Bakura jumped forward and managed to catch Rei before she hit the ground, and brought her into the mud house, not going downstairs quite yet. She fainted a lot; not a very good thing. He carried her over to a mat by one side of the wall and then went outside, over to the horse's trough and cupped some water in his hands. He went back inside and splashed it on Rei's face.

Rei jumped and opened her eyes looking up at bakura "this cant be real..." she said and sat up pinching herself "...mabye i've gone crazy..."

"What the hell is your problem?" Bakura asked, narrowing his eyes. He glanced out the door to try and see what had made her faint, but nothing was really there. The sun was rising, which he was glad for. He looked back at the girl, remembering how surprised she was when she found out that she was in Egypt. Or at least that's what he thought; she kept shouting Egypt, which was the only thing he had understood. Then she was surprised again when he mentioned the pharaoh, but it was a different kind of surprise. If she hadn't known that she was in Egypt, why did she react to the pharaoh like that?

Rei rubbed her head "Ok so im crazy or i've somehow been transported to the past." she stood up looking over bakura. "So your speaking arabic..no wonder I cant understand you.."

Bakura paused, then asked, "Are you hungry?" He rubbed his stomach in mime action and watched Rei carefully.

Rei rubbed rubbed the back of her head on nodded "yea i am...I'll be fine..."

All Bakura saw was the nod. He glanced outside, knowing that the market would be busy soon and they could get some food there, but decided against it. He took a hold of Rei's hand and led her back underground. He paused in one of the hallways and took off his red coat, noticing that the sleeve, which had blood on it, was starting to dry and stiffen. He flung it into a room, snapping at whoever was in there to wash it. All he wore now was a kilt and bits of golden jewelry, along with his shoes, which seemed more like slippers.

Rei followed as shewas led downstairs.She listened as he talked hoping to learn alittle.

"If the pharaoh decided to send any of his men around here I'll have to find a new place..." Bakura was muttering to himself. "I want to stay close to him, though... Gonna rip his head off."

Bakura started to think of the various ways of killing the pharaoh and chuckled darkly to himself. He kept walking down the hall, and seemed to forget that he was supposed to be leading Rei somewhere.
