theres no denying that at all
naruto is pretty good and i do like it but I sorta think it gets more credit then it deserves at times and its way over hyped. but i think i just feel that way because alot of the animes i consider to be better than naruto get only about a tenth of the exposure naruto does. however im not the type to say i completly hate naruto and bash it whenever its brought up (note: i know people that actualy do this)
anyway as far as naruto amvs and youtube go ive seen some pretty good ones like real ninjas and ninja of the night. A naruto vid actualy made it into the AMV competition of AX this year. ive been trying to find it but i cant remember the title. all i remember is that it was a sasuke and naruto vid and at one point in the middle of the vid narutos japanese voice shouted "SASUKE!!!!".
you guys wouldnt happen to know the vid im talking about would you?

No I don't, but I really do understand what you're saying.
The reason that those really cool anime, that don't get as much hype, is b-c Naruto was just broadcast over a larger variety of networks. It's on Japanese and American televisions, it's on the Internet, and it's a long running anime, which means that it's popualr, and will be advertised more. Not to mention all teh really good animes have A) Tons of violence/ blood, B) Has Nudity, or C) Has tons of language.
But anime with these kinds of factors not only make it more realstic, but it also has another factor, emotion on a level not seen on any other program on the face of the Earth. That's what makes other anime THAT much better. It's a damn shame we just can't get past the TV stage we're in. The phase where things like violent, but still very good anime, can't be broadcast cuz, children may be watching. We have technology to block that though, so it really sux.

thats exactly what im saying and your right cause lets face it. black lagoon, the hellsing ovas, elfen lied, berserk, animes like these will never get the exposure naruto does do to their content.
