Takao slowly growed patient as Max really was good with Defence. The only time he may have been really patient was when it was either a serious match or if everything was on the line.
He decided to be a little serious. "Release engine gear. Go dragoon!" Takao then said and his blade was more powerful and moved Draciel.

Yuriy was standing just outside the doors of the Russian BBA Headquarters. The doors opened automatically, and he walked inside straight up to the front desk. So Boris is after the sacred soul bearers... Well he won't lay a finger on any of them if I can help it... That man needs to be taken down once and for all... The man behind the desk looked up at Yuriy. "Here to sign up sir?" He asked. The red-haired teen nodded and replied. "Yuriy Ivanov, signing up as leader of the Blitzkrieg Boys." The man, who's name tag read Ritsu, wrote down Yuriy's name and the team. "OKay, you're registered Yuriy. Good luck this year." Ritsu said, looking up from his clipboard with a smile.
The Russian turned around, and walked out of the building.

"wow" Max was taken by surprise and his blade was thrown out of the dish.
"And Tyson is the winner" Rei then said.
as Max picked up his blade he then said,"Looks like I'm a bit out of practice"

Kei quickly pushed open the doors to the side entrance, the one immediately accessible from the street she'd just come from. As it turned out, the tailor had gotten his dates mixed up and thought that the dress would be picked up next Saturday instead of today. So the brunette had been able to cut her trip in half; since she was one of the first customers in the bank, she'd finished her business early and soon found herself en route to the BBA Headquarters.
She glanced around for a sign-up table and, spotting one, quickly made her way over to it. Unfortunately, she didn't pay much attention to where she was going...
"Oof!"The sound had been so quiet and repressed that Kei nearly missed it, but there had been an exclamation all the same. "I-I'm sorry," she stammered, stepping back in order to let the person pass. "I was in a hurry a-and I-" She glanced up and promptly stopped short.
She'd bumped into Kai Hiwatari.
Crimson eyes narrowed at the brunette. "You again?" a slate eyebrow rose, half in curiosity, half in disdain. He'd walked through the front doors only moments earlier, also searching for the sign-up booth. Apparently, he and this girl had made for the same table at roughly the same time.
Once more, Kei fought down the warm flush creeping into her cheeks; she was embarrassed, yes, but she didn't think now was the best time to show it. "I'm very sorry, Hiwatari-san," she said, bowing slightly and forcing herself to sound calm, not harried as she had a few minutes before. Then she straightened up and offered an apologetic smile. "Tournament sign-up?" she asked vaguely, gesturing with a nod of her head towards the sign-up booth.
"Hn." Kai replied. Okay, so it wasn't a proper one, but most people understood that he wasn't a person of many words, preferring to let his actions speak for him. Then he spun on his heel and continued on his way towards the table.
That he hadn't snapped at her was a good sign, and Kei thought it was all right if she followed closely behind him. She planned to register for the tournament as well, anyway.
As soon as he reached the table, Kai scanned the sign-up sheets. Almost instantly, he spotted the names 'Yuriy Ivanov' and 'Blitzkrieg Boys'.
So... Ivanov's entering this year, as well... Kai thought, even as he pondered starting his own team and giving the brunette who trailed behind him - she was most certainly a sacred soul bearer - hints that he was recruiting her.
But then, he could team up with Yuriy and once more toss vague hints at the girl about recruitment; once that was done, he'd inform Yuriy of her being a sacred soul bearer soon after, which hopefully would be enough for the Russian to welcome her aboard. After all, he and Yuriy shared one goal in common: to bring Boris down once and for all, and working together to keep at least one sacred soul out of his clutches would thwart the villain's plans a bit.
Ah, who cares? the slate-haired teen finally came to a decision. Then he turned to the BBA employee - 'Ritsu', his nametag read. "Hiwatari Kai, signing up as team member of the Blitzkrieg Boys."
For a few seconds, there was only the sound of pen scratching on paper, and then 'Ritsu' glanced up. "All right, Kai, you're registered. Good luck in the tournament!
Barely turning his head, Kai glanced at the brunette out of the corner of his eye. "You're signing up, too aren't you?"
Surprised that Kai had actually said something without having to be prompted, Kei glanced up. It took a while for the crimson-eyed teen's words to sink in, and when they did, she nodded slowly. "Yes... yes, I am..."
"I suppose you'll need a team, too, since those are the rules..." Kai turned away, hoping that he'd gotten the message across to her.
For a minute or so, Kei just stood there, pondering those two simple sentences Kai had spoken to her; finally, she understood, and approached the BBA employee with a bit more certainty than she'd come in with. "Excuse me, sir? Hiyomura Kei, signing up as a member of..." she glanced down at the paper momentarily. Oh, dear... this was awkward, but she couldn't back out. Not now.
She began again. "Signing up as a member of the-" she gulped; no turning back now. "The Blitzkrieg Boys." She thought she spotted something akin to surprise on the employee's face when she said that, but it could have been her imagination; if it wasn't, she didn't blame him. She was a girl who had just signed up as a member of a team with the word 'boys' in the team name; it kind of detracted from the name.
And then she glanced at Kai, who still stood with his back to her. Surely he knew what he was getting himself into? And, if one could call it that, what were his reasons for recruiting her? She barely heard the employee tell her that she was registered, and the customary 'good luck' greeting that followed, nodding mutely in reply; she was still lost in thought.
When she next looked up, however, Kai had gone, and she glanced around frantically for him; she wanted to thank the teen for helping her out of a bind. And then she spotted him walking quickly towards the front doors, and just a few meters beyond them stood Yuriy. Perhaps they were going to talk this over?
Even as he pushed the front doors open and stepped out, Kai wondered if he wasn't doing anything stupid. Having a girl join an all-boys' team, honestly. But he'd thought the matter through; though the rest of the former Team BBA were capable of protecting sacred soul bearers as well, Kai felt more secure if he were protecting one as well; it stopped him from feeling useless; besides, it would be a bit of a challenge figuring out how to train this rookie blader without hurting her in the process.
"Hey, Ivanov," he called quietly when he was close enough to the redhead. "Gotta talk to you. Something about the team." Hopefully that was enough to catch Yuriy's attention; he had to be vague, yet leave almost unnoticeable hints before he dropped the real bomb.

Yuriy didn't stop walking, even though he did here Kai call his name. He replied quietly over his shoulder, "Here's not the place." Thinking Kai would follow, the Russian led his teammate down a series of alleys. After two right and one left turn, the alley way opened up to the street and in front of them was a large apartment complex. He glanced behind him, to see if Kai was still there. Which he was. I wonder what Kai wants to talk about... Hey wait, he's not trying to leave the team is he? Okay, calm down. I don't know what he wants, so wait now get angry later if necessary.
Yuriy walked across the deserted street and opened the door to the aparment complex. The two then took the elevator to floor 5 where he was staying. Now standing in front of his apartment door, Yuriy fingered through his pocket for the door key. It took him a minute, but he finally found it. The lock came undone with a click, and the door creaked when the red-haired teen pushed it open. Once the two were in the room, Yuriy leaned against the door and asked, "So what about the team did you want to talk to me about?"

After the redhead's initial reply of "Here's not the place,"Kai instinctively followed close behind. Still, he couldn't, for the life of him, imagine what the reason was behind all the secrecy - paranoia, in the extreme case. Soon, they had come to - and entered - an apartment complex.
After taking the elevator to the fifth floor and a wait of a minute or so while Yuriy hunted for his key, the two were finally in the apartment. So this is where Yuriy's staying... Kai thought as glanced about the apartment. Only the bare essentials were there; very Spartan.
And then came the question. "So what about the team did you want to talk to me about?"
Assuming his usual stance - leaning against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest - Kai replied, almost nonchalantly, "I got one of them to join our team." Once that was out, everything else came easily. "A sacred soul bearer, I mean. Only thing is, it's a girl, so you might want to consider a team name change..."
Okay, that was done; he'd said it in a nutshell. Now to wait for the Russian's reaction.

Maria had spotted Kai right before they left and right before she entered the elevator to go to the special training room. ‘Seems like Kei is already recruited by Kai, Can’t say that was a surprise.’ She thought ‘yet she would be better that than Hiromi girl, who I have never considered worthy of being in the same room as Kai. Kei for me is worthy since I saw her battle and even a glimpse I could tell she was good. She decided to postpone her training and followed Kai secretly. Kai spotter Yuriy and heard him saw that This was not the place. It was a good decision as for her the crowd was a perfect place less suspicion but she need a new game plan. She followed then to a 5 feet floor apartment and stayed beside his window in a small space she sat thought it was a bit painful to add support to her she struck a kunai and sat on it. As she sat there she thought about a lot of things. ‘Now if Yuriy agrees then their team would be complete. Where should I go then? Should I go with another team or form a team of my own? That’s it Takao. If I go with Takao I may meet Kai again in the tournament of it’s a round robin though I don’t think I can really fight face to face with Kai. Maybe Kai would be a bit compelled to watch me since I would be with a hard enemy though he would just think that his battle with Takao was the only thing important. Still he had to watch the battle, if he’s to watch Takao.’ “Seems like I really did have a bad impression on him ”she whispered to herself then realized what she was doing ‘spying so there’s why my karma has been a bit bad but this is the path I believe in there’s no turning back rejection or acceptance with Kai’s words I will do my best for Kai.’ She decided to listen one last time unless told so. Team mate consultation was something soon to be know even so and Yuriy would probably agree to help once he hears Boris’ name. She signed hard feeling a bit depressed at the things she has done and the things she will do.
{I thought about this all afternoon}

Yuriy's eyes widened as Kai 'dropped the bomb'. He took a step towards Kai, raising his voice. "What!? Who said you could bring a girl onto my time? Are you nuts!?" The Russian had half a mind to hit Kai. What was he thinking? A girl? Ugh! Then after a brief moment of silence. He sighed, and sat down on his bed. "A sacred soul bearer huh?... Well, I guess it'll be easier to watch over her if she's with us..." Yuriy did not by any means like the sound of having a girl on his team. But then again he didn't want Boris to get his hands on any sacred soul bearers. I guess this is one of the only ways to make sure he doesn't... The red-haired teen was doing his best to calm himself down. That was a pretty big 'bomb' Hiwatari just dropped.

Kai nearly winced when Yuriy raised his voice. Of course, he didn't really wince, but it was hard not to. Ouch. Ivanov's gotten a bit temperamental lately... he thought.
"I watched her battle in the park earlier today, Yuriy," he replied cooly, prepared to lay down the facts. "She was swift, efficient... traits you yourself take pride in, if I recall correctly.
"As for not consulting you before 'inviting' her onto the team... I couldn't; there was no time. Her battle in the park wasn't against any old blader - to some extent. She and her acquiantance - incidentally another sacred soul bearer - were against three boys. And these three had apparently been sent by Boris to track down sacred soul bearers; I heard one of them say something about Boris being angry when they ran away, defeated."
Whew. That was a mouthful. Probably the most he'd said in front of the redhead - in front of anyone, for that matter - and in one go.
Kei took deep breaths as she made her way down the hall towards one of the training rooms. I...I can't believe it! she thought, hands fumbling in her pocket for her cellular phone. I-I'm in the tournament!
Soon, her numb fingers closed around the slim, rounded cube shape of her phone, and she quickly brought it out of her pocket. Feverishly pressing buttons, Kei dialed the number of the first person who came to her mind: Hilary, one of her close friends from school.
Come on, come on, pick up... she urged, while the phone at the other end continued to ring. Finally...
"Moshi moshi?"
"Hilary?" The brunette held the phone with both hands now, straining to hear the voice at the other end.
"Kei? Is that you? Hey, did you register already for the tournament? You said you planned to join this year, right?"
"Yeah, it's me...and yes, I've registered. But you won't believe the team I signed up with." Without any prompting from the auburn-haired girl, Kei burst out "I registered with the Blitzkrieg Boys. And no, I'm not joking around here." She felt as giddy as a school girl with a crush, only there was no crush; she was just happy that she'd been able to find a team in time.
"The Blitzkrieg - what?!" There was a short chuckle at the other end. "Kei, you've picked probably the hardest team to please. You're familiar with Yuriy and the rest, but you don't know what they're really like..."
"Thanks for the concern, Hilary, but really, it doesn't matter." Kei was still smiling, even though she knew what her friend said was true. "I'm in the tournament now, and that's what's important. I'll... just cross the bridge when I get there."
"Well... just be sure that Yuriy doesn't work you to death, all right?" Another laugh, and Kei smiled; she knew that despite her seemingly dissuading comments, Hilary was happy for her. "Anyway, do you want me to tell the others? Probably invite them for a get-together later this afternoon so you can tell them what you'll be doing over the break?"
"Sure, thanks. And see you later, 'kay?"
"Yeah, see you later." There was a slight click, and the connection was broken. Sighing with relief now that she'd gotten the news off her chest, Kei replaced her phone in her pocket and leaned against the wall, her hand fumbling inside her duffel bag, this time searching for her blade and launcher.
Might as well get a bit more training in... she thought, pushing off of the wall and walking towards a slightly open door that led to a training room. And hopefully, there'll be no more evil henchmen to interrupt it...

Yuriy didn't know Kai could talk that much. He usually only got one word replied from him. This was new. And on top of it, to hear Kai explaining himself to Yuriy? To many new things at once in the Russian's opinion. He couldn't help but smirk. According to Kai, this girl didn't sound half bad.
"Hm... well, as for the team name I'm not changing it. She's just gonna have to deal with it." The red-haired teen stood up from the bed. "Do you have any contact with the girl? I don't just let anyone onto my team without a proper 'test'."
I'll be the judge of her skill....

It wasn't the first time Maria heard Kai spoke so long. As she always thought Kai was not a man of few words, Kai was a man of no words but when he spoke he spoke with a lot of importance and sense she always presumed. the second she heard Kai said swift she chuckeled a bit thinking ,'I was more swifter than her. You didn't even see me.' Her attention then changed when she heard him mention 'her acquiantance - incidentally another sacred soul bearer '.
At first she was going to chuckle again for acquiantance as they have just met, but then she thought ,'So they did notice. Well you can't expect someone else to protect you if they expect and know that you can protect yourself

Kai spotted the smirk on the redhead's face; that one gesture confirmed what he'd suspected: that what he'd just said could cause potential problems. Of what nature, he wasn't sure, but it would definitely be a pain to try and convince Yuriy to forget this had ever happened; the crimson-eyed blader had felt it since the words left his mouth.
Great going, Hiwatari... he chided himself. You must have lost a few brain cells when you watched those two, and now you've forgotten that you say as little possible... He sighed inwardly. He'd analyze what he'd just done later on - in the comfort of his room, or while he was training back home. It could be that he was indignant and a bit furious at Boris for trying - again! - to disrupt the relative order that he and Yuriy had helped restore... or it could be some other thing.
Without missing a beat, Kai straightened up and reached for the doorknob, swinging the door open and stepping outside. "She's probably still in the BBA headquarters."
He paused, motioning with his eyes for Yuriy to follow this time, and then he started down the corridor. Back to being mostly silent.

"Looks like you are Max."Takao said, " Come on let's head to the BBA stadium I have a feeling some something is up."
They then headed to the BBA stadium to find that they can register for the tournament.
"Where the heck is Daichi? I hope we get to be team mates again." Takao then said.

Hearing them go out of the room. She then rushed back to the BBA stadium. There was no use for her to follow them anymore.
Reaching back to the BBA stadium long far from Kai and Yuriy Arriving there a bit sweaty from the long run she entered the reception and found the remaining G revolution members. She then approached them to see if she could proceed to her plan.
"Good morning we met at the park a while ago." She said as she approached them.

Just a bit more... Kei thought, deftly catching her blade as it shot out of the stadium. For the past fifteen minutes or so, she'd been trying out a new launch and combination attack she'd devised just the night before.
The launch was pretty straightforward - a few elements from the Tiger Claw and Phantom launches thrown in with her own shooting style, but the combo attack was a bit difficult to get. It wasn't as aggressive as her other attacks because there were several underlying principles of tai chi backing it up.
I have to get it right! Kei growled inwardly, reattaching her ghostly red blade to the launcher and taking up her position in front of the stadium. Thankfully, there was no one else in the training room, so if she accidentally released the bit beast side of her, it would go unnoticed.
Hopefully.
Kei had only one reason for wanting to perfect this particular launch and attack so quickly: being recruited into a world-class blading team just when you were starting out... it would be enough to send anyone into a training frenzy. Besides, she didn't want to make Kai look stupid in front of his teammates, especially since they didn't know each other - well, he hadn't known her - when the slate-haired teen 'recruited' her.
"3...2...1... GO, SHOOT!"
