Ahhhh, somebody has been listening to their teachers....a bit too much. Both incorrect.
As to the nature of the question, I am sorry, but I cannot offer any clues. However, it is not hard to look up....the reason its hard for me find questions.

Aight I AM SO SRY I WENT AWOL, my apologies!!! My internet went crashy over the weekend.
Back to business: Unbeknownst to many people, Benjamin Franklin did receive education formally for a few years!!! He dropped out later because, like you guys said, he didn't have enough money, and because he failed in two classes!
