shou starts to feel good very confident so he starts to use only one hand and he goes down slowly thinking to himself*this is and even tougher workout ill be stronger in no time* and then he slowly pushes back up

shou then fell down with a loud bang but he didnt give up he got back into position and went down slowly and then slowly pushed himself back up successfuly finishing his training he than falls on his back with a blank stair on his face
