have to get to Hogwarts by Floo Powder, since it's the quickest way. Fawkes, you'll come with us to tell Professor McGonagal what happened and she can contact the Ministry. But first..." She glanced over at Franki and her wound and approached her, taking off off her glove on her right hand as she walked.
(It's about time I give a description of Lisa... so I will.)
Name: Lisa Lily Topret
Year: (same as Harry)
House: Gryffindor
Wand: Ash and phoenix tail feather, 7 inches
Pets: Faith; snowy owl and Heart; barn owl (at her home in New York she also has a dog)
Appearance: She has hazel eyes and long, wavy, light brown hair. She's also skinny and tall.
Good at: Transfiguration, Defense against the Dark Arts, and Quittich (sp?)
Doubts: Her knowledge of healing (she doesn't do it often...)
Hidden Abilities: She can make owls and other birds speak English if they perch on her, and talk to owls. Lisa can sense Voldemort, the tell-tale signs are if her skin turns pale and her left arm starts trembling. What she doesn't know is that she has some abilities that she can only use once... and they can harm her....

((If were godmodding, then I am gonna leave. Thats not right.... No wizard can heal with their hands and transfer wounds. im out if you keep that up.))
