eek Kai's decision shocked the whole life out of Maria. 'Hilary of all people' Maria thought. 'why? oh why? ' maria shouted in her mind. She already had a very bad feeling about her the minute she knew about her. She was more of a rookie than she was. Maria then stopped smilling then and all was left was confusion. 'Kai had to have some more special reason why he chouse Hilary.' she kept repeating in her mind. She then kept her book and turned to the wall feeling very depressed but was hiding it.She was slowly losing hope.

Bryan was a bit disappointed. Even though Kai was a formidable opponent and any match against him was sure to be intresting, he prefered the crimson eyed blader as an ally. Seeing as the only need for him was to pick another member, the Russian scanned the room once more. And then he spoke, "My final team member choice is Tyson." There was a smirk spreading across his face.

Maria then stood up breathing deeply controlling her rage. She then put out a smile to every one as she already decided and she said, "Now that I've heard what I want to know I'll be going not. Time for training."
She then left the room with a silent closing of the door. When she was outside of the door her eyes turned dead serious.
"I need to be stronger" she told herself, "That's the only thing I can do even if it kills me."
She then ran as fast as she can to find Spencer in hopes of training with him. She was determined.
On the way Ming-ming was walking back herself and saw Maria running.
"Hey Maria" she said but again was passed ignored but it was different Maria looked serious. It was the first time she saw Maria that way. All she knew was Maria's fake smile, and her real smile whenever she thought of that blader. She went in very concerned. She saw the crimsoned eyed blader inside and somehow knew he had something to do with it but was very much clueless of the rest.
"Hey did I miss something?" she then asked anyone who listened to her.

((Icey~x~Tala-san, it's against the rules for Kai and Bryan to be on the same team since they were teammates previously, right? confused Just checking... And goddessanime-san, please don't use icons to convey a character's feelings and/or reactions; this is a literate RP, so use words to describe how your character feels, okay? Just reminding you...))
Kai watched out of the corner of his eye as the girl who'd been ogling him earlier left in a huff. That much was obvious. And while he was usually above such childish things as what he'd done earlier by choosing Hilary, it had been a test, really. He wondered about that blue-haired girl being a real blader; if she were, she would have reacted differently to the slate-haired teen's choice of team members. But that just proved it; she was only in it to get Kai to notice her. Something that did not sit well with him.
True, she could be strong and she may have potential, but Kai wasn't about to let someone with her kind of goals - which was only to get noticed by him, as much as he could tell - onto his team. And then, he had no idea if she was already in a team or not.
Kai had also noticed the disappointed look on Bryan's face and knew the lilac-haired blader had wanted to be on his team. Unfortunately for them, the rules forbade that.
Then it occured to him that the short, tanned girl from Team BEGA last time - the singer - had asked a question. And since it seemed that no one else would answer it...
"You just missed someone's hopes get crushed," he replied, not even turning to face Ming-Ming; he knew she could hear him well enough. And it didn't bother him how curt - or hurtful - his statement sounded; Kai had never been one to sugarcoat his words, and what reason had he to start now. There was, of course, none.
What happens after the teams are picked, though... he wondered. Training? Most likely. It's not as though we'll have a 'getting-to-know-you' for the new teams...

"So, Kai? Who do you choose for captain of team 5?" Max asked hyperly. He was now eating a candy bar and listening intently.
Johnny looked around the room wondering who was going to be on team 5 and also trying to figure out who's going to play in the tag team matches on his team. He was worried if they can't get along what were they going to do when the tournament starts?
Kyoshi now felt highly nervous, what would her team mates think of her? What if no one manages to get along? How would they survive if no one tries? Questions like that zoomed through her head.

Kai the blonde's question for a few moments, and then replied with the first name that popped into his head. Of course, it wasn't just a random choice; the crimson-eyed blader had considered those who had the potential to become good team captains for this year's tournament.
"To act as Team 5's captain, I pick..." his crimson gaze caught and held a certain neko-jin's amber one. "...Rei."

Rei blinked a few times and then thought about who he'd want on his team. He wasn't just about to choose his team randomly.
Kyoshi sighed realizing Rei was going to take his sweet time.

"Alright, then now that my team's decided I think I'll head out. Everyone on Team 3, we'll practice tomorrow by the fountain at noonish." Bryan then lightly waved to the group, and began walking down the hallway. Once he was out of everyone's sight, the lilac haired teen sighed. It was over, and less painful than he thought it would be. This year was going to be intense, especially with two of his opponent being Tala and Kai.

Tala and Spencer were standing on opposite sides of a beystadium. The red haired teen smirked and asked, "You ready?" Spencer nodded, and the two of them got into their launching positions. "Three, two, one...Let it rip!" They both shouted as both of them launched there beyblades into the orange stadium. "This tournament is going to rough on all of us. Even though we are no long teammates, it still doesn't hurt to train together." Tala's silver beblade was pouding against Spencer's blue blade. Within a matter of minute's, Wolborg had sucessfully knocked Seaborg out of the dish. Tala bent down at picked up his blade. "Again, this time, use your special attack."

"Oh she looked very determined ,when I saw her. Yet don't under estimate her she has gone though alot this year." said Ming-ming realizing a bit that her friend was certainely misunderstood.
Meanwhile the blue-haired girl maria calmed down running so fast that she just realized what could everyone have though. If it was everyone it was very much fine but Kai was not someone she would like herself to be misunderstood by. She felt more annoyed of herself. She just had to get out of the room or her temper would have gotten to her more. Her feelings got to her. She didn't even thought of it as a test or it was true that Hilary had potential.
"Stronger yes" she spoke to herself, "Even emotionally it seems."
She felt her old self coming back the weak and helpless self who she she wanted to change.
"This is my decision and I'm going to go through." she determinely said to herself," I won't care what others think I am. I will show Kai what I can do."
She then walked on again with a smile off to find Spencer and found him with Yuri. She watched their battle and went down closer to them. It seemed easy for Yuri so she came to Yuri and asked, "How about we Beyblade. Think of it as my punishment for using your other name."
She held her beyblade for him to see as she smiled, but in the inside she was very much serious. Her goal was not as simple as to get Kai to notice her it was for herself. She wanted to do something in her life rather than live in safety lines.

((Okay, if we're going to play multiple characters until someone else shows up, I believe I'll play...everyone else on Kai's team, I guess... confused ))
Kuznetsov had the right idea... Kai thought as he watched the lilac-haired Russian leave the room. Setting up a meeting place and time for the team members to meet was definitely the best way to make a quick exit; he was only sorry he hadn't thought of it first.
"Team Four, training starts tomorrow, 10 AM. We will meet outside of this building, and then proceed to the main training room." Kai announced. And then he caught Hilary's gaze and held it. "Except for you," he continued. "We're going to go over your blading techniques now." With that, he turned and exited the meeting room, creamy white scarf fluttering slightly in the updraft created by his motion.
The blader with flaming orange hair smiled, watching the slate-haired teen leave. Well, this was an interesting turn-out of events. He, Brooklyn, had battled Kai twice last year, and had thought of him as probably his greatest nemesis. Kai had been the first one, after all to defeat him in battle, breaking his record of absolutely no losses. And now, he and Kai were going to be teammates.
This should be interesting...
Robert was pleased he'd finally been picked for a team. To tell the truth, he'd been hoping he'd be teammates with one of the former Team BBA members, and he couldn't have hoped for a better teammate than Kai. Their battle at the first World Championships had been...memorable, to say the least.
But he wondered why Kai chose Team BBA's most recent addition, Hilary. I don't believe I've ever watched her blade... He pondered the possibilities for this, but knew that Kai never did anything without just cause. He and his other teammates would just have to wait and see...
Mariam frowned a bit upon hearing Kai had chosen her to be on 'his' team. She hadn't expected to have been picked this early; there were still quite a few bladers left. Why her? She hadn't really gotten to know the phoenix wielder; this was probably going to affect their cooperation, since they didn't know each other that well.
Then she shrugged. There would be time enough for that, she supposed. And while she would have preferred to be on some other team, there was nothing she could do about that now. Besides, she'd been interested in this Kai Hiwatari, who'd managed to give Dunga a run for his money - something even she hadn't accomplished. Yet.
And while the slate-haired teen struck her as being a bit...pushy - considering how he'd singled out Hilary for a one-on-one training session - she surmised this was for the good of the team. After all, if he didn't push them to try harder and become better, who would?

Garland stayed quiet all this time observing the happening and the decision for the members. Most of the people in the room have already left including a beyblader with a long white scarf Kai. ' This will be an interesting season' Garland though , 'Almost all the teams in the past history of beyblade has joined along with new beybladers. Mystel and Ming-ming already had teams. Since battling Tyson during the BEGA times I have trained harder and slowly found beyblade to be truly enjoying, but that doesn't mean that I will let them lose. If Iam not chosen I might volunteer to be captain '
Meanwhile the blue haired girl faced the red haired former team mate of Kai Hiwatari, the hot headed but cold blader.
"Yuri Ivanov Fight me!" Maria then said in full force then pulled out a shuriken and attached her beyblade to it as a laucher.
Ozuma Garland Daichi Mathilda Oliver
{The shuriken is her laucher similar to johnny oliver, the europe team majestics. I'm sorry on how I said it before but it's a mystery item or is an item that is like this but is really another thing. Good night Finals}

Tala's back was to Maria when she entered the room. The sound of footsteps was obvious, but he ignored them, knowing they weren't the familiar footsteps of his old teammate Hiwatari. Which was a bit strange that he could recognize Kai's footsteps out of everyone elses. I guess that's what you get for living with him all those years, and hearing him sneak out every night.
The Russian smirked as the blue haired girl began to speak to him. She was challenging him to beyblade? This girl would have to be a complete fool to challenge the leader of the Blitzkrieg Boyz. He then twitched, but only a little this time. Why did she keep calling him Yuri? Yes that was him name but he prefered Tala. She probably did it just to annoy him. Something that Kai would do, and did to bother him 'till no end. After a moment of silence, Tala looked over his shoulder and spoke. "If you're just trying to prove yourself, why don't you go find a blader that's more on your level. Besides, I'm busy here if you haven't noticed."

McGregor let out a long, tiresome yawn. He was lying on one of the couches, taking up all the room by stretching his legs out. Johnny had just woken up from the brief nap he had decided to take. Meetings were always so boring. Especially meeting that went by slowly. Being patient was not Johnny's cup of tea. He could barely get through a game of chess without yawning. Then, randomly, the Scottish blader stood up and began walking out of the room. "I'm gone! Have fun doing, whatever you were doing."
Mystel, even though he didn't know Johnny that well, deicded to follow him. There was really no need for him in the room either. He had already been chosen, and the team leader had already left. Maybe he could convince Johnny to train with him. The blonde haired boy then gave a courteous wave, and closed the door behind him.

Bryan was leaning against the wall, outside the building. He was staring up at the sky, thinking. Many thoughts rushed through the Russian's head. This being a team leader thing was new to him. There were many things to think about. Trainig sessions, strategies, teamwork, and so much more. At least he had Tyson on his team. Maybe he could get some 'leader' advice from him. There was a moment of silencer. Bryan then laughed to himself. Who was he kidding? Ask Tyson...for advice? No way! Hopefully, later today he could talk to Tala.

Kai made his way towards the corridors that led to the various training rooms, hoping he'd run into any of the Blitzkrieg Boys. He didn't bother going back for Hilary; he knew that she knew from experience where to find him and would follow soon enough.
Suddenly, he heard what sounded like Tala's voice from a door to his left. He pushed the door open and saw the redheaded Russian facing Spencer from across the dish. But, they weren't battling; Tala was talking to someone else.
Kai opened the door a bit wider, trying to catch a glimpse of this person. To his surprise, it was the blue-haired girl who'd practically run out of the meeting room when he announced whom he'd chosen as his teammates. Team members, rather, since he was captain, but since when had he ever adhered to that distinction?
He stole inside, careful not to let the door make a sound as it swung shut.
"Looking to prove yourself?" he asked, emotionless voice slicing through the relative silence like a hot knife through butter. This cerulean-haired blader was too much. He mentally shook his head and turned his attention to his former teammate.
"Hey, Ivanov, up for a match? The one I'm supposed to be training probably hasn't found her way here yet..."

Mariam stretched her arms up over her head. Now that she'd been chosen for a team... She turned to her old teammates - Ozuma, Joseph, and Dunga - and smiled.
"Well, looks like we'll be facing each other some time in the future," she said. "Hope you guys don't mind if I leave now, seeing as I've no more reason to be here..."
She got up from the couch and made her way over to the door, but not before pausing to glance at her only other female teammate and flashing her an encouraging smile.

Robert spotted the one he'd heard was called Brooklyn and remembered that Kai had chosen him, too, for the team. He approached the flame-haired blader; it was a habit of his, having been raised in a...polite household, to be the first one to make someone's acquaintance. As soon as he was close enough, he extended a hand, a cordial smile on his rugged features.
"Your name's Brooklyn, correct?" the dark-eyed teen asked, although he knew this was true; he'd watched what had taken place during the BEGA Justice 5 tournament and would recognize that passive face anywhere. "My name's Robert Jurgen. Pleased to make your acquaintance, seeing as we'll be teammates for this year's tournament."
Brooklyn took the proffered hand and shook it, the smile never leaving his face. "Pleasure's all mine," he replied. "Some captain we have, huh?"
Robert knew that Kai and the blader in front of him were most likely at odds, after what had happened between them last year, and he hoped the two would be able to resolve their issues soon; he also knew that Brooklyn meant well with that remark. Having no words to convey what he wanted to say, he merely nodded.
The flame-haired teen stuffed his hands into the pockets of the long, white coat he always wore and flashed that same passive smile again. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow at training, Robert."
Within seconds, he had left the room; he had no wish to stay any longer in a meeting that held no more purpose for him - he'd probably fall asleep. Besides, he hadn't taken a walk in a long time; right now, that notion seemed highly appealing to him, so what more could he do but give in?

(Sorry my reply took so long.)
Tala turned around to see non other than his old teammate Kai Hiwatari. He always seemed to show up at the weirdest moments. Did he plan it that way? The Russian had to admit, he was happy to see Kai. The two hadn't seen eachother in a good while. And even though they weren't friends, they didn't hate eachother either. Tala nodded, accepting Kai's challenge. The two had been training together for many years, and just as Tala thought he was one step ahead of Kai, Kai would prove to still be ahead. Hiwatari always presented a challenge. And that's one of the reason Tala didn't mind having him around.
"Long time no see 'eh?" The red haired teen gave Spencer a wave of his hand, signaling him to move. "I tell you what, why don't you fight Spencer. He might go easier on you than I would." He was still smirking, even after this comment. "So Kai, have you been put on a team yet?" Tala asked, since he was not present when Kai entered the meeting.
