'We should have wick carry the guy until he can move, he doesn't usually get into any close combat fighting... And maybe you could try a healing spell on him?'

Wick takes out his water skin then fills it with the now clear pearly water from the pool, and without hesitation poors it into the sacrificical mans mouth. "Maybe this will help us get some answers as to whats going on here and possibly which way to go. Plus then i don't have to carry this pathetic little worm either."

The water goes into his mouth and down his throat.
It's a slow reaction, but you see him start to stir, and he opens his eyes. He looks around him, groans, and holds his head.
"Ouch. I. I guess the expedition didn't go as planned, then?"

"You there! tell us what you know and tell us quickly, we have no time for playing around." Wick said as he peered almost evily at him. "What expidetion, and what went wrong!" Wick then grabbed him by the arm. "you can talk while we move! The monsters that ran away might be back with reinforcements soon. lets meet hem head on down the tunnel." Wick turned to the pool. "We might all want to drink some of this if it is infact healing water. It brought this poor sap back from the brink of death, it should work for us as well. Now quickly, we haven't much time if we are to catch them off guard." Wick then drank the water and ran, pulling the man behind him to the tunnle entrance.

"hay! You shouldn't be so mean to him Wick! they almost killed him!" crying "don't worry, we'll protect you now!" blaugh
nuku pointed back at the tunnel they came in through. "I think we should go that way. But first..." nuku runs over and drinks some of the water. "I do not like demons..." gonk

XX walks over to the pool and takes out his flask, filling it as much as possible. He then cups his hands and dips them into the pool, then takes enough to heal him fully.
(Question: If I keep this water in my flask until the end of the dungeon, can it be used in other dungeons after this?)

Drinking the water does heal you. It heals for 5 HP/turn for 5 turns, and you would be able to bottle it and transport it with you if you had spare equip points. Since you aren't in a fight, I'll assume enough time passes for you to get the full 25 HP healing before your next fight.

Wick, still grasping the man by the arm, yelled at him again. "Tell us what you know and tell us NOW!" as he spoke his eyes tunrned black, a gift from the goddess he worshiped. "You come in between me and my vengance against this beasts that have come in my way. Do not make the great eye of Ecydia bring its vengful eye upon you as well!"

Brushing Wick aside, Shadow picks up the man, brushes him off, sets him on his feet, then promptly threatens him. "You either come with us and tell us what the bloody hell was going on back there or we leave you here." And with that she began walking away.

The man is having trouble coming to his senses. It takes him a moment to collect his thoughts before he speaks, while following you.
"I wish I knew the whole story myself. I was on an expedition to restore the fountain, but we were ambushed by those demons. I... I don't think anyone was killed, at least not in the initial fight; I think they were killing everyone, one by one."
Are you pressing forward or doubling back?

Shadow kept walking for a few seconds, then stopped and turned around. "You think you can lend us a hand? We can go see if any of your comrades survived. Else you can just run back to the pool and wait for us."

Sneering at Shadow as she drew his prisoner away from him, Wick eyed the witch with his now jet black eyes. "You have nerve there you hag! Though I'm sure thats why us others here are following you eh?" Wick then laughed a single chuckle, then followed the rest of the group down the tunnel. He turned back to Shadow, his face then turning to that of friendship. "I think I may see possible future between you and me. The goddess above has told me that you have the potential 'Talents' that would serve her purposes well."

{I highly, highly, highly, highly, highly recommend you take that back. You couldn't insult her more, and she does not react well to being insulted. Like it's taking all I got to keep her from rabidly ripping your head off o_o}
