Darz

*Darz ignores Vincent's comments. He's found it best to ignore the rash just as the ignorant. He watches Kargin, carefully, as he states their mission. Darz shrugs. He'd have to find something in this to sate his true-neutrality.*

Torment reaches over absently, his hand just behind Vince's head. He holds it steady for a moment before giving Vince a good thwap. He tears his gaze from the blossom of energy and glances at Darz, and then at Vince, repeating the cycle, "I don't care if the very existance of one other offends the other, much less something insignificant as a glance or body language, you two WILL work together, or I'm absolutely sure you will die. Whether by my hand or by...um, my hand...whatever." He turned and glanced to Maconias, "Gather your troops! They head out today! Any wasted time means a greater accumulation of energy, banding, and organization of my Shades. They know we're coming...I can hear their thoughts at the edge of my mind, still connected by their very nature." He narrowed his eyes as he glanced back at Vince, "Destroy them all."

Vince was about to protest the idea. You just didn't kill those who were not causing troube, it wasn't right. Though he held back the urge, just sending a small wave of disgust over the link Torment and Vince shared (not that he wanted to share it). He glanced about, sighing softly, then rubbing the back of his head. "Last question, I believe. How do we dispose of them?"

*Darz raises a brow to this question. To him, it had always been obvious. Though he was allied with Torment as he now sees his allyship (friendship) with Kargin, he always watched for the suddle clues as to a weakness. He almost chuckles as a smirk comes to his face. It's not false confidence or deciet; it's Darz's Chaotic nature shining through. Ever since Tarma, now his wife, awakened, or reawakened as it may be seen, his emotions, his true nature, through Tiamat, have been both Chaotic and Neutral. His actions reflect this, as well. The good act of destroying Mindblaze would be balanced out by the bad act of destroying others who get in their way.*

What a delightful question. What a simple task. Tell me, Kargin, how much of...Torment's Dark energy remains within the image we seek?

*Unbeknownst to either Kargin and Vince, Darz is looking forward to the neutralization spell Torment was/is fond of. A neutral being coming up against a force for neutralization should be a most interesting engagement. He's already thought up ways to defeat it; though, he's gotten quite a bit of information from observation. Darz won't admit, however, that he doesn't wish to unlock powers still sleeping within him. He only hopes that he won't have to make use of the Temporal.*

Torment's eyes narrowed further at the question of how to dispose of the Images. Thoughts ran through his mind, visions of the fate that would soon befall his Shades. He shook his head and glanced back towards the 3-D image, "Use any extent of force necessary, leave no opposition standing. Whether it be Illusion, Clone, Undead, Golem or Mecha, it must come down, or be disabled and brought in for reprogramming. As for you," he pointed absently towards Darz, "I cannot answer your question, I can only speculate that he has many time more evil and dark energies than I have every experienced at once. Regardless, you will not have to concern yourself with it."

Maconias listened for a few moments before bowing slightly, once to Neotian and once to Torment, and then proptly leaving to assemble his forces.

Before them the globes of the projection began to revolve at a rapid pace, slowly condensing down into two small white balls of energy. Tor's hand darted out, grabbing the two orbs and tossing one to Darz quickly. Energy in the form of a searing white light passed over Torment's hand as he held the small orb, concentrating for a moment and pulling up a diagram of the room they were in with various bits of data streaming down one side. The majority of it was useless atmospheric data, but the two auras thatbelonged to Torment and Vince had notes off to the side with small indicators linking the indicators to the notes.

Notes
~Torment Nusradai: Original. Accuracy of conclusion: 100% Match to original: 100% Power Level compared to original: 45% Physical status based on aura: stable, but weakened. Further comments: This subject is the original Torment Nusradai, his power is mostly unrivaled and can be dangerous to approach. Extreme caution is advised when dealing with this subject. He is not to be slain.

~Unknown Demon: Vince. Match to Original: .0125% Power Level compared to original: 100% Physical status based on aura: highly unstable. Further comments: Not a Shade of Torment. Ally, Soul Linked. Power Transfered. Imprinted. He is not to be slain.

Darz's small orb would show mostly the same information. Torment stared at it for a moment before glancing to Neotian, "Most of the data requested is present, and the memory ingrams are in place, good. If you'll excuse us, I guess we had better be going now." Neotian gave to responce, but nodded his head slightly, indicating he was free to go, but Torment didn't really give a damn whether or not he gave him leave to exit the room or not. He spoke offhand as the Disk headed back towards the doors, "Vince, you don't get one, can't risk it, no offence. Darz, will it to the area you want to see, and it'll come up, and size needed. Least thats how it suposed to work. Track down the illusions first. As mentioned me and Viper are after Soulscour." With that he said nothing else. When they were through the doors he set down and vanished, Viper in tow.

The Undead Mage known as IV had stopped in a central square, staring up at a towering statue that would be of gigantic proportions even to the Titans. His skin was covered in burns and holes, some from his own spells and needles, others from struggles with the Titans. Neotian and Macionas were watching him, tracking his aura and reading up on the extensive notes on the beast. They weren't a target, and they couldn't figure out why IV was tearing the Palace to pieces. All they could do was pray he didn't get angry enough to shift forms. They sent negotiators to speak with Inferi Vulgus, ending for them only in negotiations with the reaper.

IV was only angry that they had waken him up, but he was in a rather bad mood. Emotional turmoil and monday mornings just don't mix. Thus the only way to get his point across that he didn't need an alarm clock was to kill and kill and kill. He looked over the statue and sent a flurry of bone shard needles flying at it with a mere wave of his hand, each one burning a rather large hole in the statue as it crumbled and fell to the ground. He continued on his path of destruction, heading for the main power complex for the Palace, his ultimate intention to bring the Palace down for good.

As he reached the doors to the Main Power Complex IV was greated by armed guards that had been informed of their guest. To show their gratitude for him stopping by they gave him a gift. Twenty gifts actually. Twenty artillery cannons firing on his location from multiple angles to cover any blindspots and lay down perfect crossfire.

IV declined the gifts.

The artillery barrage met a force shield as the undead mage charged forward, leaping between the cannons as two turned on one another and splattered Titan blood and organs for miles. With the force behind a powerful thrust of many needles IV was sent high into the sky, piercing through smoke left behind by the gunfire and explosions happeneing all inside the corridor.

As a shadow the size of a small town fell over them, the Titans knew they never stood a ghost of a chance.

What came next was little more than a blur of grey armored skin, claws, teeth, and blood. A beast surpassing the Titans in height, strength, and weight many times over ripped apart the guards at the Main Power Complex, leaving behind needles that caused even stone to burst into flame and melt away. Flesh didn't fare even remotely as well as the stones.

~~~
IV found himself running through the complex at a reduced height of about ten feet tall, large clawed hands nearly dragging on the ground and spines protruding from nearly every point on his back. He tore through resistance with a barage of needles and spells, he had a goal and nothing could stand in his way.
~~~

As he stood before the main power generator he slowly approached it, taking hits from spells and magical artillery all along the way. He shrugged off the hits, huge chunks of his person now missing. He set a hand upon the core and it burst into flames. His skeletal hand remained glued to the core which was ripping him apart, but he didn't care. He began draining energy from the core as a powerful gust surged outwards, creating a barrier impenetrable to any form of ranged attack, but the Titans would be able to pass through themselves. Several men began to rush him, but the entire room was obliterated as the core exploded.

~~~
The Palace came crashing down into the caldera of a rather large volcano high in the mountains of the Elite Plains. IV watched from the rim as part of the Palace began to sink into the lava, delighting in the screams of men and women unable to escape due to their antiteleportation defenses.
The Palace eventually reached a point where it was no longer sinking currently, floating upon a magically treated section of rock below the Main Palace Chamber, one of the only things to survive. The Barracks, Neotian's private chamber, and the throne room were all that remained. Most of the warriors that IV hadn't slaughtered had survived, but for how long, well, thats another story. Already the few remaining Magi were busy enchanting the area to keep things cool.
~~~

IV slowly reduced to his normal size, spines retracting into his back as his claws returned to normal looking hands. He stopped suddenly as he heard something rather unusual....flames. Not from any combustables below, but a roaring flame much like a gas induced explosion from the direction of the Nusradai Mansion.
