She placed the rose on top of her CDs that lay on her desk.

Matt walked over to the door. "I suppose..." Matt said before leaving her room.

After Matt left, Codi threw herself back into her chair. She began working on the computer. She was focused on the computer screen until she felt the rose on her desk 'mocking her'. She looked at it, then back to the computer. This went on for a few minutes until Codi grabbed the flower and sat back in the chair. She looked at it for a while before sniffing at it. Suddenly, she began to sneeze, just as she did before. She looked at the rose thinking "What the hell! I'm not allergic to flowers." She looked at the rose clocly and saw pepper sprinkled on the pedals. She snffed it again, and again she sneezed.
"Why is there pepper on the rose?" She set it down and stared at it with a small frown as she tried to find out what was going on.
After a few minutes of wondering, Codi got up and left the room. Taking the rose with her.

Dan walks by smoking a joint with Mad Dog and wonders what the ******** is going on around here. He laughs, takes a puff, passes it to Mad Dog, and coughs.

Codi sees Dan and Mad Dog, before heading to her Matts locker room she walked up to them.
"What do you think you're doing?"
