I personally think your avatar looks a bit n00bish to start. It’s also very simple. Now, simple isn’t a bad thing, in fact it is a hell of a lot better then cluttered, but your avatar isn’t simple in a good way. You have to add and subtract a bit to make it look simple in a good way.
First, get rid of the goggles, they serve no purpose on your avatar, they just clash and make it look bad. Secondly, get another black item or two if you want to keep the Demonic Anklets and the gloves on your avatar…they just stand out too much and need to evened out with more black.
The wings…out of place. They are too white to match the silver/grey hair. Your avatar’s eyes…are they green or grey…maybe it’s a glitch? Either way, match them with the outfit and go from there.
Overall, 1.5/10
Here is what I thought of…to keep it simple. It’s not cheap though, but I only added two items.
It’s up to you if you want to go with expensive items, it will just take a while.
Either the Nitemare Headband:
Price: Headband is about 373k according to tektek
Bands are 6,ooo tickets
…or the Horns of the Demon:
Price: Horns are about 730k according to tektek
If you don’t like it, I suggest you improvise.

It's done pretty well I must say...but it looks a bit over-done in my opinion. I don't think you need the Rose petals, as well as the Microphone wings by the hands.
Other then that, the red, yellow, and white are pretty well distributed around the entire avatar.
Nice job.

I will say this right from the beginning because it's needed. Having an almost all-grey avatar is quite boring and colorless, and against that, the skin color it far too light.
For this avatar, there are may to wany chains and that makes it look very cluttered. Going over two, even three chains is too many, because that item is detailed, and if you put alot together, it just looks weird.
Aside from that, the hair is brown. Why brown? Black or silver/grey would go better, if it's that avatar.
I suggest you get rid of a few chains, at least, perhaps add a little more black...and get some shoes for your avatar. Bare-foot avatars aren't very good, unless it is dressed in summer beach clothes or something, but even then, there are usually some sandals on the avatar. Having your avatar bare-foot makes the user look poor, like you can't even afford your avatar something to cover its feet. If not shoes, at least some socks/stockings please.
The Roro is really random...I know you probably wanted to match it with all the grey and chains...but it isn't working out very well.

Ok, well I will start out by saying that your colors are matched pretty well...but I have a few questions about the goggles hanging around your avatar's neck. What are they there for? They don't really match anything.
Also, I can't really see what, but the white thing behind your Coco, it's too random.
I see there is some brown on the upper part of your avatar. A tattoo? It's out of place. If it is a tattoo, I suggest replacing it with a black or red one instead.
The bead bracelets, they are too bright of a red color and don't match the red already on your avatar. It would be nicer if they were darker, but alas, Gaia has no such item, at least, not to my knowledge.
I like the Demonic Anklets, but having one up top and also one on bottom makes it look repetitive. I would just go with one or the other.
Lastly, just in my opinion, I think her skin tone is a bit too pale. It distorts the whole avatar. Maybe a shade or two darker, but not too dark.
Overall, 4.4/10
I never know how to dress my avatar!
Why the tattoos looked brown I haven't a clue,
maybe it's the color of the skin that does that to the black tattoos.
Until I get my demon horns I'm making do with the things I already own.
I have taken your criticism though and tried to adapt my avatar to what you said...
Does it look any better now?
If you don't mind could you tell me what you think I should do to it to make it more pleasing to the eye?

So it was a black tattoo huh~ Probably a glitch with the system, it happens all the time, or maybe it was just how the items were together...it happens, not something to worry about. Sorry, I didn't know it was the black one, my bad.
Yes, your avatar does indeed look much better now!
To make it more appeasing to others, I think you should change only a few things.
To start with, the shoes aren't a good match with the stockings. Keep the stocking and find a different pair of shoes....red or black it fine.
Don't wear two Demonic Anklets together on the feet. I would just stick with one. If you REALLY want to use two, then just don't use them both as the mini wings or the big wings, use one of each.
I little more red would be nice, but I'm not quite sure what items would be good. Something on bottom, because you already have red up top.
Maybe something like this:
The Coco, an adorable item yes, but it doesn't have to be used to make your avatar look hot~
The headband is also optional, even though I think it's nice without. That part is up to you. The Goti Clips...I think it's cuter if your avatar wears them higher...but that's also optional. I took the scar off, it was a bit distracting on the face, and you can add the cigar back it you like.
[ Lol, from a distance, or if you squint, it looks like your avatar's hair is flairing out a bit, because of the wings around the arms! ]

Ok, well first of all, mixing red & purple can be hard sometimes unless you are able to use the items, as well as other colors, really well.
This avatar is done fairly well but not quite up to what it could be.
The three main red items that I see, the Chyaku Norisu hair bow, the top, and she shoes, are the main reds, the belt being an extra. The color of red with the shoes doesn't match the other two reds so try and find a pair that matches better.
The purple is alright, but most of it is gathered at the bottom of your avatar, and you can't even see much of the tube top, which is also purple. Maybe loose the bag that your avatar is holding, that might even it out a little bit better.
As for the white, it's ok too. Not much you can do with white but wing-it and see what happens, it's not a color I accociate my avatar with much, so my experience with it is limited, but when it looks awkward, I know.
I like the general look, but try to make it look even better, ok!
