Morgan nodded, smiling a little wider.
"That sounds like a good idea. Who knows? You might even manage to knock something interesting out of me while we're at it!"

ONE WEEK LATER

Morgan has trained with Weather Man and knows now what the project is.

Shade and Sonic Boom are lounging deep underground in Shade's Hideout.

And Weather Man is meeting a shadowed figure is a dark alley on the bad side of town....

Mr. Molotov sat idly against a wall, hidden in his black clothing by the shadows that seemed to wrap around the building. He had been there for a short while, having made an appointment to meet with the one known as Weather Man a few days prior. Weather Man apparently had a proposition for him. But at the same time, he wouldn't give any direct details over the phone. Before Weather Man hung up, he mumbled something about an insecure line, so make sure to not be followed.

And of course, Alexander never missed an appointment. He also was never followed. How could anyone follow the leader of the Ninja Clans in the city? It just didn't happen...it was that simple.

"He's late..." He muttered to himself, somewhat annoyed, although willing to stick around, "...I hate waiting."

A manhole cover opened nearby and a redish glow proceeded Weather Man climbing out. He was in his flame form, and so kept just far enough away that Molotov could not be seen.

"Sorry I'm late, but there are few places I can travel through and not be noticed... And it is quite important that I'm not.
Now, on to the note of business. I am planning to raid the museum, there are a couple of magical artifacts that my assosiate and I are quite interested in. But even after much planning I realize there is one thing I need to obtain so that I don't end up on the city's villain list... Effective Misdirection. I need to get the Hero's involved in Something so that they cannot go to the Museum... and so I decided I would call one of this city's best villains. One of few that actually get away. Now of course there can be something in it for you, anything in the museum that you would like for me to pick up while I'm there, with the exception of the Staff and the Book. you may even send some of your subordinates along to gather it, I figure you may as well, while the security is down. I just ask that the subordinates not be dressed up as ninja, else they raise suspicion.
What say you... Molotov?

"I say...I understand what's in it for me." Alexander began, "And I know what I want. Get me the Legacy Composite Bow from the Archery History portion of the museum. As for my subordinates, they will stay with me. What say you to that? Will there be complications?"
PostPosted: Tue Feb 05, 2008 6:57 pm

"Legacy Composite Bow. Understood, and complications... Earthquake, power outages and fire alarms. When you feel the quake, that's the signal"
Weatherman picked up the manhole cover and climbed inside before closing the lid on top of himself. After that, footsteps could be heard moving away below.

While in the Sewers, Weatherman in his earth form stored a ball of energy set to go off deep underground. Then he climbed out of the Sewer later on and went back to his appartment for a quick shower.

Morgan glanced at the clock above the cafe's little counter for what felt like the twelfth time in the past fifteen minutes. It was a nice day to be outside, but you could only conjure so many illusory spiders that would scare little children before it got boring.
Weather Man, you're late.
Her now constant kitten construct batted at a butterfly as it fluttered past her nose, making its hollow little mewing sound happily. The sorceress rolled her eyes and conjured a dragonfly to flit about and annoy a gaggle of women at the table closest to the sidewalk; it certainly was fun to watch old women slap at something they couldn't actually touch.

A ball of pure elemental energy shot up into the sky near the Cafe. Lyrus Knoll stepped out of an allyway. He was strangely dressed and nearly totally unrecognizable in his khaki shorts, tacky bright hawaiian shirt, sandles and large sunglasses too big for his head. He walked over to where Morgan was sitting and waited for her reaction.

The kitten spotted Lyrus a split second before Morgan turned her head. She somehow kept a straight face, but it was obviously difficult.
"That's a good look for you. I hope you don't expect me to wear anything quite that retina burning on our little tour?"
The kitten sat on the edge of the table looking confused, one ear up and one ear down.

Lyrus sat down at the next table over.
"I'd never expect you to wear anything you didn't want to. Also the retina burning effect is the only reason I have to wear this. No one will want to look at me for too long, so no one will recognize me. My name today is Gehulde Karmozijnrood, I am a dutch tourist, call me Crimson. You are my translator. But you need not worry, you won't need to translate. And make sure you act the way you are now, that you wouldn't be seen with me if you didn't have to."

Morgan chuckled as she crossed her arms.
"So basically act just like the truth. Works for me. You're lucky this was prearranged, Crimson, or else I might just leave you here with no one else to put up with your insanity."
The kitten put her little head down and covered her eyes with her paws.
"Mew."

"yes... once we're inside, we head over to the ancient magic exhibit. Then when you get the signal, which I'm sure you'll recognize, we make our move. I also need to pick up an additional item on our way out."

((Such a confusing signature...))

Morgan nodded slightly, gently rolling the kitten over on her back and letting the little thing try to maul her hand.
"Wait for the signal, make the move, get our sorry rears out the door. Got it."

Lyrus pulled a small blue book from his pocket and flipped through it. After a few seconds he spoke with a strong dutch accent, as if he didn't understand the words he spoke.
"uh... We go museum now? I cover payment. I am.... been to exchange... Amerikaans currency."
He then smiled and pulled out a city map and proceeded to hold it upside-down, masking his face in order to speak quickly and quietly in his normal voice.
"The act starts now. I'm incompetent and you are always correcting me. Make faces and sigh when I do things wrong. point the way. you will be rewarded when we make our move."
