I believe in animal spirit guides very much. Mine is a dolphin. For many reasons, other than the fact that I feel connected to them on the deepest level of thought.

I have a couple of questions and stuff to ask, forgive me if I ramble, but I will get to the point eventually.
I have a really powerful sense of smell. It's much stronger than anyone I know, I mean, every single person I have ever met has their own distinct scent and sometimes the smells are so strong that I actually have to move away from the person to stop their smell overpowering me. Is this normal, or does it have some sort of meaning?
How do you know your spirit giude for sure? I've never had a meditation in which I met an animal, but whenever I look at a tiger, I feel like they're trying to speak to me, as though they know me. I remember, one time, I was at the zoo, and I was just watching this tiger, watching its shoulders ripple with power as it walked and I fell into some sort of trance and I could feel myself with that much strength in my body, with that much latent power. It was like I became the tiger.
This one time, I was lying in bed when everyone else in my house was out. All of a sudden I heard this incredibly mournful violin music. It was really quiet and I thought maybe it was coming from downstairs. I checked my whole house, but there was nowhere from which the sound could be coming. Does anyone have any idea what happened to me?
Also, I have these prophetic visions quite frequently. They're never particularly big, but I see stuff, like in school, we have lectures once a week, and when I was writing notes as the lecturer was speaking, i suddenly heard this whole other conversation in my head. I was so confused that I actually looked around to see who was talking. Then, a few days later, I was writing out the notes neatly in a free class, and I heard that same conversation for the second time. It was so weird, and it's been getting more and more frequent.

NyakoNatsumi Aylia I have the same probablem with focusing. I just focus my thoughts on my breaths. I count up to 5 breathing in and to 10 breathing out. Ug, that's confusing, like 1,2,3,4,5 *starts breathing out* 6,7,8,9,10. sweatdrop Then I just let the back of my mind wander. I'm not very good at mediation tho, but since I started doing that, I've gotten better. 3nodding
And I'm not sure on the last one. sweatdrop Maybe once Ivy's on, she can explain it to both of us. blaugh I'm gonna have to try that. Thanks o -0 Thats a darn good idea! Why didnt I think of it crying Ussually I just sit thinking about a peice of paper and write down my thoughts and put them in a mind folder sweatdrop

im not very good at entering that world i came half way out of my body once but my best friend who was also learning it at the same time jumped u with excitement wakeing me he now has no problem entering that world and is trying to teach me
i never actually left my body more like my spirit giude came into mine it is a wolf with dark fur on the back and top of the head and its stomech and face are white
