Oh... I guess i may be showing my age, but..
My first deck was a horde deck. I played the crap outta' my greenies. Unfortunately I traded them off for my first blue deck and fell in love with blue.
Now that $%#$% profitted on the green deck, since half of THAT deck became collectible. I had some originals and four became ultra-rares. Pretty much most of the deck became untourney.
sigh....
Well.. at least I kept playing and still enjoy to this day.

The Five color homelands legendary deck of doom. This baby had to clock in around 80 cards, had every homelands legend, a mana curve around 7 and would be laughed at today. My first good deck? I named "raisins":nether shadows ,ashen ghouls, bazaar of Baghdad. Good times! The name is multi-purpose. The guys are best when left in the 'yard a bit,they raise from the dead,and once apon a time I kept the deck in a sun maid raisin box.

My first deck I ever used was a 9th edition White deck. I got a bunch of older cards and threw together a long string of six or so crappy White decks before I found my calling in Blue. Now, I play a modified Izzet deck I named 'Burnin' Rubber" for all the burn and bounce spells it uses. It really ticks off some people, but it's a load of fun to play.

My first deck was the Little Bashers from the Mirrodin block. Leonin with equipement, wasn't that bad of a deck really.

My first deck was a Saproling deck at first, then it evolved for about two years into a fungus deck. It's my best deck today.

my first deck was a mono blue deck that was nothing but flying creatures and counter spells, rewinds, mana leaks, and other stuff that countered spells. Wasnt the greatst deck ever but i had fun with it.
