Slight problem. Due to the unique nature of psychic tequneques, the blood brain barrier in a psychic acctually contains no metal, in order to not block out any flow of energy. So in other words, Siin has no metal in his head. Not even fillings. And it's true, I read up on it in the Weekly World News.
