Renon pulled his horse to a stop. He looked in horror at the village. "A little damage," he roared. Jon stared in horror at his king. The king himself was in fury. He dismounted smoothly, forgetting about Katriana. His soft eyes were now hard.

Katriana slid off the house holding the reigns in her hand until she tired the horse to Jon's. "This is terrible." She followed her husband after picking up her skirts and then scouting one part of the area. She almost fainted. She bent down and picked up the dead child and help it in her arms. "This was a slaughter. I doubt anyone could have saved it. Those ungreatful Night Stalkers, I wish. We have no choice." She set the child down again and got up. "It can't be the Day Walkers. They haven't come near our kingdom. I don't want it to be them at least."

"I don't know who did this but they will pay." Renon's voice was a snarl. he looked aroudn furiously. Dead bodies and burnt houses met his cold stare.

Jayden woke up in an unfamiliar place. "This is definately not my apartment" he said as he pulled himself off of the ground. He looked around and saw burnt houses and corpses. He scratched his head "I wonder what happened.."

Katriana dusted off her dress when she stood. She didn't think these people deserved to be eaten. She knew ladies didn't wear pants, however, that didn't stop her from pulling on shorts every once and a while. She felt her legs to see if she put her shorts on under the dress and she did. She also remembered the presence of the solider and she just began lifting the children's bodies almost going to tears as she placed families together and then those she could not place together. She'd return with more soliders and ladies to bury the dead and plant flowers. She at least wanted the children buried. She stood from her work as she had done quite a few already. Her hands and top of her dress were covered in ask and blood. She noticed what she thought was a live person.

Renon watched his wife sadly. He looked around then turned to his soldiers. "We'll move out soon and find the people who did this," he commanded.

She approached the person who seemed to be alive cautiously not knowing who it might be, the killer or an innocent. Katriana went until she could see clearly. It didn't look like a human, as she though. It had characteristics, however, it wasn't human. "Excuse, do you know what happened here?" She didn't catch herself until sshe realized the question slipped out.

He paid no attention to the woman behind him, and then slowly remembered the night. He turned around and smiled as he recalled that he helped cause all of this. As he faced her his smile was wide, and his sharp teeth made themselves known to her. He took out his rapier, which was bloodstained from all of the innocents he had killed.

Katriana backed up a few steps. "So you were the cause off all this destruction? Why would you do that too these people? They didn't do anything to you."

He smirked at her. "Don't be so foolish, your highness," he bowed mockingly, "I cannot take all of the credit for this lovely work," he motioned to their surroundings. "I could've easily done this with my own hands, but unfortunately it wasn't just myself this time." He smiled and began to walk away. What he had said could've been nonsense, but he really didn't remember every little detail that had happened that night. "Ciao, your majesty," he turned and walked backwards away from her while bowing.

Katriana folded her arm and looked away wondering how far she'd wondered off. She returned to where her husband was and where the horses rested.
Kiaria slammed her work down on the table as she'd heard word that the person she'd met yesterdayt along with another had gone into the Human Kingdom and burned down a villiage. She growled lowly at her blood slave. She knew that she could easily wring the child's neck and he would only console her. She moved her hand through her hair. "Watch the other four slaves. Don't loss them. I'm going to go handle this." She put on her cape and went out into the sun to go deal with the person who'd upset her and interrupted her work. She also had to get ready for a trust that was supposed to be signed. If something like this happens again, there will be no end to this war. She needed to retire or at least have a Priest deal with the other priest of the Day Walkers.

Jayden walked through the scorched village, and rubbed his forehead. He felt really woozy and sick. He stumbled a couple of times and just made it to his apartment. When he went inside it was dark, and by this point he was on the verge of passing out. He fell onto his floor and heaved in air. What the hell is happening to me? he thought to himself.

Katriana nodded and then looked down at her gown. "I'm a mess right now. I don't want to get your clothes bloody and ashy." She smiled.
Kiaria growled low in her throat as she went through a remebering phase to see where he lived. She'd donw a check. She doubt if she'd be able to located him today, but this needed to be dealt with. SShe didn't need two wars going on.
